Communication with the Host before, during and after our stay was excellent! The home is exactly as described in the listing and clean and comfortable. All of the little details have been considered. Conveniently located. We will be back!

Easy, affordable, great location!

Polly was delightful to communicate with. She was prompt with her response and informative. The house was exactly as the pictures showed and was described. My mother-in-law stayed with us and is from the JC area. She was saying she will book there when she visits her family that are still there in JC. So, we will stay there again when we visit as well! Personally, I LOVED all artwork there and available to buy. I thought that was unique and a great idea! Great place, location, space, and home. There was a couple in the adjoining duplex. We never heard a peep from them. So, I feel like the complex is very well made/built. We will be saying again for sure when we visit.

Beautiful house, perfect location! House was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. After a couple of hours of being there I was ready to book again for the end of April! Polly was very easy to get a hold of.

We went to visit Family and this Property was very convenient. Polly couldn’t have been nicer, she made sure if we needed anything just to let her know. The house was very clean and comfortable the kitchen was well equipped with everything that we needed. I’m sure we will be back.

This was my second stay at the property and I hope to stay again. It is centrally located to all the area has to offer and appointed with all the comforts of home. The owner is very responsive and gracious. The property is clean and private. Love it!!!!!

The condo was clean, spacious, and comfortable. All check in information was provided prior to my family arriving. Polly was easy to communicate with. I highly recommend staying here.

Our stay was short, but we enjoyed our visit to Johnson City. Polly is a great host. She really goes the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. The duplex is convenient to get around the area. It is very clean and the neighbor is very quiet. I would give them 5 stars if I could.

The property was exactly as described. Everything I needed was there and the owners were a dream to work with - great communication, readily available end super friendly !! We will stay again !!!!

The place was clean, convenient location with updated inside house. The house is stocked with most anything you need. Better than hotel stay at this time would definitely stay again!
