I’m a little reluctant to write a review as I’d like to keep this place a secret. Great property right off Dickson. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Owners made check in and out easy. We’ll definitely be back.

Perfect location!

Perfect location for my husband and I to bring my parents to visit our daughter studying at Arkansas. My parents are 80 and healthy and we could all walk to campus and meals easily. Clean and well kept. So much better than a hotel!

This property is well maintained! The unit was well furnished.

Perfect location tucked away adjacent to the Walton Arts Center and Dickson. Quiet enough for rest but close enough for adventure.

This condo in The Metro is Beautiful and very Comfortable, with a balcony with furniture, assigned parking space, and within walking distance of Dickson Street. Everything you need including shampoo/conditioner and laundry pods. I was pleasantly surprised that the owner was gracious enough to provide some snacks, a bottle of wine, tea bags, and coffee pods for the Keirug--what more could you ask for? My only complaint was that the master bed was too soft for me and the pillows could use replacing--one was huge and hard and the other had so many feathers poking me that it was unusable (I regret not bringing my own)--but I'm still giving this place 5 stars!

The condo is clean, well appointed furniture, stocked kitchen, bathroom supplies, and comfortable beds! The location was convenient to the square, Dickson street restaurants and bars, as well as the University.

This property is recently renovated and in beautiful condition. Plenty of room for our family and the location is perfect. Wish I lived there--it's that good! Only downside was that we had a trailer and there was no place to park it. Luckily, we were able to make it work and we didn't get towed. Will definitely stay again!

WE had a great experience. The disposal smelled bad when we arrived but we solved the problem with baking soda and some soap. Great location - walked home from Dickson and from the game. Would definitively stay again.

This was the perfect place for our stay. We got to experience Fayetteville and enjoyed the comfort of this really cool place!

This rental is everything it says it is and more! We enjoyed our stay and loved the location. It was so nice being just off of Dickson St. Walking distance to everything and then less noise being a block away. There is a walking path outside and great restaurants next door. It really. doesn't get any better than this.

Very nice location and spacious for our family of four. Communication was great with owners. Had a couple of changes to the dates a couple months in advance and quickly rearranged our schedule and deduction of one night. Within walking distance from restaurant, walking bike path and City square.

The unit was beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable, had everything we needed and amazing location. Was truly a great stay! We took advantage of being close to campus, Dickson St, bike path on scooters... such a great location! Normally one of our first things to do after checking in is to the store to get things we need at the unit, not this time. They had it all!

Our family of 6 stayed here for our daughters graduation. (2 on the sofa bed). It was beautifully decorated, fully stocked, and in the perfect location! Everyone could walk to Dickson for entertainment. (The Piano Bar is so much fun!). Very clean and comfortable! A+ experience!
