Charming! Perfect size for our family. Accessible to downtown. Quiet. We had a nice getaway here.

Our family enjoyed our stay. It was our first time to Manzanita and we had fun exploring the town and beach. The beach is amazing! It is not crowded like other beaches on the coast. We will definitely be back. The property was a comfortable place to return to. My teenage girls loved the ping pong table and we all played several games. It was great to have some fun time together as a family.

Had a great weekend! The house was clean, lovely and in a great location. Arrived, parked the car and it was an easy walk to downtown and the beach.

our only family vacation this year, and what should have been a relaxing first night was very disappointing. Looks like a frat house post-party!1. Checkin was to be available at 5:00. house-keeping was still there until 5:35 while we waited in the driveway. 2. Upon entering, we noticed the home is VERY DIRTY. In fact, the hurried house-keeper obviously took a lot of shortcuts.—Toilet seat had hair and soiled spots. —Bed had human hair and sand in the sheets—hand towel had a big supposed blood stain on it.—chair in dining room had been tipped over and left that way.—downstairs curtains were off HALF the rod loops. — HUGE and well-developed spider web on the stairway skylight window.—every closet had crumpled blankets and towels inside and on the closet floor— a HUGH pile of bottles and cans from previous guest was left in the garage.—white-ish carpets in main room have very large dirty and stained spots. Meredith (property mgmt) could only offer to send house-keeping the next day, so we cleaned the toilet ourselves and had to sleep in dirty sheets. Meredith admitted they have house-keeping issues and could not accommodate our schedule for the re-cleaning, but instead forcing us to wake early for house-keeping. The second cleaning was better, but garage pile of trash was not addressed and the house keeper left her jacket there for three days and never came back.I asked , texted multiple times to talk to a manager who could refund our bill, but they never called me back.PS: Also be aware the exterior photos are deceiving. This is a common-wall condo with very little space between units.

We visit Manzanita every summer, and we loved our stay at this house. The house was clean, well stocked, and in a great location. The beds were very comfortable- and my kids loved the cozy couch downstairs for movie watching and loved the ping pong table. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting the coast!

This property is ideal for a family beach getaway! The ping pong table has become a favorite and the location can't be beat.

We had plenty of room ,the kitchen was fully stocked and it was so clean even the garage!!!!Great place, would stay there again!!!

We enjoyed our weekend in Manzanita, the house is spacious, great selection of movies to watch as the weather was cool and raining. Grocery store less than 2 blocks away and nice walk to town and beach.

Roomy, comfortable home with excellent kitchen amenities. Good beds and showers. Wonderful entertainment space downstairs.

We came into town for a family wedding with also the hopes to get a break from the crazy daily life. We loved the spaciousness of this house, the openness of the great room and liked the entertainment areas separated from the sleep area. Our teens and young adults were able to enjoy the ping pong, movies and the closeness to the town and beach.

This house sits in a fairly quiet, friendly neighborhood near a grocery store and an excellent Thai restaurant. The check-in process went smoothly except the door had a sticky deadbolt that wouldn’t open. To our relief, the property management company answered the phone after hours and sent someone out right away to fix it. Our biggest complaints were the cleanliness of the house and a few missing essential items. The floors in the house were filthy - huge stains on the carpets. The upholstery on the main floor furniture was also really dirty. There were no bath mats or dish towels, however we did find them in the dryer on the last day of our stay. Overall a decent house but could use a good cleaning.

The place had all the necessary amenities and more. Since my friends and I were working remotely for the week we were there, it was a little hard to find workspace other than the kitchen island and dining room table, but other than that it was perfect!

We loved this home. Very well appointed with everything you could possibly need.

My family had a great mid-winter getaway to Manzanita staying in this lovely condo. Kids loves the ping pong table. There was plenty of space for us to spread out and do remote work/Zoom school (and great internet speed), which was much-appreciated.
