Roof top deck was wonderful. Property was in a quiet neighborhood very accessible to public transit.

Owners were cooperative allowing us to leave our bags until check in.

Advertised as a luxury loft, we actually got a cat dungeon basement apartment with bare minimum kitchen, tiny bedroom and hand me down furniture. The back fence is covered in building waste and the grounds are poorly kept. This apartment should be listed separately from the loft. Pictures in the listing include the interior of the owner’s house.

Very friendly and accommodating host.

Amanda the host was really accommodating and helpful! Even when our flight got delayed, she let us check in late at night which we very much appreciated. The suite we had was a lot bigger than expected with a mini kitchenette, a nice bathroom and bedroom, and also a washer and dryer! The location was great! It is true that it is only 6 min away from the Skytrain station and also close to other bus stops! Other shops like Superstore are also really close by. We also had access to the rooftop balcony with such a beautiful view which also made our stay in Vancouver all the more worth it! We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated everything that Amanda did for us!

Unfortunately, the TV wasn't working, but it was not a big deal. Everything else was fantastic!

We had such an amazing time at this beautiful place, the room was even more beautiful than we expected and we really enjoyed staying there. The two hosts are incredibly nice and we are absolutely grateful for everything!

The room was confortable with an en suite closet, the en suite bathroom was new and with a window, the terrace had a great view all around on the town and the mountains. It was possible to make the laundry 2 times in 4 days The hosts are very kind. Should I come back to Vancouver, I would stay again at this place!

Comfortable room with its own bathroom in a quiet suburban street not far from Rupert skytrain station. Amanda is a very kind and considerate host.

Amazing hosts at this stay that made us feel so welcomed! The place is so clean and organized. There’s a beautiful rooftop to relax at too. Great location, so peaceful and quiet. Highly recommend!

Very nice room, the bed was very comfy. The bathroom was spacious. Everything is new and clean. Amanda and her husband were very friendly and welcoming. She welcomed us with a plate of fruits, biscuits and chocolates which was very nice.

Unfortunately when we visited it was a bit noisy in the morning due to road works outside the house. But it's temporary and only applicable to upcoming visitors. It's an overall quiet neighborhood.

Well located, convenient to various famous attractions whether you are driving or taking a bus. Convenient Parking and free. Beautiful and quiet surroundings. The house and room facilities are quite new and extremely clean with novel and unique decorations. Very large bed, definitely enough for two to sleep comfortably on, especially like to mention is that the fine fabric sheets feel quite good. What we see and feel actually looks much better than the given photos on the website. The host couple are very warm-hearted, helping to carry the heavy luggage up and down the stairs, patiently talking with my daughter about life, from which my daughter benefit a lot ! We were also allowed to use kitchen utensils and the host couple offered to help with everything the can, which deeply touched us. In short, staying four nights, eating well, living well, and playing well, Vancouver perfect trip, just because of the choice of this accommodation. Thanks again to the host couple! I would highly recommend it to anyone who might go to Vancouver

Everything was great.

Amanda and her husband were kind, and always making sure I was comfortable. They also were able to accommodate my late check-in. The room was clean and cozy with a nice view of the city. The internet was good enough to work from the room.

The kitchen/stove weren't clean (in general the shared area).

It was a very comfy bed and the room had plenty of space for our things. The rooftop balcony was fantastic and had such a good view. Big supermarket nearby and easy bus routes to downtown and surrounding area. Amanda made us feel very at home and was available if we needed anything.

A comfortable suite with a very nice modern bathroom and great view of the city. Good value despite not having a kitchenette.

Lack of kitchenette is understandable for the price but no fridge made the 6 night stay a bit rough. The host was very nice up until we left where she wanted damage charges for a bit of make-up on a towel and what looked like a tiny chocolate milk drop on the sheet. Definitely would have washed out and left a slight sour taste on what was otherwise a very nice experience.

Very clean and comfortable! The landlord lady is very nice. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown
