This house was perfect for our friends ski trip. We love the game room!!

The house was in great condition and everything was very clean. Beds are comfortable, and my family loved the reclining sofas. The house is easy to get to, centrally located. No complaints! We enjoyed our stay.

This cabin was fantastic! Adults and kids enjoyed all of the entertainment options: pool table, ping-pong table, the gaming systems with all the variety of games, board games, card games and more!! The family dining table for 9 of us was also a major plus for us. All the kids could sleep in the same room and the parents all had rooms to themselves.

How was somehow larger on the inside! Was just our family of 6 but could have fit lots more. Had everything we needed.

The house was very spacious and we loved the game room. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped for our breakfast and dinner meals. The furniture and beds were all comfortable. We enjoyed all the games, pool table, and ping pong table. The house was perfect for our family vacation.

I hope to stay there again. Twin beds for adults are pretty hard, but other than that - absolutely no issues.

It was clean and quiet. Saw deer on the property a couple of times. The game room was a big hit! A lot of pooled was played. I needed to do some work on vacation so the WIFI was very much appreciated and it worked great! Suggestions for improvement: It would be good to provide a new whisk. The one provided was usable, but that handle kept falling off. Another suggestion would be to provide some smaller size cups. The ones provided were very large. Overall, we loved our stay at Wharton Wilderness! The suggestions for improvement were very small isses.

This house has a fully stocked kitchen. Beds were very comfortable. There was plenty of room where the adults could be in the living area and kids in the game room. This house is on a very quiet street. Will definitely stay here again.

Thank you for a wonderful experience at this property. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was sufficiently stocked and the game room was a blast! The only suggestions we have would be to provide more toilet paper (4 rolls for 6 days with 7 people) and perhaps some trash cans in the bedrooms. Again, wonderful place and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient location in South Fork.

Wonderful place to stay in both summer and winter - close to hiking, 4 wheeling, skiing. Plenty of room for kids to have their own space and adults to have theirs. Super well stocked, every convenience. So. Much. Fun!

The house was big enough that we weren’t on top of each other. The game room was a huge hit with all of the kids. Kitchen is very well stocked. Plenty of extra blankets & towels. The extra fridge in the game room was a nice surprise. Would definitely stay here again. Great property.

We looked at a lot of places. Only 2 bathrooms was a factor but game room won us over. Kids had never played pool. Well equipped kitchen we cooked a lot for all those teens.

Great house, we loved it!

10 of us stayed, 6 adults and 4 teenagers. It was perfect for entertaining the kids. The game room was set up with plenty to keep them busy.

This cabin is in a great place! It was easy to find and well stocked! It was beautifully decorated. This cabin had plenty of room for our large family with a bunch of teenagers. The gameroom was a hit and allowed us downtime to enjoy the scenery while keeping the kids from getting bored. Will definitely stay there in the future!

House could not have been more perfect for our family who came to ski Wolf Creek. Teenage boys loves the game room w/pool table and ping pong. Well equipped kitchen w/2 refrigerators. Beds/sheets super comfortable. House was immaculate upon arrival. We will come back for sure!

Great location for us, easy access to the river for fishing. Walking distance to grocery store and restaurants. Wonderful game room, we enjoyed the ping pong and the excellent stereo. Appliances were all good, this property is exactly as described, we would definitely recommend it.

Communication with property manager was good from beginning to end. Manager sends code to enter property and was easy. The inside of the house has been renovated. Kitchen is well supplied with plates, utensils. Bathrooms have ample towels, etc. Game room was a plus. Checkout was easy enough.

Wish a small amount of firewood would be available for us to use. Did not want to bring some from Texas with chances of it getting wet. Really enjoyed the stay and will be back to stay at this property.

My only complaint is the property manager (pm) was constantly reaching out during our stay. Once we arrived we simply wanted to be there and enjoy each others' company. The pm kept asking how our stay was going, once she contacted me simply stating it was a beautiful day, etc, etc, and on the day before check out she gave me all the logistics about departure. Because of all this it was hard to be relaxed and in the moment, which was our primary objective. Not to mention, most of these things are listed in the property binder readily at hand. She is talking about making the check out time for 9am. I think this is very draconian, undesirable for most, and a mistake. Like I stated earlier, everything else was top notch. Just too much helicopter- like management.
