The condo was a bonafide Ski In / Ski Out..Can easily walk as so close to the village too.Well equipped kitchen and nice layout.Owner was very helpful and responsive to questions.Very detailed on how to check in. And really appredciated entrances with keypad codes as there were three of us.We enjoyed our stay!!

Location was perfect for ski in / ski out and walking distance to Beaver Creek. Easy parking and access to main road to drive down mountain. Property manager was easy to work with and helped with late check out. Property was well stocked and good size. Ski locker was helpful and hot tub was easy to access. Nice family property!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. It has a great location along Beaver Creek, just a short walk to the restaurants and shops. The condo was very clean, nicely decorated, with a well appointed kitchen. The manager is an excellent communicator.

Michael was a great host. Very approachable and helpful. The condo was perfect, just as advertised. Fit our family of 5 very comfortably and had everything we needed. You are very close to the village for ski, food, etc (close enough to easily walk with a 6 yo and a 3yo in ski boots) while just secluded enough to have some quiet as well. It was a great experience and we would love to rent again! Thanks for the great week.

Stayed for ~10 days with my spouse. Exactly as expected. We worked in the morning (Wi-Fi was great) and skied in the afternoons. True ski out right in the backyard. Not a luxurious stay, but very nice and exactly what we were looking for. Would recommend to anyone visiting beaver creek.

Had an amazing stay at the condo. Very spacious two bedroom unit particularly for such a great location. Can ski back to unit or out to Elkhorn lift or very short walk to the village. Kitchen well stocked. Met many owners and all were very friendly and helpful. We brought a dog and was a great location to walk and take him to the village. Micheal was awesome, super accessible and totally committed to making our stay great. Would definitely come back and stay here!

Beautiful property, close to the slopes and easy to either walk or ride the shuttle to where you want to go. Michael was very helpful. He helped make our stay perfect.

We had a nice view and the grill was a nice bonus. The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked in often. The condo was clean. The baseboard heating was difficult to regulate and we had to leave the door cracked so the kids didn't roast in the bunk room. Repairs need to be done before renting again.

Was very tight for bigger family, but hard to beat the location if you are skiing. Poor/late check in communication from Evolve, but some good direct communication from the owner. We would recommend this location.

We love staring at Townscend place. It’s very convenient and easy access to everything. This condo is great! Michael the owner was very accessible as we had one issue with the internet. He couldn’t have been nicer and had someone there immediately to fix the problem. We will definitely come back!!

Fantastic location - truly ski in ski out ! We loved the Beaver Creek skiing which had something for everyone , from me on the green to the kids on the advanced runs. We enjoyed the large hot tub on the property. The kitchen was extremely well stocked. We loved the wood burning fireplace with plenty of wood available. Really nothing negative to say about our stay. We hope to return.

Excellent apartment located a short walk from the center of beaver creek. It was easy for us to walk (5-10min) to the lifts and ski school each day. I believe there is also a way to ski down to a separate lift, but we did not try that. Building has available storage for ski equipment, but we left it most days at a ski valet near the mountain. Kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed. We made most of our meals during the week at the apartment. Rooms are clean and there are plenty of sheets, pillows, and towels etc. Plenty of fire wood was also available. Great communication with the owner. Very easy check in and check out. Would definitely stay again.

This was our first time in Beaver Creek. It was an amazing family vacation! Denise is an excellent hostess. Her condo has everything you need. We easily walked to the Centennial lift or to the resort shops even with over a foot of snow falling. Everyone was so friendly and over the top helpful. This is our new favorite spot! Thank you Denise!

Denise was very easy to work with and went above and beyond to make our trip easy. She was accessible when I have questions before and during the trip. We have 3 young boys and the condo worked for us. The location can’t be beat! The village is a short walk. We walked to ski school and the mountain every day. You can also use dial a ride but we never found it necessary. The ski in ski out option via the elk horn lift is also easy if you aren't dropping kids at ski school. The hot tub is shared with the building but pretty big so it never felt crowded. Great sledding hill right by the condo as well. There is also a ski locker in the first floor to store boots, skiis and helmets.

This was the trip of a lifetime! The area was breathtakingly beautiful and had tons to offer. There was many adventurous activities around the condo such as snowmobiling and skiing, but there also was incredible fine dining restaurants. It was an extremely romantic setting with all of the fire side hangouts and it was also so convenient to everything you may need (there is actually a free shuttle that will take you anywhere within Beaver Creek). Denise was very helpful, providing tons of information on the area with recommendations from food and drink to fun activities to do! She was also available anytime we needed her. The condo was clean and spacious with the most incredible views and mountineside decor. I highly recommend staying here!

Truly ski in/ski out condo is located very close to the Plaza in BCV. The woodburning fireplace was cozy and the owner even supplied wood!! Perfect size for a small family, we were comfortable and happy on our first family ski trip. The building was quiet and convenient. The outdoor hot tub was a total gem after a long day of skiing. We can't wait to go back! Denise is friendly and accommodating. Thank you, thank you, thank you, for sharing the ski condo with us.

We have been skiing all over Colorado and other places but Beaver Creek has won us over, due in part to the amazing location of this condo. It is truly ski in/out as it claims, even for a beginner we had traveling with us. We happened to be visiting Easter weekend, and the resort held their Easter Egg Hunt for the kids right out the backside of our building. There is a park and playground area behind the building which is also where you ski in and out through. I could see them setting up for the Egg hunt in the morning from the Master bedroom of this condo. The balcony and master bedroom overlook the pool area and trees, so there is no direct neighbor when you look out the windows, just a beautiful view. We enjoyed the wood burning fireplace and BBQ, and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need including all spices and condiments. We found it to be very clean and perfect for our needs. There is even a stackable washer and dryer in the unit. The ski locker was very convenient. The shuttle service is on demand and there within minutes. The resort village with shops and restaurants and ski rentals and ice rink is a just a short walk up the street or through the backside (the scenic route through the snow next to the creek) I found was even shorter and more pleasurable. The only time we used our car was to go to the grocery store.. The only shortcoming I would say to this unit is the second bedroom would get hot at night even in the winter with the heater off. We had to leave the door open and use the fan at night in there. Other than that, I have to say we are already planning a return visit. Denise was a pleasure to deal with and very accomodating to our needs, including an unexpected delay in our arrival. She really bent over backwards to make sure we had everything we needed and were happy. Highly recommend this building and specifically this unit, as long as it's not on our same week next time we are in BC!

We have been skiing Beaver Creek for almost 10 years and have stayed in the Enclave, the Village, Avon and various other locations. This was our favorite! The convenience of the ski lockers and accessibility to the slopes and the village were the best features. When skiing, we just skied to the lift; when heading to the village we enjoyed walking over the bridge and up the hill right into the heart of the village. The condo had all that we needed as well--well supplied kitchen, washer/dryer and a gas grill. We used them all. In fact we liked it so much, that we are staying at the condo again in March. Our family of 4 really enjoyed staying at this condo. It was close enough to walk to the Village, and we especially enjoyed being able to ski in and ski out. The furnishings were nice, and the kitchen was nicely updated and had everything we needed. It was a pleasure to work with Denise, too!

Everything was exactly as listed on the site. Fantastic destination for skiing. The ski in/ski out was incredibly easy, about a 30 yard walk to the trail from the condo and you are off. Condo was very comfortable, open, spacious and had all the necessities for cooking in-house (resort restaurants can be very expensive, recommend buying groceries before you get into the mountains). Resort shuttles were very convenient and reliable for getting around and it was a very short walk to the resort center where most of the shops/restaurants are located (didn't drive our car at all once we arrived). Took the kids skating at the outdoor rink almost every day. Wonderful location, great condo, highly recommend.

This was our first trip back to beaver creek since we were married in June 2006....and 7 1/2 years later taking our 4 little kiddos. First, Denise is wonderful to work with from booking to making sure the condo is clean even when housekeeper had to back out at the last minute. She pulled through within hours of our arrival after we had driven 15 hours. She called and kept us up to speed on the progress. The condo isn't the Park Hyatt, but even better when you consider the price. The condo was completely stocked with everything we needed to cook and clean after we were done. You can definitely walk up a little hill to the village or take the shuttle (which we definitely used a lot with our 4 little snow people - ages 2,3,5, and 6!!!). When they are older we could walk. I walked up a few times to get pizza from our favorite Blue Moose Pizza and shop in the village. There's also a playground out back which was great on the 50 degree March days. I always make sure there is a good workout facility when we are on vacation. If you stay here you get to use the Pines Lodge workout room which also has a steam room and showers. It was very nice and the staff at pines lodge is super friendly. When i was finished they were nice enough to drive me down the hill to townsend place since the sun had set and temp had dropped drastically. Would love to stay there too, but no kitchens which is a must for us. I don't have calm children in restaurants yet :). The only thing I could possibly complain about is the quality of the bunk beds. The top bunk didn't feel real safe and luckily my kids were too tired and just crashed on them in the evening. The benefits of a full ski day! All in all we would definitely stay here again, and if ski school for 4 kids didn't cost us $1100 a day (seriously!) we would want to stay here twice a year.

We stayed a week earlier this month. Had not been to condo before but are quite familiar with BC. The location was perfect, able to walk if you to all the shops and restaurant. Easy to ski in and out. Hot tub was a plus.

We spent a week at Beaver Creek and found this unit very convenient, although a bit cramped for my family of four. The king sized bed in the master was spacious but had a couple of dips in it. My 14 yr old daughter preferred sleeping on the couch to the twin bunk, which she found not sturdy. Would have liked more seating than the single couch and one recliner. The kitchen was well stocked, and we did enjoy the wood burning fireplace and supply of wood. I would describe the interior as adequate, not luxurious. Soap and cleaning supplies are provided, but not shampoo. The ski locker can accommodate 4 sets of skis and poles, but not our boots and helmets too. The best feature of this unit is its location. It is an easy stroll to the village for lots of shops and restaurants. Also very convenient trail on the backside of the building that allows true ski-out access to the bottom of the Elkhorn lift. But, you will have to walk through the village carrying your skis in order to get back to the Creekside skiway to "ski-in". We found this out the hard way, after getting lost on the other homeowner skiways. Denise was very easy to work with and very responsive in arranging our stay.

This condo was high quality throughout: comfortable beds, quality bed linens, great couch for napping, high powered shower, nice tableware, tasteful decor, and the list goes on. Everything was solid, well made and attractive. It was well equipped with supplies too - plenty of paper products and cleaning supplies. And that's just the inside - now the location! Literally a 4 minute walk to the village, an easy ski-in. If you don't want to ski out with all your gear, there is a complimentary shuttle that will pick you up right at the front door. Parking was easy under the building (no snow!) And best of all, Denise was REALLY helpful - my daughter broke her ankle two days before our trip, and Denise researched wheelchair rental options for us, and helped me plan some alternate activities for our vacation. We will definitely rent this condo again!
