We were blown away by this place. Pictures do not come close to doing it justice. The cottage is clean and comfortable. The lakefront is beautiful and relaxing. The management is friendly and accommodating. Really, except for not receiving the email from VRBO with instructions on how to enter, the whole weekend was perfect. Thanks to Carrie for her diligence in going over the place before guests check in. She was able to let me in and forward the information that I hadn’t received from VRBO. I cannot recommend this place enough!!

We had a super time of relaxation and fun! We ate many meals on our deck overlooking our portion of the lake. Though secluded in our resort, we were really close to town and went in everyday checking out Hot Springs points of interest and antique shopping. We LOVED it and want to go back!

Very nice cabin, dock, boat launch. Pet friendly. All the activities are a short distance from cabin. We would stay there again.

This little cottage is the best about 7 mi from the historic downtown Hot Springs in about 2 miles from great Tex Mex restaurant Mike's Subs you have a nice patio on your each one of your cottages they're on the water we stayed in number for that we will probably stay and number three about 6 months from now beautifully decorated give this 10 Stars if I could Resort I've ever been to a beautifully landscaped property perfect for reunions weddings the sheets smell the best ever I had to ask the owner and Chrissy the housekeeping what they use because I use gain no need to bring anything but a toothbrush and deodorant because you have Dawn liquid detergent refrigerator microwave coffee pot toaster it's gas and even has Charmin toilet paper I would give this property a 10 if I could we stayed at number for about six months we will stay in a 3 I looked at all the Cottages and they're all beautiful

Great time just could have used some instruction on the head/air. Took a while to realize that we needed to turn the heat on with the button up on the unit itself. The remote was fine if we had know that. Thanks!

It is a great location on the waterfront and convenient to restaurants and activities. The outside space is very nice with waterfront seating and eating area. The only issues I had were the shower is small food prep space is limited.

My husband and I visited Edgewater Resort for a long weekend getaway. We loved our little cottage that feels far away but is close enough to town to have fun, grab supplies, etc. Highly recommend!

Nice place. It is right on the water, with plenty of seating and was actually peaceful and beautiful location. No problems. Pretty easy highway access without the highway noise. I would stay again if venturing back down here. Shower is kind of small, but it did the job. There is barbq grill and fire pit which was nice.

This was our family’s first trip to Lake Hamilton / Hot Springs - and we’re so grateful we chose Edgewater Resorts for our stay! I’m all about 100% honest reviews, so I’ll be thorough. That being said, our overall stay was incredibly memorable and we’ll be back! PROS 1. Our cabin (#4) was immediately on the water and this was a MUST for us! The master bedroom had the most gorgeous lake views we could’ve asked for. 2. The hosts really did take personal comfort into consideration by adding bedroom fans, beach towels, coffee pods & creamer, snacks, extra pillows, laundry hamper, etc. to the cabin. 3. When we arrived, the cabin was in immaculate condition: cleaned from top to bottom. The decor was very cabin-like but also thoughtful and well placed. Really felt homey and clean upon arrival (also, extra trash cans and bags made it easier to keep the cabin clean during our stay!) 4. The signage for Edgewater Resorts make it really easy to find the location - even in the dark. This is a very secluded, yet easy-to-find location. Big plus! 5. There was a great variety of fishing docks, swimming beach spots, and chairs to sit out and enjoy the beautiful lake view! 6. The property manager and host are both extremely communicative and quick to respond to all of your needs during your stay. 7. This resort is very close to Hot Springs, marinas and all of the local attractions we came to visit. CONS 1. There’s really not much the host can do about this, but beware of spiders. They’re everywhere, inside and out. We bought bug spray at the Wal-Mart in Hot Springs (also nearby - another PRO) and that seemed to help indoors. 2. The living room looks directly onto the cabin next door. When they decide to grill and be rowdy at night, that’s really the only “family view” you have going on. The cabins are just a bit close to one another and we were excited about the seclusion. 3. WiFi/Internet didn’t work in our cabin until the middle of day #2 on our trip. That being said, the property manager busted her booty to fix the issue ASAP and it wasn’t a top priority for us - especially with cell signal being so great. ALL IN ALL We will absolutely be reserving another Edgewater Resort cabin for our birthday weekend trip next year. We had an amazing time and the pros FAR outweigh the cons -by A LONG SHOT!

Easy to find location, the cabin is on the waterfront (no boat noise) with a dock very close for swimming if desired. On entry you'll find the kitchen which was small but totally sufficient, followed by a larger room with TV / chairs / futon, bathroom with a cozy shower, and the bedroom which faces the water. We loved the location and the waterfront and found the cabin itself to be "Adorable", in my wife's terms. The Prop Mgr was responsive (we had no issues or problems outside of just general qns.) I anticipate we'll be back again. 5 stars, 2 thumbs up!!

Just what we were looking for. Comfortable and near the water. Parking was tight.

I stayed over 3 weeks at this great little cabin on the lake. It was a perfect way for me to visit my family who lives in the area. They visited and enjoyed the lake also. I was able to cook for them on the grill and in the kitchen. The resort is very dog friendly, with good internet. The owners were present often and very friendly. The housekeeper was present and helpful. I will come again!

Loved being on the water, wishing we had brought fishing gear. Cottage was clean. Futon in LR was broken, but we were able to make it work. Parking was cramped, but we were out exploring most of the time. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Went away to Hot Springs for a girls weekend with my mom and sister and it was fantastic! We stayed in Cabin #4 and had the best time. We loved the cozy cabin, the peacefulness of the lake and the fire pit. The property is very well kept and is in great proximity to the national park. Highly recommend!
