It was very disappointing that the hot tub was not running and it didn't show on the app of bookings

The waterside. And the staff were polite and helpful. The security guard did a fantastic job during a highly volatile incident.

The other guests in the hotel were loud on the floors we stayed, slamming doors, yelling, running through the halls, this was during the clearly posted quiet hours of the hotel. I had other guests calling my room in the middle of the night (wrong room). Emergency services were at the hotel at least half the nights we stayed for one incident or another.

Location and affordability.

Late check in time. It is really a great concern especially if you had a long drive coz you are looking forward to have a rest.

The supper was very cold and only had the buffet no other items and the pool was very cold

The room service could maybe go a Lil longer. Especially for travelers who arrive later than 1130.

The room was spacious and very comfortable.

The housekeeping staff was not very pleasant. They did not seem to care about paying guests and went about their own way to pass in front of clientele at the elevators and doors.

it’s gotten very dated, wasn’t that clean and you could here right through the walls

checking in was efficient

when i booked my room i ordered a standard king room. I checked in after midnight from my travel and I was given a king room with wheelchair accessibility. I did not feel comfortable accepting this room in case a person needed this room. I stated that the room I initially ordered should be what I requested - no exceptions. Unfortunately, there were no other rooms available. I grudgingly accepted it.

I liked how friendly front desk were to me. Central location to food and shops and airport.

I didn’t like that the walls were paper thin. I could hear my hotel room neighbours from 2 am to 6 am. I didn’t sleep well because of that.
