Everything was beyond excellent! Hospitality on point! Staff - very courteous and professional; greeted all of our family with upmost respect; welcomed kids with a gift; pointed us to a good breakfast; took a family picture in honor of our grandson birthday. My go-to spot when I return!

Nothing....felt like home!

The hotel was very nice and friendly staff, My complaint is that you can hear guest in other rooms, especially when they were in the rest rooms, when they shower or using the bathroom, didn't sleep well with the ac handler in the bedroom, I would have put ac handler in the first room, not where you sleep. there was mold around the tub, the shower curtain had no liner and water got everywhere. the beds were very cozy, breakfast was a great, staff was very friendly,

The rooms are immaculate. The cleanest hotel I’ve stay at yet! The front desk agent Destinee was so helpful and displayed exemplary customer service.

Knocking sounds coming from weird areas. I kept hearing it in the room and sometimes in the hallway late at night. It was Hard to fall asleep comfortably because of it. I was on the first floor maybe I'll ask to be on the second next time.

I like that it was clean and the staff was incredibly friendly and extremely accommodating.

I wish it was oceanfront so the beach was right there since we had a temporarily handicapped in our party.

The breakfast was perfect, great location in the hotel and room was spotless and well attended by Mary!

The television in the sitting area of our suite never worked right and was hard to understand how to locate specific channels. Once Destiny gave us a channel guide, we were able to search for our preferred channels in our room. We actually didn’t complain about the television until we were checking out. The room could use 2-3 hooks to hang long dresses and garment bags and luggage caddies to put bags on.

The hotel was bright and clean. Great location. all the staff were friendly and helpful.

As a diabetic, I am always skeptical of continental breakfasts. This property had Jimmy Dean breakfast bowls which was better for my carb counts. Also, the desk staff were great workers. They were always working and were responsive to our needs immediately with a cheerful smile.

Weather, but you guys don't control that.

The credit card policy description are different for Booking.com and Lighthouse Suites. This is misleading to the guest and needs to be rectified.

The hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly! The hotel is about a 6 min walk to Emerald Isle beach. There are resturants and shopping all around the hotel. Morehead City is also only about 30 mins away.

The walls are a little thin. There was a family in the room above us and we could hear a lot of banging and stomping. Also, I traveled with 2 other females and the hotel room only had one mirror. It would have been nice to have a full length mirror somewhere in the hotel Suite, but other than those minor issues, I would 100% recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was NOT good. The neighboring and upstairs rooms were very loud.

Super early checkout time of 10 am.

A check behind the house keeping would have been nice.
