The breakfast was very good with both hot and cold options. We had scrambled egg, bacon, sausage, pancakes with syrup as well as some coffee cake. There were bagels available to toast, juices, strawberry yogurts and coffee and teas set up self- serve. Staff was checking on the guests without being intrusive.

The hot water was low in evening and in the morning for showering. There was a sports team in most of the facility, so could have overtaxed the hot water system.

Some disrespectful guests had a barking dog in their room and had not paid the fee to have it there. I hated that barking

was not clean or secure smelled like a nursing home had bugs in front lobby

The room was generally clean and there was a nice, hot breakfast.

After I was in my room for about 15 minutes, another party of four people had a key to my room and attempted to enter. They could not enter since I had the metal stopper in place. I heard someone in the group say, "oh no, someone is already in there." I was contacted by the front desk and the staff person gave me a new key. She said she would speak with the manager about getting a free night for my trouble. I spoke with the staff Sunday morning and wrote a note about the experience but did not receive any reply from management. This could have been a serious event if someone with ill intent had been given a key to my room and entered.
