Overall we had a very nice stay in this well appointed and spacious rental. I found the communication with Vacasa property management to be less than optimal. The second day of our stay the keyless entry stopped working but someone local was able to deliver keys to the property since the lock box was empty when we checked. Getting gate passes this year was challenging when it has never been before in my 10 years of visiting Seabrook. Not sure if this is due to the specialty operations which I assume is outsourced. We love Seabrook Island though and still had a great time.

Nice place: good layout, fairly well stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture, loved the sun room, quiet area of Seabrook Island. Really enjoyed the location and the property. Upon arrival found plates and glasses that were not clean- so we ran the dishwasher and resolved- an opportunity for the Property Manager. Also, in communication with PM- we informed them the hammock was broken. They told us it is not included in the amenities. The website listing shows 4 pictures of a hammock and mentions it in the listing. No one came to fix it- the individual I communicated with was condescending, not helpful and unpleasant to work with. Also, I informed them of leak in washing machine. They sent a really pleasant guy out- he confirmed a leak- said someone would be there to fix. No one came to fix it while we were there. There was no documentation of anyone coming to the property while we were away from the property. The beds were comfortable enough- however, suggest to bring your own pillows. The ones provided need to be replaced. Nothing against the owners of this place- as stated nice place in a wonderful location. The Property Managers failed for this rental.

Well equipped kitchen, beautiful location. We had a problem with the digital lock, when we left, so we had to leave the place unlocked.

This condo was just as presented - very spacious and comfortable. We liked it so much we rented it for next year as well. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at the villa. Property was very well-kept and clean. It's always helpful to be able to travel with your dogs, so we greatly appreciated that this villa allows them.

The condo was very nice but not an easy walk to the beach. The back yard is right on the 17th hole of a golf course, nice but no one is allowed to walk along the golf path during play, just a little inconvenient when you need to take your energetic dog out for some exercise, (this is a pet friendly condo). You can walk on the path early morning before the golfers get out or just after sunset. The beach area is about a 1 mile walk/drive from the condo.
