This property was perfect for our needs-the kitchen is fully equipped, the bathroom functioned very well for our needs after our fun activities, and the location is so close to everything-yet far away enough from everything for peace and quiet.

This property fully met our needs. We stayed for our first Sturgis trip. Ryan’s responsiveness made planning our trip convenient before our stay and he was quick to respond to questions during our stay and checkout. The property is conveniently located close to i90 in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to a convenience store and very nice restaurant and within a mile of downtown. The property is clean and well maintained with necessities provided. I would highly recommend!!

Our family of 4, including our 3 year old and 3 month old, recently enjoyed a quick weekend getaway to Spearfish. We utilized the rental more than if it had just been my husband and I. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. It was very clean upon arrival with very spacious bedrooms. The neighborhood was peaceful and really well located. We will be returning to this spot again!!

This property is exactly as listed. Clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near many area attractions. The only thing missing was a more comfy sitting area in the living room, and maybe a full length mirror somewhere. I would recommend this for a small family or a few friends.

This clean and adorable apartment was the perfect place for us to rest our heads for the one night and 2 days we were in Spearfish. It was clean with comfortable beds and walking distance to the cute downtown area. We ate at Steerfish, which was so yummy! The owners provide shampoo, coffee, detergent, etc. which was unnecessary but appreciated. Spacious and super homey. We enjoyed a drink and coffee with a view on the little front porch. We would recommend this perfect place and stay again!

The property was super clean, very nicely decorated and the beds were the best beds EVER! It's exactly as described--HUGE bedrooms, well stocked with all that you need, recently remodeled. The location is nice and quiet and yet easy access to get wherever you need to go. This will definitely be my first choice should I need to stay in the area again. We ran into a problem that ended up not being one, and Ryan was easy to work with and responded almost immediately. Book this one, you will not regret it.

Comfortable space and beds
We stayed here for a weekend to visit family. Bedrooms were large with comfortable beds. We used the air mattress and it was a tall one with headboard and built in pump. Everything was brand new and very clean. Newly renovated.

It was a very nice neighborhood very quiet. I even got to see some deer in the neighborhood in the morning.. And it was close to everything we were going to see, we would stay again!

Fabulous!
We stayed for a family reunion. It worked perfectly!! Situated just a few blocks from a park, close to downtown and resturants. Clean and well organized, had everything we needed and mornings on the porch with coffee was relaxing. Ryan was easy to work with and gracious with answering our questions. We will be back next year!!!
