Wonderful experience! Easy booking process, great communication with answering all our questions leading up to our vacation too. We had 12 people in our group with ages of children from 5-10. Walking distance to beach! Owners gave restaurant recommendations too. Also checked on us while we were there to make sure things were ok and if we needed anything. We will definitely be back!

The home was great. Tons of space for our large family of 11. The location was ideal. We spent everyday at the beach which was a quick walk from the home. The kitchen is super well stocked and all the beds were comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Troy and Mandy are great hosts. They communicated with us in a timely fashion. Would recommend this rental as a great place to stay in the Rosemary Beach area.

The property was beautiful and very clean. The outdoor space and pool was amazing and there were lots of beach and pool toys and accessories available. Very quick walk to the beach and there were plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach wagon included with the house. My kids loved it! Communication was fantastic. Couldn’t recommend more!

Our family just recently had a wonderful time at The Mermaid’s Retreat. We had our two sons/daughter in laws and four grands four years old and under. The beach house had everything we needed. If you have younger children staying here Troy and Mandy have thought of everything: toys, pack and plays, stair gate, beach toys, etc. We had plenty of room to spread out comfortably. We loved the pool after a day at the beach which is only a short distance away. They even provided a wagon to carry our gear to the beach. Our family of ten will be back in the future. We loved your place. Thank you so much from Texas. 😎

Fantastic location just across the street from the beach and biking distance from the quaint little towns. The pool was a big plus with our three grandchildren. For the cost, we would have expected more personal amenities like toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap, paper towels etc. Great having the four bikes provided, but they need some maintenance for the rusted chains that would fall off. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, given the fact we chose mid-August and its excessive heat..Daytime pool and evening beach time worked best.

This home is amazing and was absolutely perfect for my husband, me & 6 teenagers. It was clean, the beds were very comfortable, the n’hood was safe & quiet, the pool was clean and refreshing…..& IT LITERALLY TAKES LESS THAN ONE MINUTE TO GO FROM YOUR BED TO THE BEACH!!!! No golf cart needed! We used bikes and our vehicles to go shopping, to restaurants, etc.,. We couldn’t have had a better experience!

We had a great time! The house was as described and the location couldn’t be beat! We tried to rent chairs but couldn’t find a company that would access the address. In the end we were actually glad that it worked out that way because the house had so many chairs and umbrellas that we were glad we didn’t spend our money on them. The wagon was a huge bonus. The Fallows were wonderful hosts and were available by text the whole time for any questions or concerns.

We had very enjoyable week. The walk to the beach was very short which made it great. We ate in every night but one, grilled a couple of nights.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Troy and Mandy were excellent with communication and some new recommendations for dinner and activities. Amenities and house were terrific and was just a quick walk across the street to the beach! Will be back for sure!

The house was as shown on the website with lots of space and clean. Communication with the owners was great and all needed info was provided efficiently. Very nice place and extremely close to the beach access. Will be staying here again in the future!

Great home and the owners think of everything to help your stay be a great one! The pool is a nice break from the beach. The screened in porch is another great bonus! We all had a wonderful time.

This house is great . Has everything you need to walk across the street to the beach. Chairs umbrellas wagon and toys. They provide booster seats and pack n play. The screened in porch is a great place to hangout and have dinner. New gas grill makes that easy. Front porch and second and third floors have great seating area.

Great house and location. Bikes that come with the house are pretty rough but other than that no complaints. I would stay again.

Our overall stay was as advertised. We were provided all the house information, suggestions, and communication needed to seamlessly get into and use the property and all it had to offer. The owners were super responsive and helpful to any one-off questions we had during our stay. Great place!

Had a great stay over the New Years holiday week. House fit our 2 families (4 adults 4 kids) with room to spare! Clean home with all you need to enjoy a lengthy stay. Fantastic beach access literally just across the street, and the heated pool was priceless for some December/January swims. Troy was great with communication and always available.

Property is well located between Seaside and Rosemary Beach and is convenient to the beach. Beds are comfortable and the space was great for our group of 8 adults, 1 child and 2 toddlers. Nice outdoor space.

This property first of all is super close to the beach. Quite literally it is almost directly across street so going to and from beach is pretty easy. The house was well equipped with many kitchen supplies like multiple pots, pans, tons of kids plates/cups/utensils and countless sets of plates. There are even 2 coffee pots and Keurig with some coffee filters on site. Would just recommend you bringing your own foil, seasonings, etc. that may not be on site. The outdoor seating makes it great to spread out to eat either inside or out. The grill is great to have on site and there is a really nice size pool that can be heated. Our kids loved the pool and this is so far the biggest pool we have had at a property on 30 A. The pool also has so many toys, floats, beach chairs, and wagon to carry. I also enjoyed how much seating outside there was. My kids also really loved the collection of games - TONS! I was so pleasantly surprised to find a lot of beach towels there for us to use. This is something I haven't had at other places. The only negatives (and there were hardly ANY) would be that the beds seemed like they could use new mattresses - the memory foam toppers were not too comfortable for most of us (but also this could be just preference on not liking the soft squishy memory foam). Bikes were a great plus, but they are pretty old/rusty but fun to at least have them included. A huge positive of this property is how friendly and helpful the owners were. They were available any time we had a question and were so very accommodating. They even called me to make sure all my questions were answered before our trip. We had one of our guests that left a few coats upon our departure and the owners were kind to arrange a way to ship them back to us. They were great! We overall had a really enjoyable stay. The location was a very quick drive or short 2 mile ride/walk to Rosemary shops and then also the opposite direction to the Hub.

This was the easiest process for renting a house that we’ve experienced. Everything was as represented, the home was beautiful, and the owners were quick to reply and very accommodating. Thank you!

The house was just amazing! The owner made sure our stay was perfect and accommodated our needs. The view of the beach from the 3rd floor balcony was gorgeous! We had an amazing stay at this house! It was the perfect location. Close to so many great restaurants, shops and very close to the beach. Mandy and Troy were great hosts and so easy to communicate. We hope to go back soon!

We loved everything about this house and it’s location! Perfect for 3 families plus many kids. The easy beach walk made going to the beach so simple with lots of children. The private pool was awesome for late afternoon beach days. We enjoyed eating in seaside, Rosemary, and old Florida fish house. The owners could not have been more helpful and accommodating to us. This home checked all our boxes for an awesome beach vacation. We will definitely rent again.

This home is so perfect for a family group; it is a great location. The pool really adds a great amenity. The house is so well stocked for cooking in and a great location to so many excellent restaurants. The owners are so responsive and thoughtful. Would highly recommend!!

Great place to stay with multiple generations. The property was amazing, close to the beach, shopping and restaurants.

Multiple families vacationed together at this property. Conveniently located across the street from Inlet beach access, so getting to/from the beach was a breeze, and no crowds. Our group has previously stayed at Watercolor and was ready for less people and easier beach access. This house met all our needs and loved having the pool to relax in after a day at the beach. Kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes/cookware. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time at on vacation. Location of property was excellent. Beach access was easy right across the street. A little issue with the bikes not working, same with the grill but the owners corrected that right away. They are easy to work with. Property could have been a little more updated for the price and could use a thorough cleaning especially around windows but that didn't affect us. We enjoyed the front and back porch. Pool was a little small but they kids loved it.

This property was just as described. The location is fabulous! Short walk to the uncrowded beach. We really enjoyed the pool after spending time on the beach. We ate dinner every night at the table on the screened in back porch. Would definitely book again.

We loved this house and will definitely be renting again! We had plenty of space for our extended family. The property was nice and quiet. The pool was amazing! The location was convenient to everything. Super easy hop skip and jump over to the beach. Can’t wait to be back! :)
