The house was as described with many great activity options. We did not understand how to access the 3 acre pond but never got a chance to contact host. We enjoyed Beavers Bend State Park hiking trails. Kids really enjoyed the Beavers Bend Depot and train ride.

Family pre thanksgiving holiday gathering. Game room was awesome and kept all ages busy. Enjoyed watching football on patio while others were in hot tub. Great space for everyone.

The Big Chill was perfect for our mini family reunion. It was secluded enough to be alone but close enough wear we could send the teens in to get food and things. Will be staying here again.

Very nicely appointed. Having everything on one level made it very nice for my 90 yr old sister in law. The game room was fantastic with plenty of entertainment for everyone to have fun together.

Our grandkids loved the game room/bunkhouse
The cons were the fan in the master was broken
The crisper in the refrigerator was broken, a globe on the fan in another room was broken, 2 of the burners on the outdoor grill did not work
We had to call maintenance to turn on the hot tub, there were no instructions how to operate the hot tub

The Big Chill had everything it said it offered. Great location to town & activities for all ages. Any issues we had with the cabin were addressed by the owner & maintenance company within a reasonable time.

Great cabin with lots of outdoor seating which was great since the weather was so nice. The game room helped keep all ages entertained while others chose to relax whenever not in nearby Beavers Bend State Park. The hot tub was a very relaxing way to end the day. Cabin was very clean, had no complaints.

Our family of 15 were able to enjoy a vacation together in this beautiful, spacious cabin. The bonus game room house was amazing, all the kids had a ball spending time there & on the patio in the hot tub. We had an amazing time together and the lodging was perfect for us!!

This cabin and the host were absolutely amazing. This was my families 12th trip to OK. After receiving several referrals from friends, I decided to choose Courtney. Courtney and her team are first class.
The cabin was better than the description. There’s nothing I would change about the cabin or host. Beds are extremely comfortable, beautiful decor, impeccable cleanliness and plenty of room. The game room is phenomenal. Everything in the game room is in excellent condition! We saw several deer and the outside ambience is very relaxing. Thank you.

We throughly enjoyed the stay only complaint is the television never worked and made a call and no one ever came nor called to check and see about a follow up.. the game room is an awesome addition to this place and the outside activities were exceptional

Being all one story for Main bedrooms was great! Great location! Beautiful cabin for larger groups! Game room was a hit along with all the outside amenities!

We loved this cabin. The Game Room was outstanding and the equipment was good quality and in great condition. We loved that the house was all on one level, and every area, from the front porch to the fire pit in the back, was easy to get to. We fished at the pond several times and it was an easy, short walk from our front door. Also a great place if you have very young children in your group because you can easily run around the entire property without having to navigate stairs or steep inclines, and the house is set far enough back from the road that there's no worry about them running into the street. We were very happy with The Big Chill and would highly recommend .

This property is the best if you have people of varying ages. There is something for everyone. Game room and outside areas were the bomb!!! Everyone enjoyed the Game Room young and old. The house is beautiful. We travel often and I would rate this one a 5 star!!!

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The game room was enjoyed by all but was a little tight for 12 people. We had a pool tournament but it was a lot of fun anyway.

Lovely stay in an awesome cabin
The cabin was perfect for our group - the big kids had a space to themselves and there was plenty of hang out space with loss to do. The bedrooms were lovely and the property is beautiful. This place is fantastic and would definitely recommend!

Great place to take the family
The property was amazing. Everyone took advantage of ALL the games in the game room. The living space was perfect. We had fun fishing the pond across the street. More to do but just didn’t have enough time to do it all. Great place to stay.

Amazing house, well stocked & plenty to do no matter what season.
We travel with a group of friends & this is our first time to Broken Bow! The house was beautiful, well stocked & was exactly as listed. The house was close to lake & other attractions as well as having plenty of activities to keep you busy at the house. No negatives with this rental! We weren’t sure when the trash trucks came but after the first couple days we put it out everyday & it was picked up! We’ll rent again!

We were very pleased. The game room, the outside games and the outdoor lounge areas and kitchen were amazing. The cabin is well arranged and stocked with everything we needed. Thanks so much to the host! We will definitely stay here again.
