Renovated property with new flooring throughout as well as newer appliances including washer and dryer. Property was in move-in condition and clean. Family enjoyed our time there and much more convenient than a hotel for a getaway occupancy.

We really enjoyed our stay. Large older property but very comfortable. We were there to go to the Scottish Games. Beds comfortable, linens were fluffy, Dishwasher isn't connected to the counter so will tend to fall out but it worked well. We used the washer and dryer. Not a luxury rental but very adequate for our needs.

Went into Atlanta for activities but liked staying outside the city

Property was nice and clean. Excellent communication with owner.

Everything was just like the pictures. Quiet neighborhood close to stores and restaurants. Public park close by for kids. Just a short ride of 30 mins to downtown Atlanta. Enjoyed everything .

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the property. The property is conveniently located 20 mins from downtown Atlanta and other attractions. The host was very responsive and offered to come over to fix a ceiling fan at 9pm when I notified her that it was non working. Everything was made available to us as we didn’t have to worry about purchasing cooking utensils, cups, bedding, or towels. The property even came with an outdoor grill, screened in porch and a nice sitting area outside. We look forward to staying at the property again in the near future

This was such a great property! Everything in the photos is accurately represented. The biggest plus was how clean everything was. We had a professional cleaner among our group and she brought her supplies with her based on previous experiences and did not have to use anything. It looked and smelled fresh upon us walking in. Michelle was super responsive and accommodating and a pleasure to work with. The immediate neighborhood seemed nice enough. It wasn’t very busy, but I can see how that would change during school season as there is one right nearby. We visited a few shopping areas within 15-20 minutes of the house. We liked Stone Mountain and Stonecrest the best of where we visited. We will definitely be back for our yearly trip to the area.

Lovely home for the family to stay for a wedding weekend. Very clean, spacious and accessible!

My family of six adults and three young children were in town for a family reunion, and this property was perfect for what we needed. The house was super clean and the kitchen was very well-stocked with cookware, dishes, utensils, etc. The host was very responsive, check-in was very simple and it was a tremendous overall experience. We will certainly come again if we are in the area.

This is a great house for a family. The house is near local restaurants or different chains near by. The house was clean and quiet.

We came to town for a wedding so we mainly just slept and showered there but it was nice to have the space. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and the home had everything we needed for the stay. Main concerns were the foundation of the house. Floors are unsettled and covered by rugs. (We just tried to avoid those areas.) and the cleanliness. We did our own cleaning because it appeared no one cleaned before we came. Overall, it was a good stay for what we needed it for.

Great home. Plenty of room, well stocked, clean, great location to Stone Mountain and Atlanta. Internet was only issue. We got messages of too many devices or internet not available several times. But other than that everything was perfect!

The weather was certainly cold enough for us Floridians. The home was clean and inviting, and the owners were attentive and caring . Great job!

We enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable inside the home with all of the updates and fresh decor. The outside of the home could use some attention. The neighborhood in general is nice but we had to drive out a bit to get to safe shopping and dining.

I highly recommend this property for your visit to the Atlanta area. We enjoyed the Christmas activities at Stone Mountain which is a15 min drive from the property. We also visited the GA aquarium and Atlanta History Center which were an easy 40-minute drive. The neighborhood was quiet and the property was very clean. The kitchen was fully equipped for us to prepare our Thanksgiving dinner. Before our arrival I reached out to the owner with some questions and she responded immediately and was very accommodating.

Very clean and all amenities we could possibly need. Felt like home.

We rented this property so that we could stay in the Atlanta area to bring our son to begin college. We had never been to Atlanta, but wanted a quiet neighborhood (outside the city), with enough space that our 3 children and dog could have their own space after the 18+ hour drive to get to Georgia. This house was fabulous. Clean.....Clean.....Clean!!! Enough space that all of us could spread out and decompress after our long trip. The check in process was very easy, and the communication with the Hostess was polite, understanding, kind and prompt. We were so happy with this choice of home and location. Thank you for a great stay. Would stay here again.
