warm, cosy, very clean, friendly staff and two minutes from the old town and the river. very good breakfast. close to August Macke Haus and Beethoven museum.

This was a great place to stay. Personnel was nice and helpful. Hotel is close to the city center and to the Rhine river so very convenient. Room was clean, well furnished, and faced the backyard so really quiet. Breakfast was good.

The hotel supposedly has parking but that is not the case. You will have to oark in nearby parking station. The wall between the bext room is not soundproofed

Very centrally located. They offer a couple of parking spaces at 7Euro a day. Book a space. We were very early and the lovely lady at reception got us parked and had a room all ready by 12.30. We really appreciated her help. Rooms and communal areas are themed. All about Bonn as the capital of West Germany, moving from Bonn to Berlin, honoured guests in Bonn. Within just a few minutes you are at the Rhein. The hotel has a lift to all 5 floors plus the garage and reception area (7 floors in total). Breakfast was the usual bread rolls, ham, cheese, jam, cereals, and yogurts. Juice, tea, and coffee. All good. Our room was at the front with traffic but with ear plugs and shutting the window in the bedroom area we slept well. They provided a fan in case it was hot. Great location for public transport, shops, and Beethovenhaus. Great for walking along the Rhein. The Indian restaurant down past the Opera House is delicious. Very convenient. Love the themed decor. Particularly poignant as we are from the UK and Queen Elizabeth II has recently passed away. All photos are from our room. Fantastic staff at this hotel.

Not a dislike, but take earplugs in case you are at the front of the hotel. The front door at ground level is easy to miss. There is a sign high up the wall but you need to hunt for it. No minibar/fridge in the room. There is an honesty fridge with drinks and snacks in room 201 but not in each room.

Almost everything. It is a simple yet thoughtfully arrange hotel, with superb location and friendly staff.

The invoice comes without any hotel identification. It is generating trouble with the reimbursement.

I arrived around 1400hrs but was given my room keys even though check in had been 1500hrs. I loved that so much since I was tired

Only one light working out of five in the bathroom. Electric went off not sure if power cut or issue in the hotel.

Great location in the middle of the town and most points of interest within walking distance. Friendly staff. Very good breakfast.

If the room shows to the road at the front it is not possible to sleep with open windows due to noisy traffic. But unfortunately that is nothing the hotel could do something about.

Great location, a few steps from the Rhein side and just a few minutes on foot to the centre. Also, you have lots of transports combinations nearby. Wonderful Staff, super friendly and helpful. Comfortable room with all the essential you might need.  Comfy bed. Breakfast was good with a lot of choices. 

The bathroom was a bit small, but it has all you might need and it was functional. 

The staff was friendly and polite. I appreciated that I could have an early check-in. Hotel and room were clean (top points to the bathroom, nicely cleaned), delicious breakfast included. The location was superb, near a team stop and you can reach out the touristic points by foot. Staff was super nice storing my backpack after checkout and I could tour during the day, came only in the afternoon to get it back.

The location is great and the undergroud parking nearby is so affordable.

The beds are too small even for average person. The room was cold and heating thermostat locked, therefore we couldn’t control the room temperature. My girlfriend slept with a winter hat. The breakfast was also poor.

I liked the location a lot. It's very practical for public transport and few blocks away from the center of the city. The room was clean and had space to store clothes.

The bathroom is very small and shower is narrow. it is difficult to take a shower without bumping something. The room, or at least the room I had, was very dark and even having a window, it had this dark feeling due to the lights, dark furniture and carpet

The breakfast was nice and it didn’t take long to find where the hotel was. The room was of a good size and amenities easy to use.
