The location is great. I’ve stayed in other places in Moab and I would say this is the best one yet. I will definitely stay here again. The place was within walking distance to anything you’d want to go to like the shops and restaurants. Very clean and overall would highly recommend. We loved it!!

Super cute condo, nestled in Moab’s beautiful downtown area. Easy access to restaurants & shops. Minutes from Arches National Park and short drive to Canyonlands National Park. Super clean and comfy. Hot tub was a bonus after a long day of hiking.

Loved the condo...the owners thought of every possible guest need and provided it for us! The location was perfect: less than a block to downtown...and all its shopping and restaurants...and a few feet from the best doughnut shop around! Highly recommend this condo!!!

My husband, teen son and I stayed here for 2 nights while passing through on a multiple day/location hiking trip. We’ve stayed at many VRBOs through the years and have learned that at times pictures can be deceiving. This place did not disappoint. It is as the pictures depict, clean and well maintained with higher end appliances and details. We had two parking spots and an outside storage closet made available to us if we needed it for bikes, etc. We made use of the washer and dryer while there and the kitchen had all necessary pots, pans etc that one would need. It was well organized and labeled as well. The beds and linens were soft and comfortable. Loved the location in downtown Moab as we were able to walk to any restaurant. The beautiful views of the mountains just topped it off. Excellent place to stay!

This property did not disappoint. Our family had a blast eating downtown and in the kitchen. It was exactly what the pictures showed and is a close walk to downtown. The only complaint was the beds were uncomfortable but the property manager, who was very prompt in her communicatio , let us know they are being replaced this winter. This condo was home away from home for almost a week. Thank you for a fun getaway!

Robber's Roost is 1 block from Main St with a variety of restaurants, shops and galleries. Its a low key apt. with mostly everything you need for a splendid vacation! Canyon Lands, Arches, outstanding hikes and kayaking are within 30 minutes from Main St. My family enjoyed the comfort and convenience of this condo!

Modern and well appointed 2BR condo in the heart of Moab, and very comfortable accommodations. Easy walking to restaurants and shops, and plenty of parking for condo bldg.

This property is exactly as it appears in this listing. The location is within walking distance to downtown Moab which has many dining options as well as shopping. The facility is clean and the bathrooms were stocked with soap, shampoo, and lotion (high end brands which was a great touch). I also appreciated that we had pool towels for the hot tub and many bath towels for showers. The location was about 10-15 miles from arches NP which was also great for us! You could easily go to the park for a hike in the am and return to the condo for rest then go back to the park for sunset. My only complain that the property is adjacent to another dwelling whose residents have office furniture and other “junk” sprawled around their yard. This property overlooks that and since we were on the second floor all the views outside our windows and patio were of this property. Also the entrance to the property wasn’t marked and since we arrived after dark it was tricky to find.

Clean and remodeled Condo just one block from downtown Moab. We loved being close to the restaurants and shops and had a great stay! We also enjoyed the hot tub. Quick drive to everything you could want to do.

Condo is exactly as described. Location was perfect, lots of restaurants within walking distance. Everything we needed was provided including dishwashing and laundry detergents. Kitchen cooking tools were better than i expected and I even requested the owner purchase a crock-pot for me and they did! Will definitely stay here again.
