This was a great place to celebrate my 10 year anniversary and to wow my family with. It was elegant and nicely decorated. Comfortable and cozy. The view was AMAZING! We had everything we needed and more. We cooked all our meals, but one. Kitchen had enough serving dishes and cookware to meet our needs. There was a coffee pot and a keurig. So, everyone had their coffee the way they like it. The fridge had filtered ice and water. The little things do matter. The owner was wonderful. She was very kind and considerate. She was probably the kindest owner I've met in Puerto Penasco and we go every few months so we meet lots of owners. I loved how all the bedrooms have their own bathrooms and there is an extra one that everyone can use. We had housekeeping come everyday and give us clean towels and they swept the floor and ect. One of the gentlemen that works the resort helped us get all our luggabe to and from the condo. We hardly ever utilize the services that are available at this resort. This was the longest we've had the pleasure of staying.. It was on the 2nd floor and it was almost as easy to get to and from as a ground floor condo. It was nice to have that convince with a view. We hope to stay again if we have a big enough group. We had 7 people and I think it could accommodate 10 people. It was great! We had a fabulous time. Thank you so much!

We had a group of 8 stay in this condo for 4 days and it was wonderful. The bathroom for every bedroom is such a great bonus. There was an extra twin pull out bed on rollers in the master closet that was actually very comfortable. The keurig worked for us which I was worried about and they have all of the dishes/silverware/glassware you could need. It’s a very quick walk down the hall stairs to the beach. We would definitely come back to this condo, thanks so much!!

This unit is amazing with it's panoramic views and patios! This is our 8th time staying over Memorial Day weekend - it's a perfect way to kick off our summer.

Luxury condo literally hanging over the beach. The location is perfect and the beds were super comfortable with lots of pillows and crisp white sheets. Huge kitchen and bar area, lots of seating, large balcony and a fun billiards table in the middle. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Loved the large, panoramic living space! Amazing place to make memories, enjoy the spacious accommodations, and central location to enjoy all Rocky Point has to offer. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay at your beautiful condo. The furnishings were wonderful and there was so much space for our family. While the kids enjoyed the resort most of the time, my husband and I barely left, we were enjoying the balcony and your beautiful condo. We will definitely rent here again. The ocean views are amazing, and the unit had had perfect accommodations for the four of us. This trip was just the boys, but it would also work perfect with 3-4 couples. I highly recommend this unit, it was perfect!

We had an excellent time in J-208! We had 7 people in our room, 3 couples and a single. Everyone got their own bedroom and bathroom with shower! Incredible. Amenities and supplies were all ready for us and the amount of space is massive! Stunning view with wrap around patio and private master balcony. House was so beautiful! Plenty of space and we will definitely be back.

We had a great stay at Isle’s condo. The pool table was a hit with everyone. There was so much space for our group of 10.

Very clean and amazing views. Furnishings a bit worn as a rental but can’t beat the view.

Overall, this place is great. There were a few hiccups but most were readily resolved. Our host did a fantistic job of following up on all communications, and ensured we were very satisfied with the property. Isel (our host) recommended a chef for a special dine-in. Chef Sebastien was fantistic! Absolutely the highlight of our family gathering. Isel also provided recommendations for other activities, which helped guarantee the vacation's success. For large families/friends (8-10 persons) this property is fantastic.

This place was amazingly beautiful! I didn’t realize it has 4 and a half bathrooms which is perfect because there is a bathroom in each room and guests don’t have to feel awkward going into someone’s room to use the restroom.

The resort itself was beautiful as are the views from the unit. Housekeeping will come and make up beds and tidy the kitchen each day, just like a hotel would. Kitchen is fully equipped. My disappointments are small things but we’re kind of annoying things. First, the Kuerig machine was broken in the sense that you had to hold down the handle to brew a cup of coffee. And second, this is along a beach so sand is everywhere and the vacuum in the unit didn’t work which would have been fine if there were a dustpan with the broom but there was not. My family enjoyed the unit and the resort but there were some minor inconveniences.

We had a fantastic time at the property. Beautiful views and an incredible spot to stay in. We hope to do it again soon!

This is our 2nd time renting this exquisite home for my birthday trip. A truly upscale delight, designed for privacy and retreat as well as capacious common areas for social time. We love that there are four master bedrooms, and five bathrooms! The designs are beautiful, the furniture is comfortable and luxurious, and the owners are easy and professional! We will be back, and I highly refer this property as your one destination home!!! Do not miss your chance to relax on the giant wrap around patio right over the beach!!!

We are frequent travelers to Rocky Point and have stayed in many condos over the years. Cordoba 208 ranks among the best by far. Well equipped, nicely decorated and has amazing beachfront views of the Sea of Cortez. The owners were very responsive and it’s obvious that they genuinely want their renters to have an enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend this condo for large families or groups!

Check-in was delayed because of the cleaning service still in the condo. Maids were still in there “cleaning” when we walked in. Floors were filthy, sewer smell, trash can stunk. Guest room closet had a hole cut in the drywall and water was dripping into a trash can, all 3 days we had to change our plans to accommodate the maintenance guys coming in and out of the condo. They never fixed the leak and you can imagine how annoying water dripping into a bucket all night when you are trying to sleep sounds! Responsed back and forth with the owner and they said “call the front desk or there’s nothing I can do from Phoenix or I’ll take the $150 cleaning fee off your next time you rent from me” or the front desk saying we can buy your breakfast. Just super disappointed with how much we spent to not have it be the best condo to stay at. Views are 5 stars, service, cleanliness, and dealing with maintenance and front desk the whole time 0 stars.

Very convenient; huge penthouse with absolutely everything you need if traveling with family and friends! The best part for sure was the wrap-around balcony with breathtaking views of the beach and malecón. Also the restaurant serves the best food we ever had in Puerto Peñasco and we have been going there for years.

Great place to stay

When we arrived the room was not ready till 7PM. The maids left the doors open for hours and the place ended up filled with flies. Our entire trip we battled the flies. We asked the front desk for help and all they gave us was a can of fly killer. Also the floors were so dirty we had to wear shoes all the time. My wife actually had to clean the place. The view the size everything else was a pure 10. The service was just off. I would 100% rent this unit again but I would be prepared to clean it myself.
