Place was wonderful. Only issue was that we have verizon and had significant difficulty getting into our account to get house entry info.

My family and I had an absolutely wonderful time. House was clean and exactly what we expected from photos. This space was great for the family to gather (without feeling like we were on top of each other the whole time) Loved the patio plus additional 2 deck levels as well as the main living space and basement living space options. Would absolutely stay here again!

Gorgeous home, right on the water. The house was very well equipped with all of the necessities and more! Loved the hot tub on the lower deck which was covered in case of rain. Walking distance to great food and ice cream. Would definitely return!!! Thank you!!

Amazing property for a large group sitting right on the water. Prime location next to all the hot spots : Honi Honi, Brenda’s, the store, ice cream and donuts! Host was extremely accommodating and quick to respond to any questions/requests.

Amazing location, perfect for our recent and first Deep Creek experience. One of the few deep creek properties within walking distance of ice cream, restaurants, and boating rentals. House is better than described - clean and comfortable. One of our children got poison ivy or oak from playing in some of the wooded areas between the house and dock (off the path) so please mindful of surroundings with small kids. Overall great experience - you won’t regret it!

1st time in a long time that we have been able to get together just the family. It was a close get away for everyone attending to get to and enjoy. We had all the accesses we could ask for water access, fire pit, pool table, hot tub & walking distance coffee shop.

I recently stayed on property and it was a lovely time. You can't ask for a better location if you want to be close to the nightlife of the area.
Only issue was a broken piece of the basement stairway, but I wouldn't hold that against the houses rating as it was only a minor flaw.

We had a great stay at Bella vista! The house was clean, instructions in the guide were clear, and the location was perfect. Would definitely recommend this charming property!

This home is just fabulous...the best I've stayed at in my 8 years of coming to Deep Creek. Right on the lake, amazing views, lovely touches from the home-owners. These all combine to make this spot incredibly cozy, comforting, and luxurious. Walkable to Ace's Run and Firewater. Can't recommend enough!

Great house and location.
The second floor master suite has a number of luxuries. The four other bedrooms are just normal. All beds were great
The only downside I would say it is right along a busy road and you could hear road noise significantly on the second floor. I guess that's what you get for being in the middle of great restaurants.

All went smoothly - house suited us well. Also - just so you know CARC passes do come with rental - that was a big bonus for us. I was initially told that they did not.

Beautiful, well maintained property on the lake! Great location and within walking distance to several eateries and restaurants. Our family and friends really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!

The pictures and details listed online are completely accurate. This location is amazing, especially with kids. Walking distance to ice cream shop, donuts, the marina! The house was so clean and comfortable and the view is spectacular. Highly recommend and we will definitely consider staying there again when we come back to Deep Creek. Communication was clear and any questions or issues were cleared up immediately.

The experience was very enjoyable and exactly what our family needed! Loved they had the home with a Christmas tree and all the amenities. Relaxing location and can’t wait to come back next year. This is our new family tradition- home away from home.

Can’t say enough great things about this house- we stayed here two years ago for a friend’s bachelorette, and returned this year for my 30th birthday and we will be back annually! We love this house!

The home was very clean with high-quality bed and bath linens, tvs in all bedrooms, well-stocked kitchen. The view of the lake is wonderful with 2 decks and a patio with fire-pit. Great communication with the property management company. Close to restaurants, state -park for hiking, and grocery stores.

Fantastic place to stay for a long weekend at Deep Creek Lake. We brought our boat, and have a personal dock (with appropriate cleats) was perfect. Plenty of space, made ample use of the hot tub. We talked to the creamery every night, and all made the 6 minute drive towards Wisp a few times. Would definitely stay there again.

Amazing Weekend
Our party consisted of 5 couples celebrating a 50th birthday. We had a wonderful time at this property. The view was amazing, fire pit perfect to fit us all around, very clean, comfortable beds, and all the amenities we needed. We were close to a lot but ordered in and spent most of our time at the house. Would definitely consider returning.

Bella stay at the Bella Vista.
Excellent customer service prior to and during our vacation. The house really is at the center of everything to do at Deep Creek Lake. Many places within walking distance. The house was spacious, clean, well-stocked kitchen, plenty of linens and towels. Reception was not as bad as other lake houses I’ve been in. It was a perfect place for our family summer vacation. The view of the lake was nice especially from the boat slip. Excellent customer service.
