Fantastic stay. This was my 2nd time to stay because this place rocks. The owners are great! Tons of amenities. Everything we need. Last year and this a small group of us has stayed here and been fantastic. Planning on a next year as well. Can't say enough good things about this location. No complaints. Made our trip fun relaxing and no troubles.

It's a great place for the whole family. There is plenty of room indoors to sleep, cook, play games, etc., with all of the amenities, equipment, and supplies to make it a great stay. Everyone enjoyed the bike rides around the quiet (safe) neighborhood. We spent time at the lake, used the kayaks hung by the fire pit, and the kids truly enjoyed the spacious backyard. We would definitely return.

This was a perfect spot for a family or team bonding trip. Literally 1 minute from the beach and launch. Tons of space and incredibly well kept property. 10 out of 10!

This place is a few blocks from the lake and it is in a very nice neighborhood. There is no noise and parties on the weekend and the owners were very nice. I would absolutely stay here again next time we go to the lake.

Jackie and Rich are amazing hosts who genuinely want their guests to have the best possible time. The property is more than you could ask for and only a short walk to the lake. I have nothing negative to say about our stay, and simply cannot wait to go back.

Spacious and loved that it had 3 bathroom! Host were great!

Everything was clean & nice except the refrigerator. And just so everyone knows, the pictures of the lake area & dock that these pictures show are NOT ON THE PROPERTY. The lake itself is about 2 1/2 blocks away so you will need to have a golf cart/car etc. to get to the lake itself. I wish I would’ve known this beforehand but Rich, the owner, was very very nice & accomodating.

We absolutely loved our stay!! Honestly all you need is your clothes and food. We brought our boat and parked it on the side of the house. 21 foot pontoon. We launched with no problem from the community boat dock. The house was super clean and the community is adorable! So quiet and laid back. The owner was quick to respond to emails also.

This was a great space to meet our friends from Texas. The house was laid out well and had plenty of bathrooms, rooms and things to do. It was very clean and well stocked. Rich was very responsive and helped with questions quickly. Just know that this property is neither lake front or lake side, it is a few blocks from the lake (a great and relaxing little walk) and does not have a view either. Also things to note about the lake - Texoma requires a separate fishing license unique for this lake, it is a BIG lake, it was very rough while we were there and the boat ramp was very shallow and hard to maneuver because of the last two reasons. All in all, a great time though.
