Given the photos and other reviews the place was just what was expected, except it was larger than the pics could represent. We had plenty of room to spread out and still congregate for meals together. The place was a little out of the way, but it worked fine for our plans.

The house was great! Tons of space for our whole group! Amenities were amazing! We loved our stay here! Would highly recommend!

Great communication upon booking, check in, even after check in!!! The house is very nice, clean and well maintained. With plenty of room for everyone. This is the second time we have stayed. Very close to Zion and Sand Hollow. Perfectly close, but on a quiet cut de sac. Restaurants are near or you can just BBQ at the house and enjoy the pool. Highest recommendation!!!

The home was very large and clean with nice appliances and plenty of stuff to do. Really nice cafe nearby and close to Zion.

We stayed at this property with our children ages 5-13 and their grandparents - so full range of ages. It was very clean and had plenty of space for everyone. The kids enjoyed playing shuffle board in the loft play area. The pool was a big hit as was the bb court. Zion national park was about 30 min away which was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked. There was plenty of basics available too - towels for pool, shower, soap for dishes and laundry. I cannot think of anything that they missed, other than the firepit was not set up. We communicated with host and got a quick response. Would definitely recommend staying there.

We had such a lovely time here! What a beautiful place to come back to after days of adventuring in Zion. Everything about this home was amazing and the host was communicative and helpful!

Our family stay here for Spring Break. We very much enjoyed the house. It was perfect for us. Master bedroom away from kids. Upstairs room for teens to hang out. Played pickle ball, basketball, hot tub and fire pit most days. (the pickle ball net is pretty shredded and needed to be rigged to work but we made it work) did the puzzle, watched movies. We cooked in every meal and the kitchen had ever thing we needed to make full dinner for 8. Location was perfect for Zion and other canyons. Hope to come back in the summer to hike the slot canyons. Would stay here again!

We were down for the annual Rage soccer tournament. The home is so spacious and comfortable. Beds, Couches, seating for eating, it was all perfect for our group of 12 people (8 adults (16 +) and 4 kids (4-12). The highlight of the place is the pool and hot tub. We had a great time and spent most of the time there when not out for soccer games. Also enjoyed pickleball and basketball. Plenty of things to do if you want to stay at the house and play, and also great location for going to the outdoors at Zions or hitting up St. George for some city fun. We've stayed in several places over the years in the area during this time and this one was one of the most comfortable and enjoyable places we've stayed at so far. Thanks for helping us create another successful trip.

The place was perfect for our family vacation! The pool and hot tub were amazing and it was so fun having the pickleball court and basketball hoop. Will definitely be back!!

Such a nice, clean, spacious house for all our adult family members and our one 4 yr old granddaughter. Lots to do, especially with the hot tub and pickle ball court. Spencer was a great host. We would absolutely stay here again.

We enjoy our big family vacations, this time, we had 11 adults and one 18 Month old. We have stayed in 100’s of homes over the years, honestly, Spencer’s home, in my experience is a hands down 10 out of 10!! If I could give it 100 star rating I would! Sooo spacious! Sparkling clean, first home I didn’t have to clean the fans before turning them on! The home is so nice, so big, we never felt a bit crowded. The professional size appliance made everything so great to cook for my large family. The huge side-by-side refrigerator held everything we needed, Then the outside! Beautiful pool, big large patio, huge court for basketball/ pickle ball, fire pit area! Spencer was a jewel to work with, quick to answer. We did Utah hard! And we picked the best home in Laverkin! Absolutely the best home we ever stayed and really felt like it was well worth the money, and did I mention the huge bonus/ play room and two laundry rooms! Perfect home! Looking forward to going back!

Our group of 4 booked the house as a base to explore Zion, area hikes, and amazing regional mountain biking. Very comfortable and lots of space to relax after spending days outdoors. The kitchen is very well appointed to cook meals at home. Convenient location.

My family of 6 and our friends’ family of 5, including teens and kids, enjoyed the spacious house. The large pool and pickle ball court were a big hit with everyone. The 15 minute drive to Zion was convenient and we enjoyed the quiet neighborhood compared to the hustle of the lodges in Springdale. The house was nicely adorned, clean, and had plenty of kitchen supplies to accommodate our large group. The property managers were on top of communication and checked in to see if there was anything we needed. They also gave us great recommendations on local restaurants. We definitely recommend Stage Coach Grill which was within walking distance. The food was excellent, reasonably priced for the portions and there was something on the menu for everyone. I’ve already recommended the house to friends who are looking at a trip to Zion National Park.

Four couples enjoyed our stay while visiting Zion National Park. The host provided stocked coffee supplies which was very helpful. The property was clean and all amenities were as described. We enjoyed the pickleball court. Spencer checked in to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. If you have a large group you will enjoy this property.

Our goal was for our extended family members (grandparents, adults, young adults, school age kids - 9 in all) stay together in one house to manage meals and adventure in Zion National Park and surrounding parks. The house was roomy and comfortable. Beds were comfortable (important for everyone's rest!). Plenty to do at the house (pool with spa, pickleball, hoops, firepit) as well as surrounding area. If we weren't constantly outdoors adventuring, there was plenty of indoor relaxing area (living room couch, playroom) to keep everyone happy. Hosts thoughtfully provided some detergent pods for laundry and dishwashing; shower amenities (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel); and there were kitchen supplies (cookware, utensils) and spices for cooking. I don't have anything negative to say about this great space. Worth it!

This is a great house and lovely pool. We looked forward to coming home each night to the high-end kitchen and outdoor grill for our evening meals and a swim to cool off. Great pantry area to store your food. The MBR on the first floor is huge, complete with walk-in large rain shower, whirlpool tub and washer/dryer with walk-in closet. The second family/game room was a great hang-out for the kids--complete with shuffleboard. And the garage kept our 2 cars out of the sun and cooler to get into! A great find in a good location for visiting Grand Canyon, Coral Pink Sands State Park, and Bryce. Lovely dinner at nearby Balcony One.

The property is spacious, and the backyard is excellent, with plenty of activities—a great location for the park. Spencer was great and made sure our check-in went well.

Nothing bad to say about this property. It was perfect for all age group. Very roomy and very clean. There were 15 of us and we were all very comfortable. Spencer was very helpful with any questions I had. They even had a high chair for my granddaughter along with a playpen. Will definitely stay again next time we’re in UT. The house was great! We were a small group but would be great for larger groups as well as it is very spacious. The pool, hot tub and pickleball court were so fun and relaxing after HOT mornings in the sun at the parks and golf course. The location was quiet and not touristy...but close enough that we could easily get to Zion (and Bryce Canyon is within 2 - 2 1/2 hours. The coffee shop around the corner is also great (River Rock). Would definitely recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely house. It had everything we needed and fit our family of 16 perfectly. The pool was a great amenity for the kids. The rental had a lot of extra touches that you dont always find in rentals. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing experience renting this house! We had a group of 2 families (4 adults and 5 kids) and had plenty of space (and more) for our group. We enjoyed using the pool, pickleball court, basketball hoop, and fire table. It was a quick 30 min drive to Zion, 2 hours to Bryce Canyon, and 2 hours to where we went river rafting. Everything was clean, and the house had everything we needed. We highly recommend staying here!

We had 6 couples stay at this house to celebrate a 40th birthday. It was a great house with plenty of room for everyone. Yard was perfect for hanging out by the pool and playing basketball/pickleball. Was close to some great restaurants and only a 25 minute drive into Zion. Owner was great to deal with and would recommend this house for others looking.

We had a fabulous vacation! We had a total of 14 guest and the house accommodated every single person. This beautiful home was centered in a great location close to Zion.Our adult children had a blast playing basketball using the pool and the Jacuzzi. The host respond quickly with any questions or concerns. We will definitely will be back and will refer friends and family.💙

Loved our stay in La Verkin. The house had everything we needed and the host was super responsive. Easy check in and house rules. Close to Zion National Park where we spent a majority of our time. Host even allowed us to use the house for hair and makeup for our elopement at Zion and have our small wedding dinner afterwards. Our parents and siblings couldn’t stop raving about the house.

2 families fit comfortably here. So much to do outside in the yard! The home was spacious and had plenty of spaces for everyone. Large kitchen and pantry, walk in closets, large hallways… so much room. Thanks for a fantastic stay!

Our group of 15 pulled up to this home, walked in the door, and were immediately blown away. Pictures don’t even capture it. Such an amazing home with so much room - perfect for all three families to spread out and enjoy down time in between exploring Zion. We didn’t even have time to take advantage of all the outdoor amenities - the pool was awesome, though. We were very glad we opted to go ahead and have it heated for our stay. Spencer could not have been more attentive as a host. We were thrilled to have discovered this home. Book it for sure!

The house was great! excellent floor plan. Plenty of beds for our family. The best part was the yard. We used the hot tub and pool a lot. The Pickleball court was a lot o fun!

Our family really enjoyed staying at this beautiful and spacious home. Close to Zion and Snow Canyon State Park this location is great for the perfect Southern Utah getaway!
