The home was beautiful. Elizabeth checked in to make sure we had everything we needed, which was appreciated. Perfectly located between the harbor and the beach (just a couple minute walk to either). I enjoyed hearing the seals from the patio.

We had a wonderful week staying at Bella Mare. The house is absolutely gorgeous and so clean. We had friends coming and going, visiting & each were equally impressed. The house accommodated my family of 4 (including 2 teens), my parents, and my brother and his family (1 baby). We walked to the harbor and beach daily. The weather all week was perfect. The owner, Elizabeth, was kind & very easy to communicate with. We can't wait to go back!

The house was very clean, with full amenities and convenient location. Host is very personable and attentive - she truly wants her guests to have a memorable experience. Of all the Vrbo properties we have stayed out this was definitely the best!

Excellent property with a great host. The location could not be better. The house had every amenity one could need and more from inside the house to outside to providing beach accessories. Great attention to detail, the layout worked perfectly for 3 small families, had a group of 9 and more than enough space for all of us. Well stocked kitchen and enjoyed large deck with BBQ. Would definitely visit again.

We had one of the greatest weekends of our life at this property. It was incredibly comfortable and well-appointed and beautifully decorated. Elizabeth was a communicative and gracious host and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. We can't wait to stay again.

The house is perfect for a getaway or extended stay. The home was very clean and nicely decorated. The owner was very communicative before and during our stay. The kitchen was well equipped and cooking was fun. We have stayed in other homes and this house is our favorite. LOVE IT!!

House is spacious, stylish, and in excellent condition. Hosts have thought of all the nice touches that ensure guests feel comfortable and enjoy their stay. We especially liked the bikes, paddle boards, and the rooftop griddle. Proximity to the beach and harbor were great perks. Communications from host were helpful and kind.

We always look for a property that has easy access to the water, restaurants, and activities. This property exceeded our expectations. She provided beach cruisers and paddleboards. Inside, there was a foosball table and TVs in every room (there's no cable, but they're all smart TVs to access all your shows). We loved spending time on the roof deck and balcony. This home is amazing. Incredibly well done and impeccably clean. The host is very attentive and easy to deal with. Exceeded our expectations. Great attention to detail and every amenity you could imagine was available. It was perfect for our kids (6 year old twins) and grandparents. We cannot wait to return. We highly recommend this home.

The kitchen was the most well stocked I have ever seen in a rental. All instructions were very clear. Owner thought of every detail and even came by to address some very very minor issues. We stayed an entire week at this incredible beach house that is steps for the gorgeous white sand beach. The first thing our 3 year old son said when we arrived at the house was: “This place is beautiful is this our new home.” We could not have chosen a better place for our family reunion and this house was perfect for both adult time and entertaining two active preschoolers. No amenity is overlooked. We loved the family friendly and safe neighborhood and it was a great location for walks and kid scooter sessions down the dead-end street. Our host Elizabeth was the epitome of hospitality and assistance throughout our entire stay. The house was really wonderful! We were a short walk to the beach. The house was very spacious, beautifully decorated, with lots of amenities. The living room has a pretty view of channel and we watched sea lions swimming back and forth. This was a highlight for my boys, ages 12 and 8.

You can tell owner put a lot of thought into the place, and she really thought of everything! Kitchen is beautiful but also very functional, and our family enjoyed cooking meals together. Not to mention it was incredibly well stocked with every drawer labeled, making it quite seamless to find our way around. There were tons of puzzles and games, plus each room had something extra that only a super attentive host would think of. This would be the relative that everyone would want to visit and likely overstay their welcome. It feels like a home rather than a rental. The location was unbeatable, steps away from an uncrowded beach. We used lots of the bonus gear (beach cruisers, SUP, coolers, wagon for supplies, towels, beach chairs, toys for the kids). Host was very attentive and helpful. Couldn't have asked for a better stay and will most definitely visit again in the future!
