Great location! Short, easy walk to the beach and the kids loved that the pool was right across from the condo. Came with everything listed. Very clean! Would definitely stay here again!!

The property was better than described! Everything was very clean, well stocked, perfect for our week stay. Myself, husband, mother, father, teenage daughter and friend all stayed! We had plenty of room in the townhouse! It was perfectly located, short walk across the street to the beach, close to tons of shops and restaurants! We would certainly stay here again! We love AMI!

Condo was very clean and just as described. It included lots of extras for added convenience - beach chairs and toys, fishing gear, well equipped kitchen, etc. The views were nice and it is in walking distance to restaurants and shopping. We would definitely stay here again.

Love this property! This is our second time staying in this condo. My daughter and son-in-law rented this unit a few years ago and we fell in love with it. I decided to rent it this May and had a wonderful time and will definitely stay here again.

What a perfect spot for a beach getaway! The location is convenient to everything, it was spotless, and very well stocked. We loved taking advantage of the beach chairs, umbrellas and the wagons. Would definitely stay again!

Even better than advertised! Great location, literally steps from the beach. Unit is very clean, tastefully decorated, and extremely well stocked with all essentials. On-site pool is well heated. Property owners are extremely responsive. Can’t say enough great things about our stay!

Close to everything

We stayed with our family of 5 (3 kids ages 8,6,4) and had the best week. The townehouse was exactly as listed if not better. It was larger than the pictures made it seem and fully stocked with everything we needed for a full week at the beach. We were most impressed with the location to the pool, the space, comfort of the beds and rooms and all that was available in the kitchen and garage. For a family flying in without too much with us, this listing had it all! Easy walk to the the beach, shops, dinner, ice cream and trolley stops. Our kids had the best time and so did we! We hope to be back in this spot soon! The owners were wonderful to work with giving us updates on the house and island following hurricane Ian and providing very detailed check in and out directions. Thanks so much for a very memorable vacation!

Beach charis, wagon, cooler, towles linens a fully stocked kitchen. We absolutely loved staying here. We had teens and they loved being so close to the beach and riding the bikes. The only regret was that we didn't have car and we should have rented a golf cart. I tries but was told they get rented out months in advance. So next year I'll be sure to rent the golf cart ASAP. But this was not the fault of the owners, our mistake. This was our first trip to AMI and we are definitely coming back. Thank you for an amazing stay!

What a wonderful way to spend a week on the beautiful beaches of Anna Maria! This property was perfect for our family and had all the essentials we needed for a restful and relaxing vacation. Great restaurants within walking distance and having the pool steps from the front door was super convenient when we wished to hop in after a day spent at the beach. Owners were super responsive to any questions and overall we had a fantastic time!

Great communication from owner! Aged garbage disposal leaked all over their kitchen floor and cabinet. They promptly sent someone out. Beware there is literally no privacy unless you leave drapes closed. Main deck with outdoor seating and views of gulf is un-usable if you are stuck with chain-smoking renters next door. Dining room deck has no privacy from condo building in the back. Beyond this owner's control, our week at Bermuda Bay had a bevy of less than desirable "plastered adults behaving badly". We certainly did not expect rookie renters in this small complex causing issues with community property. New gas grill rendered useless after one family who clearly does not know public grilling etiquette, dumped a whole bag of marinade into the burners. Fathers day was a challenge to many renters who had planned to grill. Our Monday recycle collection was refused as previous renters commingled or bagged bottles/cans, not following rules. We were left to pick through their trash and bring offsite in order to use the can during our stay. Bermuda Bay is a nicer looking community than those around it, but beware these are row-home condos. Do not expect an ounce of privacy on the decks. Our biggest disappointment was the owner's undisclosed webcam on the master bedroom deck. We asked to disconnect and they wanted to leave it on, to spot partiers, dogs, but it creepily had audio and looked directly onto the pool area. It is powered in the light fixture that is supposed to have a light bulb. My wife tripped out to the chairs on our first night as there was no lighting. Owner claims they are following rules, but they are indeed in violation of VRBO policy, which states they must disclose webcam locations on the main page of their listing. Happy to provide them with the fine print regardless of what local rules they follow. We would not have rented this unit, as we do not like being spied on, and we did not use the pool our entire week, knowing a webcam was looking down on us. There should at least be hybrid USB/receptacles in the kitchen/bar area. Only USB port on the entire main floor was on the side of the TV. Had to keep running up and down the stairs to grab chargers we used at night in bedrooms. Final annoyance was receiving a text the day prior to checkout before 4pm, asking when we would be leaving in the morning. As if there isn't enough signage around the unit reminding us to vacate at 10am!

First of all I just want to say that it was so nice walking in and it was so clean!! The kitchen was supplied with soap and the kitchen items needed was great!! We enjoyed our week there and thank you for the amazing place!

ive never rented any where that was as well equipped as this unit. they thought of everything. its so nice not to have to purchase the bare minimum. TP, paper towels, laundry and dish soap, paper towels and trash bags. its all there. best equipped kitchen ive seen. needed help with the tv and owner was extremely kind and helpful during the final four games.

This was the perfect place for us and our adult Children. The location is amazing with everything you need nearby in either a short walk or a free trolley ride. The beach is absolutely beautiful with soft, cool sand, not a lot of shells directly in front of this property and no seaweed. If you like collecting shells, there are some just a short walk down the beach. Gorgeous sunsets too! We walked to the south end inlet and saw some dolphins and we also saw some sheepshead fish off the ocean pier closest to the property. The unit was very convenient to the pool, hot tub and grill. Check in and out were both a breeze and the property manager/owners answered any of the questions we had very quickly. Overall, we had a fabulous family vacation and would stay here again.

This unit is in a perfect location with walking access to the beach and intercoastal. Everything you would need is supplied especially in the kitchen with all of your basic cooking ingredients, i.e. salt, pepper, spices, oils, and all utensils and cookware. Our only disappointment was with the quality of the couches and pullout bed but everything else was fabulous! Thanks Chelsea & Ben, you are great hosts!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The owners are very attentive and helpful. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. We loved the quiet end location with views of both the bay and the gulf from the decks. The walk to the beach was short and easy. We used the beach equipment every day and really appreciated it being provided. We can’t recommend this condo enough and we hope to return!

You will quickly realize the owners have a lot of pride and involvement with this rental. Fully stocked with everything you need for the week, we felt more like we were staying at a friend’s house than just a typical rental. Location was great, everything for the beach was provided including very nice beach towels. The island was packed with people so after a couple of nights of 2 hour wait times at local restaurants we decided to stay in and prepare meals, kitchen had everything we needed. I have no hesitation giving this place 5 stars. The wine and flowers greeting us was a nice touch too!!

This condo was absolute perfection. It was clean, well stocked and in the perfect location on the island. The pack and play and high chair were some of the reasons we booked here so it was baby friendly. No baby gates and lots of stairs but luckily our little guy wasn’t crawling yet. The pool was lovely and relaxing as well. We ended up renting a beach cart because the one supplied was super rickety and didn’t make it outside of the property. There were tons of nice beach chairs and beach toys. The drive way out to the beach is terrible, which is outside of the condo owners control but just beware- strollers, coolers and wagons are difficult to get off the property. The only thing we were super disappointed about was the deceiving pictures about the location of the beach. The property appears to be on the beach but you have to cross a super busy road with no crosswalk to get to the beach access. This was difficult with little kids in tow. People don’t stop so it’s a waiting game in the blistering sun with arms full of kids and beach supplies. If you’re traveling with adults, it’s not that big of a deal. But with kids it felt unsafe. The location was literally the best area on the island. We ventured up north to Holmes beach and it was so much more crowded, even on the bay side. This spot allows you to tuck kiddos in bed with nana and walk down to the kokonut hut for a nightcap and then walk down the beach under the moonlight to head back to the condo. And for the serious beach lovers out there- the water is crystal clear. It is so beautiful. The sand is not as soft as the panhandle beaches but AMI is way less crowded than Destin, less pretentious than 30a but more sophisticated than PCB. And the one thing that makes it even better than those beaches- THE SUNSET. Every night the beach would get crowded as the sun began to sink behind the horizon. It was a sight to see. Oh, and for maximum fun- take the sandbar express tour at island pearl excursions. The BEST! Overall, we loved our trip!

The truth is, we couldn't have made a better choice. This property is very well located, close to restaurants, activities and the beach, all within walking distance. The property was very clean, equipped with all the necessary accessories, in this house every detail is taken into account, a bottle of wine with a welcome note, very good quality bedding and towels, and all this makes a big difference . As a real estate agent and property manager I can say that I would stay again and also will recommend it without any hesitation. In fact, I have already recommended it to several friends and family who want to spend a vacation in the fantastic area of Anna Maria Island. Thank you!

First of all the location is near all the fun. Beach, restaurants, ice cream and shopping. The condo was very clean and the location next to the pool, hot tub and boardwalk were ideal. Bermuda Bay is very quiet and all the neighbors were great. We cooked in several times and the condo had all the amenities to accommodate our family. If you are looking for a great spot to enjoy the beach and relax consider this condo.

Very enjoyable stay. Condo was clean and very comfortable. Easy access to beach (around 250 steps). Rarely used car because we could walk to beach, pool, restaurants and convenience/gas station. You could see the bay and the beach from the external deck. Used the grill twice and did the job. If you want to mix it up for walks, go to Robinson Preserve nearby. You need to plan on buying basic spices including salt/pepper if you plan on cooking

From the moment we walked into the condo it felt like home. It was very welcoming, and very clean. I love the layout with the bedrooms upstairs from the main floor. I would get up early, walk the beach, and have breakfast fixed and waiting on the others when they awoke. Being across from the pool was a plus and having beach towels provided was so appreciated. We were just steps away from the beach. Thanks so so much for allowing us to be guest in your home. Hope to return again.
