We had the absolute best time at Casa Corazon! The house, location, food, and staff all exceeded expectations. We will be back.

The service and food preparation was underwhelming. We requested only breakfast and snacks. They bought us all this food and hardly cut up and fruit and veggies for 8 girls. We ended up wasting food. I asked for salsas, guac, cheese, veggies, and chips in the afternoon. They never made fresh salsas, only pico de gallo and used the same one every day and the same guac. No other snacks were provided. Why wouldn't they use the cheese we bought or jicamas? Hardly washed any berries. I was disappointed in the food that we received and how much money we spent on groceries. When we first arrived no groceries, not even water were in the house. The concierge I sent it to said they never received it which is incorrect. When you look at the portal you can see it there. How did they think 8 girls would do with no water, food or alcohol. The woman who greeted us wasn't helpful, but Rafael was. Then they bought so much food which we paid for and they never used it. They left everyday before we got home around 4 which also surprised me. Per the agreement they should have been there until 5 helping us.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The house was beautiful and perfectly kept and maintained. The staff was wonderful to work with as well. From booking to check out we had zero issues and we would all highly recommend staying at this property. We will for sure be back in the future!

The pictures do not do this house justice. Everything was top notch. Our group of 10 adults and children had an amazing time. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The food was yummy! We enjoyed the pool, pond and golf carts! Highly recommend staying here — you won’t regret it!

Excellent private resort experience with top notch service, the staff is 1st class with excellent hospitality skills. The property is incredible because it has all the amenities that a resort would have but better if you are looking for large common areas but yet still have privacy individually or as a group. Phenomenal concierge service, The Chef and housekeeping is excellent. We have 13 folks to celebrate my wife's b-day and everyone was just impressed. We will be back that is for sure..

I can't say enough about how amazing of a property this is...from arrival to departure, one of the best rentals we have ever stayed at. The team that runs the property is amazing and the location is great, like a country club in paradise. We will be back!
