The location is almost outside the attractions in the old city, but very close to the shopping malls, but still reachable only by taxi or car hire. Close to the airport. The breakfast is a typical continental breakfast, everything was very fresh, staff very helpful and friendly...but it needs more choise of food...

Big thank you to the staff were very professional and efficient. I was losing fate in a previous hotel this was in the right time. The hotel offers everything essential for a peaceful and comfortable after or before-flight stay. Airport shuttle., Clean, cosy room, nice swimming pool. Excellent!

Very noisy during the night and early morning. Asked for wake up call but didn't get it.

Good location near the airport. We ate in the bar in the evening and it was fine. The breakfast was not great, but was satisfactory. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. For someone wanting a reasonable hotel near the airport for a night, this is a good option but it is not a luxury hotel

There were no shops or restaraunts nearby I am elderly 300 metres was far even to get to a supermarket. also the bar and restaraunt didn’t open till 4 so you couldn’t get a drink or snack during the day

I love everything about the hotel

No kettle and teacup in the room, at list to make yourself a cup of tea or coffee.

they keep forgetting to put shampoo and soap in room

the facilities were clean and the staff were helpful when approached. the pool was lukewarm which was a nice surprise.

the lift wasn’t working. don’t get me wrong it’s good for your health to take the stairs, but I went on holiday to relax. every time I thought about having to climb the stairs to my room I felt like not going back in. please fix it. the hotel really isn’t bad but a lift would be great.

the staff were very accommodating especially given that a large number of us had arrived from a cancelled EasyJet flight which had left us abandoned at Faro airport and had not sorted a us place to stay so we researched and found Hotel Monaco

Nothing , we were checking in around 9pm for a once night stay , the hotel staff did their best to help us all
