Das áreas comuns do hotel principalmente das várias piscinas. O espaço interno do hotel é convidativo. Do restaurante: serviço, muito organizado, comida deliciosa e funcionários amáveis e sempre muito gentis. O jantar tem um buffet de saladas ótimo e pratos a la carte, ou seja, sempre algo diferente. Da localização, perto de Lacco Ameno e da praia de San Montano, mas ao mesmo tempo fica fora das partes mais agitadas da cidade, o que confere muita privacidade e tranquilidade. Facilidade de acesso: apanhamos bus em Ischia Porto e descemos na porta do hotel. Os funcionários da recepção sempre gentis e dispostos a ajudar.

O mais fraco de toda a experiência foi sem dúvida alguma o quarto ( ficamos no 119). Tem um bom espaço e uma agradável varanda, mas o colchao é extremamente mole e o banheiro tem o espaço do chuveiro muito pequeno, mal cabe uma pessoa. Falta uma atualização e ser mais convidativo como por exemplo, na chegada do hospede ter uma garrafa de agua de oferta; ter uma chaleira para um cafe, amenities de maior qualidade -não havia condicionador ou creme -se estamos num hotel spa é esperado esse tipo de mimo! Os móveis do quarto são velhos e também precisam ser renovados. A camareira passa no corredor dos quartos cedo por volta das 8 da manhã fazendo barulho com materiais de limpeza, o que tb deveria ser revisto porque incomoda. O quarto não proporciona uma experiência de spa ou relaxamento e portanto destoa da proposta do hotel....

Totul a fost la superlativ: locație minunată, ospitalitate de excepție, personal ambil, curățenie impecabilă, mîncare exceletă cu servire la masă - ospătarii și șefii de sală sunt super profesioniști!!!!

Am stat prea puțin.

Die Pools waren sehr schön, teilweise direkt vom Zimmer aus erreichbar. Vom Hotel aus konnte man die Stadt und den Strand auch das Thermalbad Negombo sehr gut zu Fuß erreichen, der Rückweg war etwas anstrengender, viele Treppen! Es gab eine Haltestelle für den Bus gleich um die Ecke, empfehlenswert für die Erkundung ganz Ischias (leider manchmal sehr voll). Das Frühstück war sehr süßlastig. Das Personal freundlich, hervorzuheben unser Kellner beim Frühstück und die Damen vom Zimmersevice ( Reinigungspersonal). Der Wellnessbereich war tiptop und die Die Dame (sie hat meinen Füßen etwas gutes getan) war super.

Fotos und Zimmer stimmten nicht überein! Das Bad war schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, die Dusche klein, undicht und nicht sehr ansprechend. Die Duschhandtücher hatten zum Teil Löcher. Obwohl als deutschsprachig angekündigt gab es nur am Empfang eine Person die mehr schlecht als recht deutsch sprach. Die Zimmer sehr hellhörig, die Klimaanlage laut. Das Frühstück als fabelhaft angekündigt, sehr einfallslos, einseitig und für ein südländisches Hotel wenig frisches Obst und Gemüse, eine Sorte Schinken, eine Sorte Salami und eine Sorte Käse (jeden Tag das gleiche)l Viele Süße Sachen! Ein Wasserkocher und Kaffeezubehör im Zimmer wäre schön.

Everything was great ! for me the beds were a little hard.

The location and the view were excellent. The swiming pools were a real source of health and the nearby Park Negombo was wonderful. The room was small, but clean and quiet. The stuff was very kind.

Probably a touch of good energy and soft music; the breakfast was decent, but very crowded and noisy - after one hour it was hard to find cakes, fruits :))

The stand out amenity for me was the staff. The Maitre d’hotel was so very helpful anytime I needed anything, everyone was very nice and accommodating. It is an absolutely beautiful hotel with spa pools near Lacco Ameno, the beach, and Negombo spa. The rooms and facilities were all very good.

The reservation was for one room for 3 people. At the last moment another person was added. During check-in we were offered two separate rooms, one for 2 people so that we would be more comfortable at no additional cost. We needed a gluten-free meal and received a wide variety of products for breakfast. In addition, the staff made sure to check for us every other dish we ordered if it contained gluten and informed us. The pools are great, some outdoor and some indoor, all clean and pleasant, not noisy and in a very relaxing atmosphere. The place is beautiful and pleasant. Highly recommend.
