This unit met our needs very nicely. Clean and comfortable. An easy walk to downtown. Appreciated having a parking garage. Check in and out was very efficient. For those who want to cook, the kitchen stove and cookware need a refresh.

The condo is pretty much as advertised and we love Telluride. So, all good on that front. Alas, we encountered a few glitches while there: 1. As we were there for an extended stay, we needed a vacuum. We could not find one and thus, called vacasa. Instead of telling us where to find the vacuum (it turns out that there was one), they worked with owners to buy a new one. This was nice, but took over a week to happen and the floors were pretty gross the entire time. 2. Kitchen - cookware is not for folks who like to cook, even a little. I tried to bake something and grunge in the oven set off the very loud smoke alarm. On top of that, when I pulled the oven rack with my dish on it out to remove the dish, the rack tipped toward me and the entire dish of piping hot food ended up on my bare shins and the floor. Turns out someone put the oven racks in upside down... 3. The toilet broke, which is not a biggie. Vacasa reached out immediately to see when they could repair it. As I was out hiking, I did not get the message and thus, did not approve the visit. Meanwhile, vacasa decided to fix it without my approval. My teen son awoke to find a stranger in the house. He was very startled and a bit frightened. Not cool. Vacasa should have gotten my explicit permission so that I could have warned my son. 4. We couldn't figure out how to use the not at smart TV (despite being pretty good at that sort of thing usually). Took vacasa a week to send someone over to show us how all of the remotes worked. Would have been nice just to have had the instructions from the beginning. 5. The instructions about the door lock were not correct. 6. We were all suited up to use the hot tub, but the code didn't work. An hour later, we had the right code, but were no longer suited up for the hot tub. Any of these items alone would not have affected review, but together, they definitely dampened our enthusiasm. do with the information what you will...

Easy walk to town and both markets and restaurants close walking. It was very quiet. Kitchen had minimal supplies, pans were fairly worn. Sign at door says remove shoes. After two hours white socks were filthy, all floors need a deep cleaning. Location is adjacent to River Trail, great asset.

Not only was Telluride beautiful, but the home we rented was cozy and comfortable. The owners left us the sweetest note welcoming us . We had a blast and used the hot tub every night after skiing. I would love to book again in the future. Donna Harrod

When we arrive with our rental car the garage door opener was in the condo with two different codes for the door to enter the garage. We tried all of them and none worked. The code sent to us for checkin was also wrong. We called the property manager and they did not know the code to get into the garage. We finally called the next day and got the code so we could get to our car and belongings in our car.

Convenient, clean and cozy place to enjoy Telluride. I was thankful for the new humidifiers in each room for us southerners. My only recommendation is to replace the mattresses that are worn, otherwise the place has everything needed for an enjoyable trip.

Great location at chair 7 nice unit and well appointed, but furnishings are worn and somewhat mismatched. Bed linens and pillows are okay, but no extra blankets which we could have used since it was really chilly during our stay. Could use better reading lights both in the main room and in the bedrooms.

We had a great time absolutely loved the location. The place was very comfortable clean and close to everything. At check out we met the cleaning crew which was absolutely amazing super friendly and very professional. I couldn’t get the key box to open I kept trying didn’t want to leave it unlocked when they showed up they helped me get it back in and locked up. Very thankful for them.

The property was fantastic, it had everything we needed for a short vacation. It’s also within walking distance to everything you could possibly need or want to do while there - and a short walk to the free gondola to check out mountain village! Hoping we can come back and check it out in the winter!

Really enjoyed staying here! Loved the location in the town of Telluride. Really pretty along the river! Trail path goes along river for a quick 5 min walk to town. Added bonus if you can't park in garage (our roof carrier made our car too tall) there is a free daytime parking lot located right beside the condo! Additionally the hosts were very easy to communicate with and immediately responded to any questions!

Really fun week. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a very convenient property for a ski in/out experience. Great access to lift, convenient underground parking, ski lockers etc. Unit is directly above community hot tub which is also very nice. I would give this property a 9 on a ten point scale. Telluride is a fantastic place.

Great location by Coonskin lift and shuttle. Spacious condo with washer and dryer . Comfortable beds. A great find.

This condo was very comfortable and clean. The location couldn't be better. Everything worked and the indoor garage (heated) was fantastic as we were there for skiing with lots of snow on the ground. Beds were comfortable and owners were easy to work with. I would stay here again.
