Absolutely love this condo, location it perfect for walking and enjoying the fabulous beach of Anastasia Island. Condo is exactly as shown and has everything needed for your stay. The owner is fantastic to work with and very responsive to any situation that may come up.

We had very relaxing stay. The condo is as described and oh so close to the beach. The condo is very quiet. We never heard any neighbors during the stay. We will definitely return!

This condo was absolutely amazing. It was so beautifully decorated and comfortable. It was so nice to have beach chairs, an umbrella and a beach wagon! This place is also in the perfect location. We definitely would love to stay here again!

This property is exactly as described! It is within feet of the beach and the sand is white and very fine - beautiful! Exceptionally clean and well stocked with anything and everything you could need. It is also very spacious. This is the 2nd year in a row we have stayed there and no doubt we will stay there again!

This property is exactly as described. It was close to everywhere you wanted to be. The beach and the pool where amazing and we saw so many amazing things, turtles, birds, rabbits, and even saw a gentleman on the beach catch a small shark on our morning beach walk. The bed was super comfortable and we felt very at home in this beautiful condo. You can find so many fun things to do and we hope to return next year to find more adventures. Grocery stores and restaurants are super close too. Thank you for a wonderful 2 week stay on beautiful Anastasia Island.

The decor was lovely, the rooms were generous in size, incidentals such as lawn chairs were very much appreciated. Overall, excellent vacation!

Loved everything about this condo, fully equipped very clean and near a lot of Restaurants and beach feet away. Definitely recommend this home away from home. Also great communication with the owner! If ever in St Augustine again would stay here again if available.

We appreciated the exceptionally well equipped kitchen, as well as the beach chairs and umbrella. The host responded promptly to all inquiries and seemed eager to make our stay a pleasant one.

We had a wonderful stay at this unit. Although we didn’t do any cooking, basically we showered and slept there because of family in the area. I found the unit to be well stocked, comfortable and very homey. The beds are very comfortable. The unit was a little cold, but then again, Florida had record-setting temperatures the week we stayed. It also has a very nice pool but we weren’t able to use that either because of the weather. There’s also easy access to the beach. The host was very nice to work with and provided all the information we needed for our stay. We will definitely consider staying there again in the future.

We had a wonderful month in your condo. It is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We enjoyed the most beautiful beach I have seen. The pool is also wonderful. We felt at home.

Everthing was even better than indicated on the listing. Pat was wonderful to communicate with and was very responsive. The condo was well-stocked. We were more than pleasantly surprised. The kitchen had anything and everything you could possibly need for cooking a meal. Visiting the beach was made even better with ALL of the beach supplies available at the condo. Beach cart, chairs, umbrella and even toys for kiddos were in the condo and ready for us if needed. The beds were comfortable, the place was VERY spacious and the complex was quiet. The location was excellent as well. It was within a few minutes drive to the attractions, grocery store and restaurants. You could even walk to several restaurants. We cannot waait to return again soon!

My wife and I stayed here with our two teenagers while visiting a local relative. We enjoyed our stay at this spacious condo with quick beach access. Would definitely recommend if you’re visiting!

Nothing short of amazing! Beautiful and functional condo. We cooked nightly and had everything we needed. There’s also a plethora of beach toys/chairs/wagon. Property owner was super responsive. I loved it being ground level. No stairs and easy to pull the wagon back and forth to the beach. The property is gated which provides extra security. And I loved not having to mess w keys for the door as it’s managed w a code. All in all, definitely recommend! And we’ll be booking this condo again :)

The condo is located within close distance of great seafood restaurants, and shopping. Beach is just over the gated board walk. Would Stay there again.😍😍❤

We had a wonderful time. Great location with easy access to the beach, quiet end unit on the ground floor. Having a beach wagon, beach chairs and a beach umbrella provided was a major bonus. The condo itself was wonderful for a family of 5. Some restaurants were within walking distance and it was a short ten minute drive to downtown Saint Augustine. Having the laundry within the unit was fantastic as well. We highly recommend this particular unit.

We loved St. Augustine Beach. We had great weather and the beach access from the condo was the best, no stairs!! The condo had plenty of room and it was stocked with essentials which made it very nice. We will definitely look at returning. Patricia was helpful and easy to communicate with when we had questions. A good place to stay.

Great facility great location. Convenient to top restaurants as well as very interesting venues including the Lighthouse and the Alligator Farm. About a 15 or 20 minute drive to downtown. Easy access to the beach and a very nice pool. Overall a great week.

This condo was a wonderful place to stay, to enjoy the beach, and to relax. But it is also close to a lot of attractions and places to eat.

Great location that is VERY close to the beach. The home had everything we needed and it is just a short drive to old town St. Augustine. Plenty of good restaurants nearby as well. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Hope to return. Heated pool was wonderful, some days the beach was too cold this spring, but we could go out to see the the sunrise beachside and then swim at the pool on those days. A big hit for our crew!

This condo was amazing! Clean, spacious, about 20 yards from the pool on the ground floor and a short walk to the gated private entrance to the beach for this complex. The owners are great to work with and we are looking to book again next year if possible. I would highly recommend this condo.

The property was just as shown.. clean and roomy. Located a very short walk from the beach. It was a bit windy while we were there so we didn’t spend much time there but we did enjoy seeing so many of the sites in St Augustine. . Overall we had a great trip

Great location, steps away from the Atlantic Ocean with private beach entrance for condo residents. Just 7 miles south of the touristy areas, but far enough away to not consistently be surrounded by other tourists 😁. About an hour's drive south of Jacksonville airport. We had a rental car, but could and did Uber one night to San Sebastian Winery for my Dad's 75th birthday. Connolly's Shore Grill (breakfast/lunch) and Hurricane's (bar restaurant) were neighborhood gems we could easily walk to (no more than 5 and 10 minutes on foot respectively). Spent 6 nights there. The last two days were mostly spent lounging around the FULLY stocked condo and surrounding area. I even made ribs in the oven one night. Just bought the meat and BBQ sauce from Publix down the street. There were already spices for the rub in the cabinet! The co-owner Patricia had said to let her know if we needed anything before arriving. I somewhat jokingly said, "Some beer in fridge, preferably an IPA." Done! What a beautiful surprise and a classy touch. Plan to stay there again next year. Thank you!

This condo and property were immaculate. Gated and very secure. The condo was furnished with EVERYTHING you need. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had anything you would need and the towels were like what you would have and home and not in a rental. We will definitely be back.

The experience of renting Pat’s condo was top-notch! The location is perfect, close to the beach and close to the pool; best of both worlds. The ENTIRE condo was clean and kept up nicely. Kitchen had everything we needed. In addition, the beach supplies were just what we needed. No need to bring anything except clothes and swimsuits, well and toiletries. This is the best condo I have ever stayed in. I HIGHLY recommend and will return in the future.

We had a great stay! The space is right near the beach with everything you need. The owner was very friendly and checked up on us even during Hurricane Elsa’s visit. Your family will enjoy staying here.
