My family stayed at this house for a long weekend (myself and husband, two children and my parents). The owner was extremely accommodating, responsive, and wonderful to work with. The house was beautifully furnished and had everything that we needed. Having two golf carts was amazing so that our group could split up when needed. It was a very short golf cart ride to the beach which was very nice. The view of the marsh from the deck was spectacular. I definitely recommend this property and we would love to return!

Each year, our three couples run off somewhere for a few days vacay. When deciding where we were headed this year, we individually chose a place we wanted to visit, stuck it in a hat, and drew. The last place left in the hat would be our destination. We ALL agree this was definitely one of our favorite trips. This was the first time we each visited the island, but it won't be our last. Out of the gate, our host was so helpful. As soon as the home was reserved, Brad gave us information on the island: places to eat, places to visit, prettiest sunset. etc. He was always available for any questions and responded quickly. The home was beautiful, clean, and had EVERYTHING we needed for a perfect stay. Having the two golf carts was very convenient for our group as well. We'll definitely be back to Fripp (soon) and will definitely stay at Feeling FrippSea. Thank you for sharing your home with us, Brad and family!

We have been coming to Fripp for many years, and Feeling FrippSea is one of the best places we have stayed. Brad is a super host ... very gracious and responsive to any questions we had. Having 2 golf carts with the house is an added bonus!

Excellent location. House was great for two families traveling together. Beach chairs, toys, umbrella, and towels were an added bonus and in great shape. House had everything we needed. If only Mother Nature could turn the bugs down a little it would have been perfect.

This was our first time to vacation on Fripp Island and we loved it! The house had beautiful marsh views and sunset views. We loved the outdoor spaces. Eating dinner on the deck and rocking in the chairs were peaceful activities that we all enjoyed. The owner provided two golf carts, beach chairs, and beach toys! That was a win!! The outside shower was fantastic after a day at the beach! The house had plenty of space for all of our family. The highlight of the week for my grandson was the golf cart scavenger hunt! We highly recommend this property!

The home was perfect for our group, very well stocked, updated, comfortable, and sensational marsh views that never got old throughout the days and evenings. Brad was very responsive and accommodating when it came to the couple questions I had, more so than any other property owner I have worked with in VRBO. It was a true pleasure working with him. Golf was spectacular, and the ping pong table under the house was an excellent surprise feature we used quite a bit!

We enjoyed our stay at the Hastings residence very much. The house was comfortable and spacious. The house with all the balconies and the view over the march were just amazing. We were with four couples and we never had the impression that we lacked private space. The beds were excellent and the kitchen well equipped. The communication with the owner was easy and correct. We can recommend it to everyone . Fripp by itself has enough to go for.

This is one of most beautifully designed, immaculately kept properties I’ve ever rented. We had 4 couples, and all enjoyed our accommodations, especially all the porch spaces off of the bedrooms. The owners were beyond kind, the entire booking process was a cinch, and any requests or questions we had were addressed immediately. We will definitely rent this again.

Our family just enjoyed a wonderful 4 day trip to Fripp Island and wish we had booked a longer stay. We were a group of 7 which included grandparents and kids. The house was the perfect space for our family, and the location was just right for exploring the different pools and activities on the island in the golf cart. The beds were comfortable and we were all able to spread out. The kitchen had everything you could need to prepare meals. We highly recommend picking up fresh fish from the seafood market off the island. My husband had to work most of the trip so the great wifi was much appreciated. The view off the back of the house was beautiful and we loved to watch the deer and birds. The owner was very accessible and I cannot express enough how well equipped the house was. There is literally no need to pack any beach chairs or toys because it is all provided. We highly recommend this beautiful home and will certainly be back.

I visited this beautiful home with my family of 6 adults and had a great time. The house was so comfortable, well stocked, clean, and spacious that we'd all love to stay again, and again. I especially appreciated that there was a bedroom on the main living floor for my older parents. The view from every room was so calming and Fripp Island is a very peaceful, natural habitat. The homeowner, Brad, was very helpful and made good suggestions about the area. He was also kind enough to let us check in earlier in the day. We didn't use any of the amenities nor did we eat out, but we got fresh catch from Gay's Seafood Market to cook. I highly recommend this home!

The home is everything you wanted it to be and accurate based on the description. The addition of the included (electric) golf cart within the rental made the price feel like a deal. The updated renovation on the upper floor is beautiful. There were lots of beach toys available for the kids. Finally, Brad went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was memorable. He communicated quickly and was focused on making our stay amazing. Looking forward to staying at this home again next time we visit Fripp.

First time to Fripp- host was very quick to respond to all questions and provided extensive list of recommendations. The house was great: plenty of space, comfy beds, relaxing porches, beautiful views. Location on the marsh was wonderful with a quick golf cart ride to most places. Very impressed and would definitely stay again!

My family and I loved our stay! It’s been our favorite house on the island to date. The home is well maintained with anything you will need for your stay. We loved the travel hair care and soap in all the bathrooms as it was a nice finishing touch. Anywhere in the home gave you a beautiful marsh view. Brad was responsive and checkin/checkout was a breeze. The included golf cart was one of the best we’ve used on the island as it had great speed and maintained its charge for awhile. For us, this was a great location! You won’t be disappointed if you stay.

Our stay was fantastic. The location is great with a direct view of the marsh. The home was exceptionally well maintained and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was very well appointed/stocked. The owner was very responsive, helpful and kind. I highly recommend the property for a relaxing stay on the island. We've had many rental experiences and this was among the very best.

Beautiful views, house kept well, and extremely well-stocked kitchen! The location is in the middle of the island, definitely ideal, and the marsh view is outstanding, so relaxing. The master bed is like Goldilocks- not too hard, not too soft. AC works great, kitchen had everything I needed to cook and was clean. Easy check out, great communication by owner.

I rented this home to celebrate my 50th birthday. I had ladies traveling from all over the US. The home was clean and spacious enough to accommodate myself and all of my friends. Everything we needed for stay was there. I would definitely recommend this home if you are staying on Fripp Island. Also great if you have kids staying. The owner was also very helpful. Thank you!!

My family has been visiting Fripp for 20+ years. This was one of our favorite houses that we've rented. I love the marsh views and the multiple comfortable decks and porches made this the perfect spot for us. The kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of room for many cooks in the kitchen. Brad was awesome with communication. Can't recommend highly enough! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home. It was a treat!

The house was beautifully nestled along the marsh with plenty of wildlife and scenery. The house was fully stocked and the cleanest house we’ve ever rented.

Our family had an incredible time. The house was just perfect and the views were spectacular. The fact that is has little nooks to hang out, play some ping pong and even rest on a hammock outside while reading your favorite book makes it even better. The beach was a short ride on the golf cart!! Highly recommend this home. Last but not least, the owner was super responsive and helpful guiding us with tips as it was our first time.

This house literally cane with everything needed. Amazingly well supplied kitchen, little gift bags of toiletries in each bathroom, 4 beach chairs and multiple beach towels, shower in the garage, ping pong table, a quick golf cart, and amazing views. Very central location whether you want to fish or go to the beach or the pools or golf. Brad was great to communicate with and replied to even last minute requests for amenity cards. Can't say enough good things
