First time VRBO users. Had a great stay. House was clean and well equipped. Owner was very responsive and good to deal with on any questions. Had everything you could possibly need. Many cooking staples are there such as coffee, coffee filters, spices, saran wrap and foil, sugar, etc. nice not to have to go out and buy all that stuff when you might need just a little of something. Great location at end of street so very little traffic, very quiet at all times, very natural area adjacent to state park protected land. Was our best vacation ever!

We stayed for a week for a family vacation and the house was perfect for us. Very clean, spacious, and the outdoor space is beautiful. It was also fully stocked with most thing we needed for our stay. Owners were very responsive and addressed any minor concerns immediately. Short drive to the beach, restaurants, and stores. Would stay here again and recommend to others looking for a vacation home in the Rotonda West area.

We had a lovely stay during March with our friends. The villa had everything we needed and was in a peaceful location on Rotonda, a place that we love and know very well. We saw a bobcat, gopher tortoises, several alligators and many beautiful birds. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond when there was a problem with the pool. We would be very happy to stay again.

We stayed for 3 months; Very spacious ; people enjoy fishing off the bridge in the canal;Lots of birds; gopher tortoise nest across the road; banana tree fun to see and was delicious to eat; lots of streets to walk on; close to playground for children and court for pickleball; short drive to the YMCA for fitness center; Sassy Tarts has delicious bakery items and potpies; enjoyed many Seafood and music festivals in the area of Englewood and Punta Gorda; car shows on Dearborn street; Pool gets lots of sun and can enjoy sunrises and sunsets with a nice view of the canal from; close to many great places to listen to music like the Englewood on Dearborn and the Sand and Tikki bar and grill; close to numerous beaches; great wifi for working remotely; Mr. Edwards was very responsive with any questions we had. Thank you so much!

Another great stay, we have been here twice this year. The house is great, as always. Pool and hot tub are very relaxing. Very quiet neighborhood and house is last house on the road for even more privacy. Mr and Mrs. Edwards were great host and were reaponsive to a couple minor things that came up. We look forward to going again as soon as possible.

This home was absolutely perfect for our family plus grandparents. The pool and spa were very clean, making it a perfect alternative to the ocean when we were exhausted. The extra den-like room was great for when my kids wanted to watch a different show than the rest of the family too. There were a couple small issues when we arrived, but the home owner rectified them quickly. The living room furniture could probably use replaced as there was very little support, but cosmetically it was beautiful! We will definitely stay here again next time we travel to Florida!

This home was just what we needed for our vacation. It was just as the pictures and description described it. It was really secluded and very private, it felt like we were the only ones around. The pool/hot tub were perfect and the home was equipped with everything that was needed. Very clean and comfortable. The layout of the home was great with the master bedroom being on the opposite side of all the other bedrooms. Communication with the owner was good and we had no problems. Overall the place was great and we would stay here again. I wish I would have bought a cheap fishing pole because it looked like the fishing would have been great in the canal right behind the house.

My wife and I havent been away since before covid, and we are glad we chose this place. The pool and hot tub were great. Lots of staples that were left from previous guests such as dish soap, laundry soap, ziplock bags, etc. The owners were very communicative when we had questions.

The weather couldn't have been more perfect for our stay. We vacationed with my older mom so this will be her last big vacation. We had a few blips but Mark kept on top of things until everything was taken care of. There was great non-stop communication which was much appreciated. Having a hot tub was non-negotiable for my mom and sister so having that was great. We even got to hear an alligator bellow nearby twice which was fun! Thank you Mark!!

Excellent home, clean and well stocked. Fit perfect for a family of 7. The Owners were easy to work with and very prompt. AC went out one night. Owners were notified at 7:30am the next morning. Mark was on it!! He had an someone there to fix it within a few hours and the AC was running good by 11am. AC was is good condition and worked great it was the poor frog that jumped into the AC and shorted it out. All appliances worked great.

Family Vacation
We really enjoyed our stay. Had issues with the pool heating but were taken care of by host. Very quiet neighborhood, worked well for our family of 6! Very good communication.

My family was coming to visit relatives that live in Port Charlotte and needed a home away from home.
This property had every amenity a family needs from an exceptionally clean house to the condiments forgotten at the grocery store.
The property is set on a lovely canal with wildlife all around.
The pool was refreshing from the hot Florida sun.
The spacious bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for the vacationing traveler.
I want to say a DEEP THANK YOU to the owners. Your property was everything we need, wanted and more. My only regret is we didn't stay longer. We will be back!

Perfect get away for the family!
The absolute best. Owner was very communicative and the property is a hidden gem. Although it’s a process to get in/out of the wagon wheel, it’s very conveniently located to many attractions perfectly suited for a family get away. Would recommend to anyone!!

Wonderful getaway vacation home.
The location of the home is very private, quiet & relaxing. Enjoyed walks in the area, riding the bikes provided & visiting the nearby beaches. Lots of wildlife to see while sitting by the pool. The home is very clean & is equipped with many amenities. We would definitely stay here again.

A super nice home! It was so very well equipped. Had everything you could possibly need. The pool and hot tub were delightful! The canal behind it was serene and peaceful.
The beds were very comfortable, which is always a plus. The home sits in a very nice neighborhood, and the bicycles provided allowed us to ride around in it, which was enjoyable. Mark, the owner, was very considerate and checked to make sure all was well. Not far to the beaches, restaurants, and shopping at all. Would highly recommend staying here! An overall great stay and experience!!

Very relaxing vacation
We have been coming to Rotunda for many Christmas holidays and always enjoyed the Englewood area. This year was also great. This is a fantastic property with lots of privacy and minimal traffic. The house is well equipped with everything you could need to make your time stress free. We were amazed at how clean the place was. It was obvious that the owner cared for the tenants. This was evidenced when after a wind storm he called to ensure we were safe and that everything was still ok for us. We will definitely come back to this place again. Thanks Mark for another great holiday in Rotunda.

Beautiful Vacation Rental in Rotonda West
Mark & Sharon's home was beautiful and exactly as described in the listing. My hubby and I normally spend most of our vacation time exploring Florida, but we stayed in this year. We both enjoyed all of the amenities available with the rental. The lanai area, pool, and hot tub were amazing...and the view of the canal was beautiful. We spent our mornings and early evenings outside enjoying the sunrises, sunsets, and nature. We actually caught a glimpse of the "famous canal gator" as well! Everything you need is a short drive away (groceries, restaurants, gas stations). Overall, we loved the time we were there and Mark & Sharon were so helpful and attentive anytime we needed them. We definitely recommend booking their home. Next time we stay in this area we will book with them again for sure! Thanks so much Mark & Sharon!

Perfect villa for a family!
Everything was above and beyond of our expectations. We really enjoyed our time. The house was beyond enough room for our family of 4. The beautiful sunsets while in the spa was our top favorite feature as well as the amazing sunrise as all the osprey our flying around. We hope to be back sooner than later!

Very Nice!
My family had a nice relaxing week at Rotonda West! Everything was just as described. We all loved the pool and hot tub plus there were multiple beaches just a short drive away. The owners were very nice to work with. I would definitely recommend the Osprey House!

My family and I have enjoyed our stay at Osprey villa from July 19 thru the 25. We felt so comfortable when we got there. The kitchen has everything that you will need to prepare your meals plus more.
The location was perfect for us since the property is close to shopping and beaches. We preferred a small beach because of the social distancing. Englewood Beach is the most popular beach close by. The house is clean and big enough to accommodate a family of 6.
Rhona is very pleasant to deal with and very responsive. We also had the pleasure of meeting the property manager. Overall we had an amazing experience and we will definitely be using Osprey Villa in the near future.

Wonderful stay in Rotonda West!
We had a wonderful experience staying in the Osprey house. The home is well appointed and had everything needed to make our stay very comfortable. The location was excellent with only a short drive to several beaches and restaurants. We saw several gators in the canal behind the house. There is a variety of bird life as well. We would highly recommend this house to vacationers!! The only issue was that upon arrival, the grass was very high and needed to be mowed. With a phone to the property management, the problem was remedied promptly.

Beautiful home! Roomy and exactly as described!
We would stay again. Lots of room and quiet. Grandkids loved the pool and spa. Has everything you need in a kitchen. Has 3 nice bedrooms grandkids decided on twin bedroom instead of having own bed to themselves lol. We thoroughly enjoyed everything
