Loved the whole experience would definitely do it again

Went for my sister’s bachelorette weekend and the house was perfect! It was raining 2 days while we were there but the house gave us a great place to hang out and celebrate the future bride!

My older daughters 44 and 41 hosted a Girlfriend Bachelorette party for their 31 year old little sister and 12 of her friends. They said everything was clean, so "perfect" and plenty of beds and bathrooms! Great LR for watching movies, close to everything! and loved the pool area! Thank you so much! I'm hoping to rent for MY girlfriends after the wedding!!

This home was perfect for our family. The 5 minute walk to the beach was so easy and we had fun searching for crabs, playing in the sand and viewing gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. . We loved having our private pool and spent lots of time swimming. The house is very nice and equipped with all you need. Great stay at Koinonia at the Beach!

We enjoyed our time at the house and it was an easy walk to the beach. Very spacious for our group of 9, and the backyard with the pool and putting green was a nice addition. Beds were very comfortable and overall a nice stay. We would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Koinonia was beautiful. There was alot of hair left in one of the showers and a roach noted on arrival. But overall, the home was just what I needed. I have three little girls who loved the bunk over full and full bedroom. The pool was clean and beautiful. The put put area was a fun spot for the girls. There were a multitude of games for the kids to play. The highlight was the beach access at the end of the road. It is a home I would definitely stay in again. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

We enjoyed 4 nights (not enough!) at Koinonia on the Beach. The house is as pictured and is absolutely lovely. The bedrooms are big and the bathrooms are fabulous. The kitchen is pretty well appointed with plenty of glassware and dishes, a good and complete set of pans, and a decent set of knives. The proximity to the beach is amazing! The walk only took us about 5 minutes to get to the beach gate. Close enough to come back for a restroom break or to grab more snacks! The use of beach wagon, chairs, and beach toys was also appreciated. The beach wagon was a total gamechanger! The outdoor area of the house is wonderful...plenty of seating, 2 big umbrellas for shade, the putting green which was amazing, and the pool itself is a great size and has a nice shelf in the shallow end that's good for little kids (or other non-swimmers). The screened porch was nice, too; a great place to hang out. We had a couple of maintenance issues but the communication/handling by the management company was perfect. They were quick to respond and did their best to address and keep us informed. I cannot say enough good things. Even though they were not able to fix an issue, they made it right and were so great to communicate with. We cannot wait to return. We come to the area each year and usually stay at a different place every time, but we will hopefully stay at this house from now on. Honestly, it was really great. The only cons I would share: • Mattresses and pillows could stand to be upgraded. They're not terrible but all 4 of us commented on the opportunity for improvement. • There are a few items in disrepair (broken cabinet hinge, that kind of thing) but nothing that really takes away any enjoyment. • Dining space could be tight with a big group

House was just as pictured, walking distance to beach. Issue with coffee maker was replaced right away. Would stay again!

WOW! This was our first time vacationing in the area of 30A, and we were blown away with the house! The Koinonia house was absolutely perfect for what we needed. A very short walk to the beach made beach days a breeze! The house was clean and decorated perfectly! We stayed with two other families, so we absolutely loved that each bedroom had an en suite bathroom! The use of the pool toys and beach chairs was such a great perk also!

Close to the beach and restaurants. Very nice neighborhood. House is amazing. Clean, well equipped, and comfortable. Just like the pictures.

Our first time together since COVID-19. House well appointed and accommodated 11 of us. We all enjoyed the pool and the putting green. Easy walk to private beach access but 4 sets of stairs was a problem to some of them s.

We had a great time in the house. It has lots if space and we loved the fact that each bedroom has their own bathroom. The Pool was very nice and the kids enjoyed it very much. The only problem we noticed was the bathrooms specially the toilets were very dirty and we had to clean them as well as sweep the floors. Also the dryer has a loose gasket inside that stained all of our clothes. We called maintenance but never went back to fix the problem. We had a great family vacation.

The property was nice and and in a good location. Beach was good. The screened porch was and pool were nice. The putting green and beach amenities were a plus. The prior renters appeared to be destructive and messy. The unit was not cleaned and serviced prior to our 5:00 pm arrival. It took us a while to contact someone. They arranged for service but it was 7:30 before we could access the unit. It was rough on the family members who had traveled 10 hours and still had to wait over an hour to unload. It put a distasteful start on what eventually turned out to be a good week.

We had an amazing time. House is amazing and very centrally located to bike to beaches, restaurants, and shopping. Will stay here again for sure

We loved staying at this house. It’s about a quarter mile walk to the beach. Not bad at all! The heated pool was fantastic on the overcast days in May when the ocean was a bit chilly. The management company was very friendly and helpful. The only thing I think that could be improved at the house is the appliances. They’re just a bit old - the oven took a little longer to cook things it seemed. Just a slight inconvenience. The rooms, bathrooms, and amenities at the house were great! The neighborhood was quiet and the perfect place for my family with young kids. We’ll definitely be checking availability here next time we want to visit 30a!

Plus private beach access just a short walk from the house! And the amenities...they thought of everything! There were beach chairs, a beach wagon, pool towels, tons of board games and the kitchen wasn't missing a thing. Can’t put into words what an amazing time we had and how perfect the house was!
