Loved the home! Bests were very comfortable, plenty of room, close to restaurants, very clean, and the pool was partially heated during our time there (must have been from previous renters) and it felt amazing! Only downside was all the stairs. The first floor is two bedrooms with the wash/dryer but the stair layout is weird so it was a ton of stairs just to walk into the home to the living room. Wonderful stay though!

Overall it was a good vacation. I am just a bit annoyed that I had to pre-pay $380 to have the pool heated and did not receive a refund. It was only heated for 1 day, since a cold front came in and temps were below 55 for the rest of our time there. I don't understand why we wouldn't get refunded if the pool heater wasn't on for the durration of our trip. One other complaint is that the floors and stairs were extremely creeky and you couldn't go down the stairs without waking the whole house up. Shower drains were slow to drain. We did like the home setup and liked that there was 2 refrigerators and an ice machine.

Even got texts while at the house to make sure everything was going ok. The beach was an easy walk from the house. Adults could walk to bars. The kids could walk to ice cream. The large table and open living space to include the porch was a great space for all 19 of us to be together for meals. Private bath with each room was very nice for our multi family group.

Beach was an easy walk. Restaurants and grocery close by. Enjoyed our visits to Charleston and Mount Pleasant. So many things to do in this area. There were a couple issues - Elevator wasn't working when we arrived and that was a big factor in selecting this home with 3 stories; someone should check before each visit; rental ofc was responsive and got the problem fixed on day 2. In a house this large, at this price, with room for several people, it would be better to have a few more basic supplies at house - towels, dish detergent, dish cloths, toilet paper, garbage bags, etc; and that could be fixed easily. Recycle bins were full when we got there, and we figured out the pick-up schedule, but a few more instructions on that process would be helpful. Other than elevator, I'd say that was minor stuff, easily fixed. We loved being able to stay together in one house, and I would consider renting through Island Realty again. It was a definite plus to have the rental management office close. Everyone I spoke with was very helpful and responsive to our needs and questions.

The pool was a good size and was well used that weekend. The house a block from both the beach and the hub of Isle of Palms. It was perfect!

We have stayed here before and the location is wonderful, house layout is perfect for our large family gathering, and the rental company was very easy to work with. Only negative comment I would make is that there used to be two single beds in one of the downstairs bedrooms that they replaced with a very uncomfortable pull out sleep sofa. We literally used 5 comforters to put on top of the mattress so children could sleep on it. I would HIGHLY recommend replacing or putting beds back in the room. Otherwise, another amazing Isle of Palms trip!

We have been vacationing in IOP for almost 50yrs. The house was perfect for our family; great room/bathroom combos and no bunkbeads. We actually stayed in this house about 7 years ago and it has been updated since then which was nice.

We had a great trip (18 total ppl - 8 adults and 10 kids). The house is as described. There is a door in the fence that makes the beach walk just a couple minutes. The trees in the yard make the pool a little dirty and the house needs more forks (we ran out every meal) but those are small things. Overall, the house was great.

The house is perfectly located to the different restaurants and attractions on the island. And, located close to the beach.

House was decently sized and clean enough. Arrived to find the pool filthy and unusable for the duration of our stay, which was an EXTREME disappointment.

Great property and location! Picture perfect!

Everything was very clean and our group of 14 felt like we had enough space. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a game changer! It would’ve been nice to have more than one bath towel/washcloth per guest since we were there for 4 days, and beach/pool towels would’ve been helpful. Instead we had to go buy pool towels to use the included pool. I would definitely stay here again, it was beautiful and convenient.

The only down fall was that it was directly across the street from the post office and the bedrooms in the front of the house heard all the truck activity and loading activity in the early morning hours. Was a great trip. Everyone really enjoyed it and loved having TV in every bedroom. Each bedroom had its own bath is why we chose this house. There were a few things that needed attention that would be missed if not noted.

We were all able to stay in the same place and all have our own bathroom for each bedroom. We had more than enough space for everyone to spread out and get comfortable. Unfortunately due to the hurricane we were not able to use the pool since the weather was bad and got chilly after but the outside area was nice.

This property was incredible. I had a group of 21 that fit perfectly in this 8 bedroom 8 bathroom home. The walk to the beach is about 50 feet and the house is right next to the Windjammer which is a super fun beach bar on IOP. I can't recommend this property enough! Additionally, if you rent beach chairs through IOP chair rental you cant get a beach spot reserved right next to the sandvolleyball nets. Perfect for my doctoral class which is comprised of former athletes!

We held a crew of ladies at this house for my sister’s bachelorette party and it’s everything we could have dreamed and more! Being able to walk out the back gate to the beach, restaurants and shops was super convenient. The house was beautiful, clean, and spacious and the fact that every room has an en suite bathroom was great. Plus can’t beat having a pool! The check in and out process was easy. Short Uber or rental car drive to Charleston too! 10/10 recommend and hope to get back someday! Thank you for an amazing stay!

Adults and kids totalled 17 and everyone had their own space to feel "at home" it felt...with some great space for group dinners inside or out. The pool was a nice touch to use at the house for those that didn't want to go to the beach every day...but they are so close, you can do both if you want!

The home is beautiful and was large enough to accommodate all 16 of us comfortably. We noticed a few flaws in some of the appliances, but otherwise everything was perfect.
