This small home lacks the views and convenience of some other places in Sea Pines where we have stayed, but has 2 BR and 2 BA. It’s fine if you don’t mind driving and parking. Beach Club (parking) not included so drive to the shuttle lot and take it to/from the beach. The jellyfish were terrible. Apparently that’s not unusual for August.

The location of the cottage is great - right on the bike path, and about 5-7min to the beach via bike. We had everything we needed at the cottage. Check in and check out were very easy, and communication with the property manager was fast. I did need to reach out when we checked in as we found the owner's closet without its padlock. She replied quickly!
The cottage itself is a little dirty. We found someone else's hair on the dresser, something.. slimy ..in the shower, and a dead centipede stuck to the underside of the sheets (we didn't find this until we were stripping beds on check out day). There was also a bucket of used cleaning rags underneath the kitchen sink. I let the property manager know in my review for them, as well.
In the front bedroom, only one outlet worked - the one with the tv plugged into it. This wasn't really a huge inconvenience for us - we can charge phones elsewhere, but something I made the property manager aware of, as well.

Property very clean. We always appreciate beach towels on the property,but in this case,had to buy some,and now have to find room in our luggage to take them home. Master bathroom sink is running slow. Apparently all tv watching must be done streaming.

This is a nice property but NEEDS a king size bed in the master and a fridge that dispenses filtered water. We had to drink bottled water the entire stay. Also, we were give ZERO information regarding pool and beach access, we had to ask for it. We’ve stayed in a lot of beach houses and we have never been given so little information regarding our neighborhood. Nice place, management company needs some work.

This is a nice little cottage in Sea Pines. Close to the beach and both the front and back gates. The property manager was very responsive. Very comfortable place with the exception of the beds. Both beds need to be upgraded and a king bed would make this the perfect rental.

We stayed here for 5 weeks, and loved it. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. The patio view was of nature rather than other buildings, and it was just a short walk to a BEAUTIFUL beach. Rick, the owner was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

This location was perfect for our visits to Savannah, Tybee Island, as well as Charleston. Great amenities for just enjoying what the Island has to offer.

We enjoyed our stay in this spacious 2 bedroom home. Very clean, nicely appointed and a bike ride from the beach. Perfect for our family for the weekend.

This property is close to the beach , and provides ample room for a family of 4. The house has all the essentials , but could use some updating. Overall was happy with stay.

Great Cottage, Great Location
Great cottage with just the right amount of room for a family of four. Close to the beach and Harbor Town. The Sea Pines resort in general is just a very nice, well kept location. I would absolutely it recommend to anyone.

The location of this property couldn't have been much better. It was very close to the South Forest Beach Sea Pines entrance, and really isn't that far away from the Sea Pines Beach Club. We took bikes and everything was fairly accessible. The place was clean and had everything that we needed, whether eating in or just to make a quick snack.
The shower curtain in the master bathroom needs to be a little longer, had trouble with water on the floor the first night, but other than that it was really good.

It was a beautiful area and we were able to walk to the beach. The property itself felt old and outdated. The garbage disposal didn't work: we notified the property manager, nobody came to fix it, but it was Christmas weekend, maybe that's the reason. The kitchen sink was clogged because of this and made it gross to use the kitchen, as previous renters food coming up into the sink. Also, one broken toilet plunger in the whole house and a shower curtain in the master bathroom that was very old and gross.

We really enjoyed our stay in this clean, well appointed , nicely furnished house. Family with three children fit well. The neighborhood is very quiet and nice and the beach is in about 15 minutes walk on sidewalks through pretty pleasant areas.

This house is in a very quiet, beautiful area of Hilton Head, right next to the bike path and with the Sea Pines Forest Preserve just around the corner. Less crowded beach access is close by and several good restaurants are located within the resort. We biked all over the island, including to restaurants, and loved seeing lots of wildlife. There's a good fenced-in safe spot at the house for storing bikes, and a nice screened-in porch for morning coffee. The kitchen is fully equipped and the house is very comfortable & peaceful. It was perfect for our family of four (two older teens) and we would definitely return to this house!
