We absolutely loved our stay in Florida and really enjoyed the pool! The house is nicely decorated and comfortable. We definitely had a great time! Just a few small, inexpensive updates would make it even better. I think some of the sheets could be replaced (they were clean but pilly and could use new floor matts in the bathrooms, and needs new pool cover). I wish the washing machine had been a little new (didn't have a gentle cycle) but otherwise, it was what we needed! Vicky, the property manager, was super responsive! Anytime we had a question, she got back to us right away. Very helpful! The area was nice and quiet and not near a lot of businesses. For my husband and I, this was just fine. When our two college aged sons came to visit, they were wondering where all the fast food places were (Chipotle!) when they got hungry for their 4th meal of the day but they also had a great time. We loved seeing the wood storks that would appear outside the pool area, enjoyed the beaches, shopped in Venice, ate at the Englewood Seafood Festival, and explored other nearby locales. Great vacation!

Victoria was an amazing host. The house is setup perfectly for our family of 4. The pool was enjoyed everyday. We were able to enjoy a stress free week in this beautiful home and will be out go to everytime

I was working in the area and needed a place to stay. I was very pleased and satisfied with the entire property. Communication with Vicky was quick and pleasurable. I will absolutely stay here again when I return to the area. Highly recommend , Thank you!

Once again we enjoyed the stay. The pool got plenty of use. We finally got to see an alligator in the neighborhood. The wildlife was all around us this year. Saw an armadillo for the first time just a few feet from the house! Saw a wild boar on the way back from Boca Grande (to watch the sunrise). Saw a swimming turtle in the canal and a few different tortoises in the neighborhood. The great blue heron, white ibis and wood stork came to the lanai often. Our experience here is making us want to move to Florida permanently. I thank God for such a wonderful experience and great house we got to call home for two weeks.

Very comfortable and spacious Clean

We very much enjoyed Villa Rotunda. The house was clean and very homey. The location is perfectly situated for access to the surrounding areas of Boca Grande, Englewood, Venice and Punta Gorda. We particularly enjoyed the heated pool and the access to beach chairs and umbrellas for our trips to Boca Grande Beaches. The kitchen was well stocked I really enjoy cooking and I was able to make great meals for my family everyday. The grill was very handy to have as well. We are looking at renting again this time next year.

Pool very nice Couches and beds too soft. Daughter slept on floor. We decided not to return. Faucet in master bath drips.

This house was exactly as described and pictured . The owner thought of everything. It was immaculate and had all the comforts of home. Nicely stocked in case you forgot anything ie condiments. The neighborhood is also very nice to walk with a nearby park. Just loved it.

I want to thank Vicky for being a great and very responsive host. House was everything that was described in the listing. Location was close to the beaches and the neighborhood was super quiet. Close to Boca Grande, Manasota Key and Punta Gorda/Port Charlotte. If you have never stayed in Rotonda it is a maze of streets and canals and found it quite interesting. Good Golf courses nearby and many areas to fish. We enjoyed our time, Thank you

My husband and I stayed at this property in March 2022. Very comfortable home, cozy. All beds and furniture very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked, sufficient toweling available. Bikes available for us in Fair condition. Loved the pool---constantly heated well at 84 degrees, much welcomed in the record heat we had! We love the Rotunda area for much needed down time for walking, biking, golfing! Owner Vicki lovely and constantly available for any questions and to resolve any issues!

Very nice home in a quiet, yet accessible neighborhood. Five public beaches are within a 25 minute drive and numerous grocery stores and restaurants are within 10 minutes. The home is clean and has all of the amenities needed, including a heated pool with child protective barriers. This came in very handy when our young grandchildren visited. When something needed to be fixed, the owner’s response was lightning quick - faster than any we’ve experienced before. Overall a wonderful experience. Thank you.

This property was everything we needed and more. It’s close to the beach, restaurants, and stores. Vicky was very helpful and always quick to respond. I would definitely recommend this home to others.

Cozy, Warm and Welcoming as you step through the front door! Comfortable furniture and beds, nice appliances with everything you might need to cook a family meal! The Villa is also very clean! The pool is clean and warm. Nice relaxing area just chilling in the pool was what we wanted and boy did we get it! The community is nice, clean and quiet. But only 10-15 minutes from anything you might need. I would guess about the same time to a nice beach. The homeowner was a pleasure to deal with. Answered any questions we had right away. I will probably regret this, but I have to say this property is my favorite. I hope it will be available the next trip we take to Rotonda!

Vickie is a great host, she is very nice and quick to reply to any request, she has a nice home in Rotunda West, a bit over priced. We took a King Fisher boat tour out to Cayo Costa, it was a lot of fun. If your looking for a very very quite property that is not close to anything this is a great location.

My family and I had a wonderful time at Villa Rotunda. We couldn’t get enough of the pool. My better half and I found a place on Beach Rd. to go on a Sunset/ Dolphin boat tour. It was 25.00 cash per person and we’ll worth it! WE HAD DOLPHINS CHASING US AND WITHIN A FEW FEET FROM US!! We wish we could have stayed at the house longer and would love to come back! Thanks for letting us stay!

We had a great time in Rotonda! The home was perfect. We cook all meals and this kitchen had just about everything you could think of. Sheets, towels, and blankets were bountiful. The pool was great and they had floats and games galore. I would rent this home again for sure! Thank you for a wonderful get away

It was great and cozy and the pool was such fun! We loved our stay here and there were such a great game variety for us to play.

This property was very clean and very well stocked. Everything necessary for a short or extended stay was available. It was relatively close to beaches, (20 minutes) but further away from town centers. It was always a chore to get out of the neighborhood for groceries or restaurants, but if you want quiet relaxation, this is the spot.

Very clean and comfortable. Listing a bit misleading as it’s not golf course or waterfront. The canal behind the house is more like a drainage ditch.

We really enjoyed the warm pool, the house is very comfortable and has everything you need. The neighborhood is very safe, it’s about a 20 -25 minute drive to Englewood beach, the traffic is typically light, we really enjoyed the area. Boca Grande is also easy to get to.

Great house. Very clean and well furnished. Nice pool. Neighborhood is very quite. Neighborhood is excellent for golf and walking. Many trails and courses near by. Short drive to several excellent beaches. Many excellent restaurants within a 15 minute drive. We had two issues during the stay; pool was not heated and lack of hot water in the 2nd bathroom. Owner was very responsive.

The location of the house is in a great spot with a park not far away and you can go fishing from you back yard. The house includes fishing rods, bikes and everything you need. We recommend it to all age groups. The best part was probably the heated pool. I really enjoyed my stay and hope to come back in the future

We really enjoyed our stay at this house! It was the perfect home for our family vacation. It's very clean and very comfy. The owner of the home knew what was suitable to the potential needs of its guests, and for that, we really appreciated it. The neighborhood is friendly and peaceful, with no disturbances whatsoever. It had a beautiful area as well. We made a couple of trips to many islands, which are a short distance away from the house, and we got to visit many pretty beaches. As a family, we would really recommend this house!
