The house was great, close distance to the Watercolor Resort and pools! We really enjoyed the house and location. We had to contact property management about a few things and they were very prompt and done by the time we came back from the pool the first day! Would highly recommend.

This is our second year staying at this property. It’s exactly as described. The kitchen has everything you need. The location is great. It’s nice to be away from the traffic and within walking distance to the pool, beach and Square. And the communication with the rental company could t be better. Highly recommend this house.

Perfect location about 8-10 min walk to the beach. Very close to the pool. My kids really liked the other pool as well-camp watercolor which has a lazy river (about a mile from the house). We loved having the bikes and all the shops and restaurants so close. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

We loved the property, spacious rooms and great kitchen. The screened in porches were wonderful and we hope to stay again.

Very inviting and comfortable for our family. Loved the screened in porches and layout of the house. Had all the amenities, up to date furnishings, & beds were very comfortable. Easy walk to the Water Color beach club. Made for a great vacation experience!

I worked remotely from here for the week. It was so nice to get my work done then be able to enjoy all that Watercolor and 30A have to offer.

This property exceeded our expectations! Perfect location and beautiful on the inside. Very clean and easy check in/out process. I would highly recommend staying at this house.

This house is awesome and a great location. The management company was awesome to work with as well. My husband lost his wallet and the cleaning crew found it, took it to the property manager and they sent it to us the next day. Great communication too

Fun to watch the bikes and families go by from our perch. We'll definitely rent Geaux'n Coastal again.
