It was just my husband and I for a little getaway. This property was clean and quiet. The owner of the house was there in the main house during our stay, nicest guy with the cutest dog. We couldn’t ask for better location close to the beach, nice walk to dinner. Will stay here again!

Everything was great with our stay! The two things I would change would be maybe two more pillows for upstairs and the internet was not working correctly. The location and cleanliness were amazing!

We enjoyed our stay! Sarah was great at responding to a message quickly and taking care of our needs immediately.

We had a wonderful long weekend stay at this carriage house located on the quiet side of Rosemary! It was clean and nicely updated with a prime location on boardwalk B just 3 homes off the beach. Communication with Sarah prior to our arrival was excellent and she graciously was able to accommodate an early check in. The owners provided some nice touches, including plenty of supplies (TP, paper towels, beach towels, Keurig coffee cups, DW detergent, bath/hand towels), excellent wifi, and streaming TV. Street parking was easy to find close to the unit. It's a 1 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute walk to the town square area. Had a nice conversation with the owner (Andy) who was staying in the cottage house while we were there. We've been vacationing at Rosemary for 15 years and this is one of the best carriage homes we've stayed in and would highly recommend it, especially for 2 adults! The owners take great care of it and want to make sure you have a wonderful stay.

Quick walk to the beach and owner was friendly and accomodating allowing us early check in and use of the personal pool in the courtyard.

We spent a week at this property with our kids, ages 4 and 7. The proximity of this property to beach, playground and pool is perfect. The kitchen was nicely stocked and there were adequate towels and other necessities. They also provide guardrails for the bunks beds, which was necessary for us. You also have a nice set up for evening TV watching with Disney+ and Netflix. Overall, this place is awesome!

From the moment we booked this property everything went off without a hitch! Sarah, the property owner was so helpful and quick to respond to any and all questions! We Loved our accommodations and we loved the town of Rosemary Beach. The beach is beautiful! We highly recommend this home and this wonderful slice of heaven!! We also rented the guest house which gave us plenty of room with two babies, one Toddler and 7 adults!

This sweet carriage house was the perfect place for my husband and me. We arrived early and were able to drop off luggage and grab the beach and parking pass to head right to the beach! The location is amazing! Walking distance or a short bike ride to everything in town. The kitchen was well stocked with items to make lunch and cook. Communtion with the owner was great. We cannot wait to come back.

We had a wonderful stay at the Taurins beach property. The location is unbelievably close to both walkovers (A has a ramp which helps with beach carts) and B leads you right to the house. Loved being so close to the pool, short walk to Shades and also Rosemary shops. Beaches are beautiful and not overly crowded at this time of year We will most certainly be back - we have stayed at Watercolor, Seaside & Watersound. This was one our favorite places, by far.

Amazing property. Super close to the beach, 1 min walk(if that). 5 min walk to “town” but it’s through the like neighborhood so it’s very enjoyable with the trees. Super cozy home and super cute all around. Has everything you need. Great communication and super accommodating. could rave about this place all day! Will be booking again next year!

The rental unit was clean and functional for us (couple) and our toddler. The property is in a great location in Rosemary Beach.

We had the best stay at this property that was new to us! The location is perfect and it is such a cozy loft for a couple. We will definitely be back!

The location of this property is amazing! You can hear the waves from bed. We loved the super short walk to the beach and using the bikes to go to dinner/shop. Comfy beds, great A/C. Wifi is spotty, which was kind of nice for a family with a teenage ;) not so great if you are WFV (vacation). Owner is lovely and responsive! I would love to rent here again!

We have stayed in many Rosemary Beach carriage houses, and this was one of our favorites.Compared to other carriage houses, we loved that this one had a full-size couch, a full-size fridge, and an oven/stove and was also very close to the water. The space was light and clean, and we would stay again.

The check in was a little frustrating since we could not quite comprehend getting to the correct property…. A few more details would be helpful ( ie: door next to the garage). The pull down blinds are not wound correctly & so don’t provide adequate privacy… in fact a blinds on both doors would offer the privacy needed.
