This was our first experience with Vrbo. This was a wonderful experience. The owner of the home made this experience what it was. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The information guide he supplied was wonderful and very useful. I would highly recommend.

We are Marriott vacation club owners, this is our 1st VRBO experience and not our last. The cottage is just like the pictures and Andrew is a very attentive host. We appreciated the updated cottage with the coastal feel. He has great amenities and was surprised to see all the conveniences of home. This location is close to fishing and a few great towns we enjoyed visiting.

The home is beautiful and modern. It was very clean and comfortable. We immediately felt right at home. The neighborhood was friendly and peaceful. We were able to enjoy kayaking and fishing multiple times with easy access to the water. The host was very thorough in his communication and his recommendations were excellent. The beds were comfortable and everything worked as it should. Our sons enjoyed having their own space in the loft upstairs. We would recommend this place and would stay here again.

Cute and modern home with plenty of room for my husband and I, along with our two teenage boys to stay the week. Quiet neighborhood with an excellent location to nearby beaches, and highly needed amenities. We enjoyed our stay here, and would love to visit here again.

This was actually our first time ever doing VRBO. We were so impressed and happy with the house, and the owner/communication. The house was absolutely adorable and perfect. There not a thing missing that we wanted/needed, it was very clean, the bed was super comfy, and the space was great. Everything was smooth and easy from start to finish. We're pretty particular people, but our expectations were exceeded, and the entire experience was perfect. Thank you so much, Andrew!

We had a short weekend stay to come see the Cherry Point Airshow. The house was very clean and in a very quiet residential area. The interior was also very nice. We enjoyed our short stay here and would definitely recommend this to others.

This cottage is the perfect spot for a Crystal Coast beach getaway. Located in a quiet neighborhood within minutes of the beach. Easy drive to all the attractions in the area.

The property was as described, but better! The house was cute and cozy and very clean and had everything you could possibly need or want. A storm came through while we were there and Andrew's communication during this was great. We would definitely rent this property again! Thanks Andrew!

It was a wonderful getaway and I would highly recommend. The pictures online don’t do the house justice. The loft is roomier than expected. We highly enjoyed our stay. If you are a very clean people and enjoy lots of information before your arrival Andrew is your best bet. Such a relaxing time.

This was our second time staying at this property. The home is quiet, the neighborhood and neighbors are friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed fishing down at the dock every day, and daily beach time by 10 min car ride. The home itself is beyond cozy, well thought out and clean. Andrew was a great host, making you feel at home. We stayed with our family. We went to the beach (we played near the Pier, which is perfect for shade). We ate at circle pizza which is a short drive from the beach. So yummy. Very comfortable house. I highly recommend this VRBO! The owner goes out of his way to communicate everything you might need to know about the property and the location, he clearly cares about your comfort and happiness.

The house was very clean and stocked with everything you could ever need. My girlfriend and I loved cooking in the really nice kitchen, going fishing at the pier, and really enjoyed the beach supplies that were provided! Andrew was a very accommodating host by letting us check in early!!! We will definitely be back!!

This house was a great location for our getaway. Plenty of space for 4 adults to stay. House was very clean and up to date. Short walk away for sound side fishing and a short drive for surf side ocean access. Grocery store is close by as well as other restaurants. Had a great time and would stay here again given the chance!

The home is above excellent. Clean, cozy, and inspirational. Everything I needed was provided, cooking utensils, blankets and linens, etc... Having everything present gave me more time to just enjoy my vacation and not make extra trips to the store.

One never knows about a beach rental but this house looked wonderful in pictures & far exceded the pictures. Very clean, immaculate, very comfortable. Deck is great, easy access to house at end of the driveway. Few steps which we really appreciated. Andrew always available for anything that we needed. Will look foward to returning summer 2023.

This little beach house was absolutely perfect! Andrew our host did a top notch job with promptly answering any and all questions about our stay. The house had everything we needed from beach towels to a fully equipped kitchen. Also the online guidebook was super helpful for beaches, restaurants, and grocery shopping. This house was a perfect home away from home while visiting Cape Carteret, NC.

This was by far the best place we have ever stayed! Andrew was super accommodating and the property was PERFECT! This will be the place all other rentals will be judged against by us from here out! The home was beautiful and clean and had all the best amenities we would want! Super great location close to everything without being in a super busy area. Coastal Cottage is very fresh & clean. It is fully renovated and decorated to new condition. It is convenient to most anything you need or activity you want to do. The owner is very responsive to questions or needs. It would be unusual for you to need anything since he has provided all the items you need and many you may not know you're going to need. There are new toothbrushes in case you forgot yours! The kitchen is fully equipment for a chef or a novice. We were quite comfortable during our 4 day stay. We hope to return soon! Thank you Andrew for providing home away from home.
