close to beach

when we arrived at the property my wife was verbally abused buy the idiot in the caravan next to us. we had are autistic son with us and it upset him and he would no longer stay at that van. went to reception had to pay for an upgrade as they said they could not move us

clean. tidy very well equipped and warm comfortable beds

Value for money. Location to the beach was a massive plus. Entertainment was best we've had. Staff great. Kids absolutely loved it. We'll be bk again.

A little far from entertainment at club tropicana but then we had beach next to caravan so that for me evened things out. Most hols we have entertainment close but a hike to a beach.

The cost of our stay was very reasonable. Location and cleanliness of the caravan was good. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Entertainment at Club Tropicana (passes were provided) was very good.

Property was well kept and clean, very spacious.

Mattress was economy but just put a spare double quilt on the bottom so was fine

Took ages to get out ! Could do with arrows & exit signs such a easy solution

Very clean, location good, close to the beach.

Check in time was abit late, especially considering you have to check out at 10am. Bed not very comfortable and bedding provided at an extra cost.
