Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our family time at Ocean Mist. The location was excellent and there was plenty of space for our family of seven adults and two toddlers. The pool was a welcome relief from the hot weather. The only thing that could have made our stay more enjoyable would have been air conditioning to the bedrooms upstairs.

You can go for long walks on the beach, stroll along the paths or go for a bike ride. There is a fantastic playground for the kids and several cafes. Grab a coffee on the go and take in the beauty or dine in and enjoy the beachside atmosphere. The Bowlo has a Chinese Restaurant serving the most delicious food. Our family love to fish from the pontoon or take the tinny up the river. We love holidaying in Evans!

The property more than met our expectations as it was very well appointed and spacious with 3 bathrooms to accommodate us Lovely furnishings it felt like home away home and more could not have had better

Beautiful house, lots of bedrooms, 2 great lounge rooms with big smart tv’s and limited foxtel. Has a little sun lounge room that leads to a lovely balcony that has limited surf views 👍. Only small issue was theres no aircon or wifi and you need to understand the house is away from the town hub but for us there was an airshow on just down the road which was terrific to watch. Highly recommend this house and real-estate agent was fantastic
