Already working on when we can go back again!

Great condo; clean with plenty of room & a great location. So close to everything, beach, broadwalk, stores, restaurants, etc, which is great but can be a "lively" atomsphere even into the early morning hours. Definitely worth it, though. Must climb stairs, since condo is on 3rd floor but the view is worth it.

This property is so close to the beach and places to eat. Great walking on the boardwalk, fantastic balconies to sit and chill and beautiful light in the bedrooms. The house is comfortable and has everything you need. We had one issue with an appliance and the property team quickly organized an alternative solution and had someone there to fix quickly. If you have a young family, weekends are probably not the dates you want to be here as there is a bar with loud music until 2am across the street. During the weekdays we were there, not the case. All in all, we had a wonderful stay and appreciated the property management team and their responsiveness, in addition, the pictures of the property are spot on!

I was very satisfied with the property we rented. I parked my car and never moved it until I left, everything was right there to walk to. The rental came equipped with all the linens, dishes, pots and utensils needed. The washer and dryer right in the unit enabled me to pack light, there was very little I had to bring myself other than personal toiletries and the food and snacks I wanted to take. I loved the ease of walking out the door and right up onto the beach, with a 2 1/2 year old grandson, it was a blessing not having to pack up a car. We all had a great time.

We stayed here with extended family for 6 nights and had the best time. It was easy to communicate with the owner and seamless process to checkin.

Loved the location which we didn’t have to go find parking, easy access to beach ramp! Define toy will stay there again!

We just finished staying at this property and it was great. Can’t beat the location as it is steps from the beach and boardwalk. The kids had a great time and the rooftop deck was a great place for the adults to unwind after a long day. I do recommend bringing white noise if you are a light sleeper as the Beach Comber across the street is loud. However, it also presents a wonderful opportunity to people watch. Jim was attentive with responding and the place was incredibly clean. I would recommend not moving your car after you get there because people who aren’t living there will readily take what they perceive is a “free spot” even though the spots are well marked. It didn’t happen to us, but we saw it happen to other units in the condo. All in all it was a great stay! I would highly recommend.

This place was perfect for us. Close to the beach and the boardwalk. The unit was spacious, the best part was watching the sunset from the deck. We loved it, highly recommended.

The home was beautiful and very clean. We had everything we needed for our stay. The property owner was in contact with us through out our stay which was very reassuring when we needed questions answered. The location is awesome. Just steps away from the boardwalk. So much fun.

Jim was very quick to get back to me with my questions. Very nice and clean place!

Beautiful apartment great view, two decks on each side of the apartment very clean and in great condition. A fun and exciting area as well.

The property was outstanding few problems with parking was told several times it was OK for them to park there because they’re friends with Bar bone I didn’t know Barbone was paying my rent

Great location. Walk to beach and boardwalk. Great communication with Property manager Jim! Loved the rooftop deck. Perfect view for the Wednesday fireworks. Will definitely stay here again!

We had a great time last week! The rental was super clean and in a very convenient location. Jim was easy to deal with and super responsive. Would gladly rent here again and happy to refer anyone looking for a place in the area.

The place was clean and well equipped and the location couldn’t have been better. We loved the rooftop deck and spent many hours out there. Having a place across from the boardwalk and the beach was easy and convenient for all. There are many food options in walking distance both on and off the boardwalk. We loved being right across from the beachcomber and had some fun there, but it did get noisy at times . The noise wasn’t a problem for us but if you are a light sleeper you may want to bring earplugs or some type of white noise.

Our family stayed here and really enjoyed the amenities that James had to offer! He provided linens, towels, beach badges, umbrellas, beach chairs & more! We had two parking spots available and could walk to and from the beach/boardwalk easily. James was very responsive to messages and a wonderful host. Make sure to check out the beach comber across the street!

The property was clean inside and the checkin process couldn't have been more smooth. Beach is literally a stone's throw away. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer.

Relaxing stay at modern new condo. Close to beach. The host was friendly and easily accessible. My family and I enjoyed ourselves and would stay here again.

The property was very clean and brand new. It had everything we needed and Jim was very helpful. If you are looking for a location near the very popular Beachcomber bar/nightclub, this is the place for you as you can roll out of the bar and into bed.

We had a terrific time at this clean and spacious home. No need to drive anywhere once you arrive. Tons of entertainment and dinning options all in walking distance. Younger adults had a blast at the boardwalk and beach. AC and internet were strong - keeping everyone happy. The owner Jim was incredibly helpful. We will definitely look to stay again.

We had a great stay for Memorial Day weekend. This is a new building 1 block from the beach, and conveniently located near restaurants. The top floor is the master w/ bath and sitting area, the main floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Perfect for 2 families or multiple friends to share. The owner was extremely responsive and connected with us several times during our stay to make sure everything was going well. Highly recommend and plan to rent again.
