The house is very nice and large. Plenty of room to congregate as well as room for privacy. The house has a large eating area and nice amenities. The house is close enough to shopping without it being in your back yard. We went to a wedding and it was close to the venue. Excellent VRBO

We booked this home because it was in close proximity to our daughter's wedding venue and had enough rooms to fit 10 adult family members. The house is as good as the photos or better. It is huge! It is in a safe neighborhood. Old Town is literally down the street. It was very convenient to everything we needed. My family was very impressed with the house and some of them are very hard to please. The host was extraordinary. He was very responsive to all texts... even when I had silly questions. Check-in and check-out was very easy. If you need a lot of space and bedrooms in this area, you cannot do better than this house.... HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

This place is truly well set up for a family gathering which is exactly what we used it for. The home is even more spacious than the pictures! Everyone had privacy and room for eating, playing and gaming. As of March 2024, the washer and dryer work well, so does the oven / range and microwave. The 4-slot toaster was a staple during breakfast. If you easily get grumpy with kids or are sensitive to sounds, here are two things you must know: (1) the second floor has mostly hardwood which makes even basic steps extremely loud and disruptive to the guests downstairs. We had six adults downstairs trying to talk over the pediatric stampede upstairs. (2) This neighborhood must be located near a train station. We heard at least two or three trains rattle by every hour, even at night. Completely out of the host's control, but notable. Back to the good stuff: I personally enjoyed the private office with a large window and glass door. Ample fast internet supported multiple electronic devices, of which we had many. The master bathroom was very spacious and well lit. My wife especially enjoyed the makeup remover wipes - what a thoughtful touch! If you want a spacious home with great amenities and ample separation of the guests, you will be glad you reserved this house.

The home was beautiful the pictures don't do any justice. I was hoping it had at least 2 bedrooms downstairs, but it worked out. I stayed for almost a week, and it was cold, and the temp was set to 69 we kept changing it, but after a while it would go back to 69 so it was quite cold in there. The fireplace helped out a lot in the living room area but it was cold in the bedrooms. Overall, it was a very good stay and I would stay there again.

We came in town for a wedding, and with a family of 7, it was hard to find properties to meet our needs, and this one was amazing. Plenty of space, beautiful home, and great host!

We had 4 couples going to Spring, TX for the weekend and really enjoyed our stay! The house was exactly as described, great location, and very comfortable for our group.

We had lots of room to spread out and everyone got their own bedroom! We also loved having a huge dining room table that everyone fit around. Zero issues, everything went very smoothly!

The house was spacious and well appointed, very clean. The host was quick to respond to communication and very helpful. Highly recommend

The preview photos really don’t do this location justice. My family was very comfortable and happy at this location. The included amenities and space can’t be beat. Cleanliness was fantastic and communication with the hosts was great.

The home had everything anyone could need and was very clean! The communication with Cory, the property manager, was excellent and the location was great. We left talking about a return trip next year!

This place was everything we needed! We will be back next year and we hope to stay at this home. The location is amazing.

The property is very spacious with a great location near many destinations in Spring and the Woodlands. However, if you are a light sleeper, the trains are nearby and actively whistling throughout the night. Also, one night a nearby neighbor was playing very loud music into the early morning hours with a heavy bass beat. Aside from the noise, the property met all of our needs for a family get together near the wedding venue in Spring and communication with the property manager was easy and very responsive.

Property was well maintained and easy to access. The house was super spacious. We had 5 couples staying at the home and not once did we feel cramped. Owners were berry responsive and way to communicate with.

Five of us drove in for a conference at The Woodlands, and we couldn't have been happier with our accomodations. We loved each having our own room, and the design of the upstairs spaces made it easy for two of us to share each bathroom. Cory was quick to respond when we needed him. And the location made it easy to get to where we were going.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The property manager was so easy to communicate with. If I had a question about anything, he was available to answer and quick to respond. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this location to family and friends. The house was very clean and well kept. I was impressed with the kitchen items available to use (full kitchen supplies). This is a great house for a family of all ages. Check-in was easy. This home is as advertised. We enjoyed our stay. It’s in a nice neighborhood and close to many restaurants and Old Town Spring.

Spacious and Beautiful and Accommodating if I could I would rent the property every time when I visit and the owner was quick to respond when I had a question and was very helpful and nice he made us feel comfortable and welcomed while preparing for my Wedding.

Great house & pictures are accurate! It was our son’s wedding weekend & it was a great layout for our family of 4 couples. Kitchen had everything you would need to prepare meals and very comfortable. Spring Texas in July was hot & the air conditioner didn’t disappoint. Cory was great at communicating about things. Would highly recommend this home!!!

My daughter got married at a venue in Old Town Spring so we rented this house because it was so close to the venue. There were 11 family members, there was room for everyone! It was especially nice to have 3 1/2 bathrooms available. The owner is available and responds quickly, we were given all needed information for our stay and departure well in advance. Excellent home!

I had a wonderful stay at this Home it looks exactly like pictures. Host response quickly. Home was clean it had everything I needed. This home deserves more than 5 stars. If you are looking for a big home with a lot of space this home would be perfect for groups. If I come back to Houston I will defly book this home again.

We had the best stay! We were able to check in early, which was such a blessing! We had grandma, our family with 2 young girls and my brother's family with their 1 year old staying together. Everyone had PLENTY of room, my husband was able to conduct business in the office each morning, I worked out in the awesome garage gym and each night, we all had the best, restful sleep! The home was so clean, well stocked, had all the cutlery, plates, and cooking gear we needed. I needed to bake cupcakes for a party and they even had a cupcake tin available! Such a blessing! The fireplace was super cozy in the rainy weather and all the sheets/towels were super clean. The communication with the home owner was easy, efficient and pleasant! We were so blessed to stay so near to my sister's home and have all the conveniences needed to make many people comfortable for an extended stay! Thank you so much for the late check out since our flight left so late...that was an unexpected blessing! Thank you so very much for hosting us!! Can't wait to come back! God bless you all!

I highly recommend this property. My family and I were here for a wedding in Woodlands, TX. The house was outstanding for all ages.

This house is amazing for a large group! We had an amazing time here. The house was very clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable! Not too far away from the downtown Houston area where we went to the rodeo twice. I would highly recommend staying here if you have a large group.

Cory the host is just awesome. This was my 1st time using VRBO and what a great experience. Cory thought of everything and was very detailed. The house is so much nicer in person. It is so spacious. We had more than enough space to play game night. Cory even told me about things to do around the area unfortunately we stayed in the house the whole time. It was great definitely wouldn't mind staying there again.

The house was definitely worth buying. I didn’t and couldn’t regret my decision. I was so excited when I came and was also excited as I left. I really loved the care that they provided for us. Everyone in my family loved the experience and the stay. There was not a time when I regretted, I had so much fun, Spent time watching videos and movies. The coffee that was served was great. The fridge held in a lot of great snacks, could fit everything I planted in there. The gym was also a great experience. Just being in the house was an entertainment. There was always something to do. The neighbors were respectful and awesome. The rooms were big and the house was just as I expected. I loved it there and I wish to come back next time. If I get another chance I would definitely recommend it. No need for a list this is my number one house choice. Thank you for your time.

We had a wonderful time at this Spring, Tx property! Our host Cory was attentive, helpful, and kind. The house was just as advertised- clean, spacious, and comfortable! It's in a great location and we were able to zoom around to a bunch of fun places with ease. We highly recommend it!

The home and location were great for us. Very large and modern home with plenty of bedrooms and baths. The beds were exceptionally comfortable.
