Very nice and clean place. All tooms upstairs. Had everything needed in the kitchen with plenty of seating area in living room

We were here for a week. Location was convenient and peaceful. The winter photos don’t do justice to how pretty it is in the summer. We would definitely stay here again.

So much space to spread out after a long day of sight-seeing. Plenty of blankets, towels and kitchen utensils! We’d definitely book again!!

We love everything about this house!

We love this area of condos. We have a large family and there is plenty of room and the three full bathrooms are especially helpful. We stay over spring break every year and ski at Wolf Creek, which is a straight forward 30 min drive away (but have snow chains just in case, we needed them this time due to several days of constant snow!). The Rainbow grocery store and Dollar Store have all the groceries we need so we can make some great meals for dinner at the condo. The kitchen comes equipped with all the basics and plenty of dishes. The only negative was that the fireplace wasn't working during our week long stay and was not repaired while we were there, which was disappointing since it was still very much winter with lots of cold weather and snow.

We love staying at these Rio Grande River places. Roomie, clean, beds comfortable, things all work. :) And this time we brought our dog. Highly recommend!
