Great location, spacious rooms, and fun water park for kids!

The place was wonderful and clean. People who worked there was very helpful and friendly. Two things we did not like was the water in the water park was suppose to be heated and it was not. We could not go in and enjoy the park at all. The other thing is the price on the web page was reasonable to stay there but what we got billed was double that price. We were so disappointed.

Very please with all aspects of our accommodations & rental procedures. Highly recommend.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was beautifully decorated, within walking distance to restaurants , and a short walk from the beach. It was nice to have the passes to the waterpark. My kids, especially enjoyed the sand volleyball, which was located right by the condo. We truly enjoyed our stay here and would stay again in the future.

The property was excellent, just as advertised. The amenities, and the value added items, like the waterpark passes, as well as the proximity to the beach, shopping, and restaurants, was excellent, and the host was super prompt, flexible, and kind. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a beach vacation in the Tampa area with family.

The condo was clean and in a great location for beach access! The waterpark access was so nice for a break from the beach for my daughters.

Vacation with young kids is always an adventure! This place is an easy walk to the beach even with young kids. Water park was great. Suggestion do not go first thing Saturday morning. The line to get in was crazy long. Or have 1 person wait in line until get to front. Once inside it wasn’t bad. Several restaurants close. We visited the pizza place several times because no wait time and well kids! The closet with beach toys/chairs/cooler/umbrella was great to not have to worry about bringing those things. The beach area wasn’t too busy either which made it nice with kids to not have people on top of us. Also nice having washer and dryer right in the unit for easy use. Only thing I could complain about was the beds were super uncomfortable. Hopefully they will update them soon! Even the pillows were flat flat. The dishwasher was pretty grimy so I just hand washed everything. Overall we had a good stay!

Nice convenient place close to the beach and the splash pool with parking

The property is nice, several blocks from the beach. For starters there is a lot of written rules, etc to go through with keys, parking passes, etc. There are items in the closet that are for the beach. The instructions say to rinse off all the beach toys, wagon etc with sand, but they were all covered in sand. The wagon was completely destroyed, knee boards broken, etc.There is a llot of stuff in the close to use though. The parking is horrible if thye are full. I felt like I spent a third of my vacation hunting for a place to park. That's just on the property. Outside of that the traffic wasn't bad. They have a water park and the water park has a large parking area, but during the day it's for paying guest for the water park. The garage stays completely full. There was 7 of us and we got passes for 4 people each day, so we had to pay for 3 if everyone wanted to go. That cost is half price. There is a fishing dock on the bay, but you can't fish at it, you have to go fish under a bridge. The room was fine for us, the closet door for the washing machine fell off, there was a few utinsils that appeared to be missing, the dishwasher was broken the entire time we were there. You had to work with the balcony door to get it to lock, but it was doable. Wagon was broken in the closet but promptly replaced once noticed and reported. The dishwasher was looked at but couldn't be fixed during our stay. For a 2 BR condo at a resort, $2600 or so everything should work.

We had a great time here! The water park is fantastic and our kids had a blast. The beach is just a short walk away and it was so nice that there are chairs and toys in the closet so we didn’t have to purchase or pack those items. There’s several restaurants, coffee, and ice cream shops in walking distance. Hope to stay again!

Enjoyed our stay here. This is our 2nd time staying at this location but in a different unit. It was very clean, near the beach, intercoastal, and the fun water park that our daughter loved. Great restaurants nearby and easy walk to all of them.

We had a great time. Condo was as advertised and suited our family well. The neighborhood was great and the beach was fantastic.

We were very pleased with the property. The unit was clean and in good condition. The water park was an added bonus for our boys. We would definitely stay here again.

This place was such a great option for our family and extended family. Place was clean, organized, location was awesome for the water park, town and beach. The on site beach toys/wagon were also a big perk.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The property was just as described, check in was easily articulated with detailed instructions, and we had a blast. The kids loved the extra toys in the closet. Walking distance to restaurants. If you're traveling with kids, you can't beat having the CVS a stones throw away. Two easy blocks from the beach, walkable even with the children. We've been to the area several times, and love the Independence Square the best.

Although the weather was cooler, we absolutely loved our stay! The water park was a blast for my 5 year old, and I loved how close we were to the beach! It was also fantastic to be within walking distance to so many restaurants and shops!

Was right by the beach and the water park

We visited for a little weekend getaway and loved everything! The condo was very clean, and spacious, the perfect size for us! There were three adults and five kids. The kids had a blast at the water park, definitely a great perk for staying at the condo! The beach was a little longer of a walk than we expected, but still doable with the kiddos. We loved having all the different apps available on the TV as well, perfect for the rainy afternoons! We would have loved to have some simple seasonings provided, like salt and pepper. It’s the only rental we’ve visited that didn’t have anything like that available. But overall, the condo and location was perfect and we all enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!

We came to spend 4 nights at the beach. I underestimated how far of a walk to the beach it was. Our 3 year old was not interested in walking that far. It was very easy and doable for the rest of us but since we didn't have a stroller for her carrying her that far was a bit of a stretch. Otherwise we had a great time. Our kids ended up preferring to spend time at the waterpark versus going to the beach.

The Condo was outdated! The linens and towels were in poor condition!! I expected fresh white linen and some luxury…. for the price I paid I was disappointed.

Came here with my husband, our three year old and my mother in law. The place was great and in a perfect location, we definitely want to come back and stay again!
