All staff (incl. housekeeping staff / special mention to the beauty therapist for professionalism and excellent advice) were really kind and helpful. The location is great.
Hotel amenities are really fine. The staff responded well when a parking space for electric cars was occupied by a non-electric vehicle.
Breakfast: as expected (with selection of hot and cold dishes)
Diner (buffet): not repetitive at all with an effort to vary the dishes.
Car park available (can not be guaranteed), but parking spaces are narrow.
A coffee machine in the room could be a nice addition.

buena ubicación, cerca de la playa pero fuera del bullicio turístico; trato perfecto, pudimos utilizar las instalaciones después del check out, incluso cuando nos fuimos nos dieron una botella de agua fría para el viaje; habitaciones bien cuidadas, camas cómodas, el desayuno abundante y variado, las vistas desde la piscina impresionantes.

Fantastic hotel. Staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Dinner at the hotel was fabulous and the breakfast was excellent.

Everything was great...hotel location within easy walking distance to the old town and the beach less than 10 minutes, wonderful breakfast, friendly staff. parking directly outside the hotel however you have to pay at the meter, we were informed by hotel reception that parking 2 streets back of the hotel parking was free so saved €8.00 day hotel parking. exception June to September when all streets are meter payments.

Convenient. Parking very good with a large car park facing the hotel. Staff were superb, nothing was too much trouble. Near the promenade and the boardwalk through the marshes. Peniscola is a lovely place to visit and the castle and old town are a must.

Location is good and it's a bit comfy I guess
NO MASSAGE if you're staying for 2-3 days.
You'd need an appointment and for a hotel guest that's just ridiculous.
Also no Bidet
And even though they say there's room service, there isn't!!

the best hotel in area, also the best staff ever! so friendly and helpful people. Food was delicious, so close to the beach. , staff on the reception- never in the past I met so professional and helpful people. love this hotel, swimming area very nice
