Great location- walking distance to everything you’d need, food, restaurants, dispensaries etc… It was near 100 degrees and did not find it too warm as some other posters had mentioned. There were two fans in each bedroom and a/c in the living room. Great place to stay for a Red Rocks show

The place is lovely and checked all of my boxes for a home away from home, except the air conditioning situation. The home does not have central air, rather a wall unit, that does not adequately cool the bedrooms. Fortunately, the sofa bed is quite comfortable. A stay during the fall, winter, or spring would likely be the best time to visit this rental.

Very nice two bedroom apartment like - only has one ac unit in living room - no central air only fans in bedrooms. No fan in bathroom so like other say would have to open window to vent area but it was hot out so I didn’t and was perfectly fine. Loved it has washer and dryer in unit. Stayed two nights and would deff do a short stay here again!

Perfect place to stay after a great concert at Red Rocks!

This was exactly what we were looking for! Great location and access to Red Rocks. Inside was very nice. However, the Driveway was overgrown and kind of limited packing / unpacking the Truck we had.

We stayed here and used as our base for visiting Denver and surrounding area. Description and pics are just as mentioned and pictured in listing. Nice residential area close to grocery and othe conveniences. Only suggestion is to have mattress pads on beds to prevent sheets from slipping. Very comfortable; we'd stay again.

Nice and clean, neighborhood had restaurants close by. WiFi was great and easy to work.

Extremely clean property. The location is pretty nice in an active neighborhood. There are three other apartments right next to you, one below and two next door. The neighbors were mostly quiet. One smokes and has that distinct smokers cough that you can hear through the walls, but was otherwise a quiet neighbor. The beds were comfy!! The bathroom is fancy, but you have to open the window to air out the steam since there's no fan to pull it away. There's one AC window unit in the living room. Every room has a fan to help circulate the cool air. It may not be enough during especially hot summer days, though. Hubby and I were comfortable for our stay in early May with the highs in the upper 70s. Communication with host is minimal. The internet password changed and we were notified via sticky note on our door. Overall, pretty nice place to stay!

The Vrbo is exactly as it looks on the listing. It's clean and the beds are comfortable and the shower is lovely. It was the perfect location for us going to graduation festivities at Regis. When we needed to contact the host, he answered right away and was really friendly and receptive. The only suggestions I have are very minor. It would be nice to have at least one more mirror in the house. Also some more glassware or some wine glasses would be nice. All in all a very nice place.

Property was in an area rgat

Our fourth stay, and terrific as always. Love the space- and made for a great winter weekend.

This was a spacious, comfortable apartment with nicely updated kitchen and bath. It had all the basics. Washer and dryer were great to have. Communication was easy and prompt.

Lovely, spacious, clean with extremely comfortable bed and couch. Quiet with nice laundry and kitchen. Especially loved the desk in the front room. Wifi was fast and easy to find all my favorite channels and apps on the tv.

Multiple stays at this quiet property on a terrific street. Easy walk to local stores and shops, and easy access to all of Denver. We will be back!

We enjoyed staying there. Very clean inside. The driveway could use some work. There is stickers that will stick to your clothes. Could use full body mirrors in both bedrooms. Not enough mirrors. Other then that very nice property. Very convenient location.

Perfect if your going to Empower Field at Mile High or Coors Field. Nice place. Everything updated. Will be staying there next year to go see my Raidernation Play.

Four of us drove from Saskatchewan to visit Denver to watch the Blue Jays play ball against the Rockies! We had a great time. The accommodations were great. Could use some a/c in the bedrooms (but it was unusually hot that weekend) but everything else was wonderful.

This place had what we needed - nothing fancy but had the staples in the kitchen, washer/dryer, A/C (only in main room so was a bit warm in bedrooms), and was not too far from places we planned to visit. Downside is you will have to drive to anything you want to do as it's in the middle of a neighborhood. Perfect to use as home base for many activities.

House is clean and comfortable.

The property was great except when we showed up the place was 80+ degrees because the air conditioning wasn’t working. We tried contacting owner 3 different times and never got an answer until we called Vrbo directly. There is a small air conditioning unit in the living room but nothing in the two rooms. Apparently the air conditioning hadn’t worked a few times that week so it would have been nice if it was checked on before we showed up to ensure it was working. But it wasn’t so it was horribly hot. The owner was rude when we got ahold of him and didn’t even apologize. Thankfully Vrbo gave us a full refund. However, I think the place would have been fine if the air conditioning worked.

We were near football and baseball stadiums. Great location. We would stay again.

The property was clean and easily accessible. The check- in process was easy. The property has everything we needed for our stay. Possible improvements would be vacuuming out the windowsills more often and vacuuming the filter on the air conditioner more often, but it wasn't a huge deal to do it ourselves.

It was very clean and was perfect for our week of softball at the Boulder IDT! The location was perfect and close to groceries, restaurants, and shopping! I will definitely stay here again! Thank you Glen for providing a clean, safe place for us to stay!

This condo was in a perfect location in Denver, Colorado! My family of three stayed here in June and for what we needed it for it was absolutely perfect!
