Great place to stay, easy to get to, feels secluded but minutes from numerous Ashville activities. House fully stocked, very family friendly, board games, pool table. Had a second kitchen downstairs, plenty of room to sleep and comfortable. We all loved our stay. Thank you!

This property is lovely and has everything that you could possibly need. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with supplies. We were in town for a family event and did not get to thoroughly enjoy all of the amenities that were provided. We had a large group and this home was great in that it provided King beds for all! The young adults liked that they could be downstairs in "their own area!" Our family loved this charming house and would definitely stay here again if we needed a large home in the area. Only downfall was the restriction of not allowing family to stop over and visit with our family who was staying here.

Had a great stay at Biltmore Basecamp. Very clean and comfortable home with plenty of room indoors and outdoors for our group. Had everything we needed to enjoy the property and very close to Asheville proper. Lovely safe neighborhood!! All and all really enjoyed our stay.

We rented this house to celebrate my bachelorette. It is about 10-15 minutes from downtown, about 30-45 minutes from the main hiking spots, but it is the perfect home for a quiet, relaxed stay in the mountains. Kelsie our hostess was kind and accommodation, quick responding when I had questions! There was plenty of room for the ten people who stayed and would comfortably fit more. The jacuzzi was a blast, brunch in the backyard is a must. Especially if the weather permits! We loved our stay and are already planning the next time we get to come to stay at this wonderful home. Thank you Kelsie for being such a sweet hostess and allowing my best friends from all over the country stay at your home. It was everything I could’ve asked for in my bachelorette weekend!!

The pictures did not do this place justice. We called it a Mary Poppins house because it was so much bigger inside than it appeared. It is clearly well cared for. We would definitely stay here again!

It was a delight to stay at this property! It had everything we could possibly have needed for our stay from a fully stocked and labeled kitchen to comfortable king beds to information on things to do and where to eat. The property was clean and organized both inside and out. Any correspondence/questions were answered immediately. The home is convenient to a grocery store and downtown. We would definitely stay here again.

This house was large enough to host our family and not have people feel like they were right on top of each other. Everyone in our family was able to have their own room which is nice when you have four families plus a 20 and 16 year old.

My work team and I stayed at Biltmore Basecamp last week and it was absolutely perfect! Kelsey's communication and description of the property was very accommodating when planning this trip. We spent a day riding horses at Sandy Bottom Trail Rides, and another day touring the gorgeous Biltmore Estate. Dinner in town at Chestnut, and lunch at Gypsy Queen- both places were wonderful. We were even fortunate enough to see the mama bear and her three cubs in the neighborhood! I absolutely recommend this location to anyone with a group that wishes to relax in a comfortable space while still being near the city! We were able to coordinate Uber and Lyft rides into town, and were just a short ride to the city of Asheville.

This home was the most perfect place to stay for our family/friend’s reunion trip! The house was so spacious, clean and stocked with everything we needed. The host was so amazing to communicate with and even had left us a bottle of wine and chocolates with a note when we arrived. It’s the little touches that leave the biggest impressions and we all agreed that we are recommending this house to anyone visiting Asheville in a larger group!

This trip was for our annual friends get together in Asheville. Even though the weather was cold, we enjoyed ourselves. The house was so spacious we all had plenty of room to spread out. Some used the hot tub, while others played pool. The house is really close to downtown. Kelsey is a great host as well. Very quick to respond to every question I had. Overall great place to stay for those with a big group.

The house was beautiful. We had plenty of room for our 10 grown ups and 2 kiddos. We cooked breakfast and dinner at the house each day. The kitchen was well stocked and well labeled (if you know, you know). The property manager was very responsive leading up to our stay and checked in on us throughout.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Biltmore Basecamp. It's was easy to find and a short drive to Downtown. It was the perfect setup for a group of friends to explore Asheville during the day and relax at night. We loved the outdoor space, hot tub and living room. All of our guests said they had peaceful sleep in the comfortable bedrooms. Would recommend for larger families or a group of adult friends to stay!

My family, my sisters family, and my parents stayed here for three days. We had a lovely time at the home and in the area. The house was stocked with things you may need, the only weird thing is one towel per person staying. We had a few questions and the owner responded quickly. They did excite me with possible bear sightings but I didn’t get to see any. Nice,clean house with lots of room to spread out. The basement is less finished than advertised and there are no tvs in those two bedrooms. Overall awesome time and would stay here again. Thank you.

Biltmore basecamp was PERFECT for our group.
From being able to play cornhole, grill, and have a fire going nightly to being super close to many local attractions and downtown. Our group had a blast.
We enjoyed the hot tub and loved that everyone had their own room as our group was all couples and were traveling from all over.
Kelsey and Reid have a beautiful home with all the possible amenities you’d need!
We were celebrating my husband’s birthday and they were so thoughtful to leave a little happy for us to make the stay a little more special!

Very nice house, lots of space in a quiet neighborhood. Well stocked with games and activities. Be very descriptive about your group size and sleeping arrangements. They have an odd sheet and towel policy. But overall a great stay and comfortable beds. The owner was quick to respond to messages and readily available.

We loved everything about this property. It was spacious, modern, and super clean. The pool and foosball tables were great entertainment, and the adults really enjoyed sitting on the porch to eat, talk, and even birdwatch. Walks around the neighborhood were enjoyable and the people we encountered were friendly. I communicated with the owner several times - just a question or comment, as there were no problems - and she was always quick to reply and help. If we come back to the area I'll definitely want to use their properties again! Thank you.

The Biltmore Basecamp home is a super comfortable place to stay and relax. Everything was as the owner stated in the marketing piece, and extremely well appointed!! Comfortable home
This rental has a nice comfortable feeling and it flows very well. There were 7 adults and a 4 year old, plenty of room for everyone. The patio out back is also spacious. Convenient location, about 7 minutes from grocery store and 12-15 minutes from downtown Asheville. We enjoyed our stay.
