Great location and nice house. I would definitely rent this house again.

Stayed over Christmas. Great location walkable to everything. Updated and clean. Only complaint was garage keypad not working and directions on how to get into garage without confusing.. so did not have access to it.

Very clean and plenty of room for our family(4 adults and two babies). Beds were clean and comfortable. Great location just a few steps to the beach and great food places! Would definitely book this place again!

Property was very close to the beach. Very pretty and in great condition. A lot to do near by.

Unfortunately upon arrival to our unit it was not as clean as expected. The living room rug was filthy, we found several hairs in 2 of the 3 beds, the refrigerator had not been wiped down, the washing machine was full of sand and mold, the bedroom rug was dirty, master shower drain plugged (cleaned the hair stopper and still water up to our ankles) and a few kitchen cabinets were broke. The walls could also use some fresh paint. The location however was excellent, it was just hard to enjoy our vacation in an uncomfortable atmosphere. I was really hoping after reading several other reviews that our stay would have been better. Lisa the property manager did offer to have house keeping come back but we had already cleaned what we could at that point. Would not stay here again or recommend.

My family decided to do a staycation as we only live 5 miles up the road in Huntington Beach! But we love Newport, so for spring break we decided to rent this house, Unit B, and it was perfect. Location is ideal! Close to all of our favorite things in Newport especially my daughter’s favorite place, milk and cookies which is a 2 min walk (best ever warm chocolate chip cookies and milk!). But the best part is walking a few feet to the sand using the great chairs that they have in the garage and just sitting in the sand all day. Also if you go out of the house and go to the left on the bike path it is a perfect long walk that I did every morning from the Newport Beach pier to the Balboa pier 1.9 miles each way. Loved walking and looking at all the houses. The apartment was perfect had everything you need; beds were comfortable, kitchen was amazing. Bathrooms great! We will come back!

Very nice 3-bedroom condo that comfortably fit our family of 4. Loved staying right by the beach and having a guaranteed parking spot. Plenty of chairs, boogie boards, and toys to play with. Only complaint is the place needs a little updating (cabinets, couch, and area rug in living area). We would definitely stay here again.

We had a really nice time at this property. You could see the ocean from the balcony. Walking distance to local restaurants and bars. The unit had everything we needed and more. Garage parking was a must for us with lots of beach chairs, towels, etc. Having a washer/dryer in the unit was a plus. Would definitely stay there again.

My entire family — (2 teen boys) my husband and I — loved the location. Walking distance to all the local restaurants and just steps to the beach. Everything, and I mean everything, was provided for our 4 day stay at the condo. I hope to plan a return trip again shortly.

Wanted a girls trip where we didn't need a car, perfect pick for us. Very spacious, kitchen well equipped, comfortable beds, beach chairs and umbrella all appreciated too. Favorite place to eat is Dora deli and try their drinks keke coconuts are the best! Also took the sunset cruise and saw many seal and the sunset was great! Never used the tvs -small place to sit outside -go and enjoy
