We had some personal issues however Lisa and Lance were of the utmost assistance. Will definitely stay again.

We recently rented this house for a friends bachelor party and it was perfect. Lisa and Lance are very responsive hosts and made sure to reach out before the trip to offer guidance on things to do, etc. in the area. The house is huge with plenty of space for a group of guys to relax. The pool table and fire pit were great. The driveway provides plenty of space for all the cars and the property is secluded enough where we didnt have to worry about any neighbors. All in all, I would definitely recommend renting this house

This place was a fantastic get away for our group of 12 to relax, unwind, play yard games, play guitars, and have a few bonfire trivia nights! The house itself was also perfectly large to accommodate 12 people, especially when our group wanted to split into a few smaller groups to do different activities. I would highly recommend this place for any group looking to find some isolation, while still being close to anything and everything you might want to do!

This property was perfect for a long weekend with all three generations of our family. It had plenty of room, including a big yard for our two dogs to play in. It had peace and quiet which we really needed! And it was close to a state park where we were able to go hiking. Great house and great location. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic time (seven 30-year olds got away for a golf/hiking weekend.) It is extremely close to many points of interests in the Poconos and having the convenience of being right off the highway while still having a very private 8 acres made our trip worth-while! The creek runs along the entire property line and has hundreds of feet of walking area. During our stay (late October) we experienced PEAK foliage which was a delight to say the least. The home has ample space for large groups and the common area is fantastic- 3 large couches with comfortable seating for nine with a great fireplace. The Wifi worked very well for a Poconos rental and Lisa & Lance always returned my inquiries promptly and with kindness. There are a few things that future renters should be aware of: - guests are responsible to bring their own linens and towels. This would have been fine if it weren't foisted onto us with only 7 days of preparation. As of when I reserved the VRBO up until today, that policy is not clear. Some of us weren't coming from our homes and were inconvenienced by this late update. They offer a rental through a "linens-rental-subsidiary?" which felt transactional at best. For a significant price for a 2 day rental, I'm expecting not to have to bring or rent linens or make my bed quite frankly. -there was only one roll of paper towels left. We did our grocery trips the night before and the morning of our activities and were pretty ticked off we had to buy more. -the grill was nasty and we could not find a grill scrubber so we cooked over foil. We would've really benefited from some additional cooking trays, spatulas, tongs and other general kitchen supplies. - the TV is unfortunately small for the common room of that size All in all we had a great time and the above-mentioned inconveniences are only minor detractors. For the price we paid, I'm hoping they rethink their "towel/linens" policy and add some basic kitchen amenities. We truly enjoyed our stay at Waterfall Chalet. It was very peaceful and relaxing. The cabin was comfortable and had all that we needed. Sitting around the fire pit in the evenings was very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend it to others who want to relax in the Pocono’s.

This was a weekend to remember. We had such a wonderful time. The only downside was that I wish we had more time. The property was spacious, we enjoyed walking and roasting marshmallows around the fire pit. We spent the day eating outdoors and some relaxed in the hammock. At night we played cards and pool in the game room. The beds were comfortable for a good night’s rest. Lisa, who is the owner was so polite and helpful. This is definitely a must stay and we will certainly return.
