We did a family reunion here and had so much fun with all this house included. We also brought our own kayaks and had fun exploring the lake and getting some beach time in too. We loved it, thanks for sharing this beautiful home with us!

Group of 5 couples gathered in Eureka Springs area for my wife’s birthday weekend. House was spacious and accommodating for all of us with room to spare. Eureka Springs was about a 15 minute drive away, and Bentonville about 45 minutes. House had a beautiful view of the lake from a large patio. Movie theater with recliner seating for 12 was very popular. Large family room with fireplace and huge sofa was also great for catching up. Kitchen was well stocked with everything. Two dish washers helped with such a large group. Gas grill on patio was also a nice amenity. Bradlee was great to work with.

Our family had an amazing stay at this stunning home and hamlet nestled right on the lake with private shore access. The hosts are lovely and very responsive, and the home is perfectly appointed, wonderfully clean and comes with everything you could need. We enjoyed the downtime as a family and making memories in the beautiful Ozarks. Would highly recommend!

This property was everything we wanted, and more, for us and our family to stay during our wedding in Eureka Springs. We had so much fun! The view was breath taking! We did our wedding photos there!

This house exceeded my expectations. I was in search of a house big enough to accommodate multiple couples and some kids. There was plenty of space and bathrooms for everyone to sleep and tend to their needs comfortably. There was an extremely comfortable couch perfect for family to relax and visit ( big screen tv and fireplace). The kitchen was perfect to prepare meals, large, multiple sinks and dishwashers. The open floor plan with kitchen, dining room, and living room was perfect for any large group to gather and have fun. The outside is the best part though. 2 patios with an extremely beautiful view of the lake. Such beautiful sights to absorb out the back patio. Pure beauty. Neighbors were nice. Game room, movie room, and slide was perfect addition for kids to stay busy. ❤️

Gorgeous home on lake in beautiful Eureka Springs. The property is the ultimate destination for a family getaway or large group reunion. The home is open concept with stunning views of the lake and ample “extras” that provided our family with multitudes of opportunities for fun: expansive decks, Taegar grill, fully stocked kitchen, theater room, game room, and huge living area for hanging out with family and friends. I highly recommend you choose this property for your next ultimate vacation experience.

We chose this house for our first ever family vacation with all of our children and grandchildren. The house was a great space for all 24 of us. It was open and had plenty of entertainment for all age ranges, a beautiful view on the lake, and all of the amenities a group our size could want. It was a great location for outdoor activists, and still close to all of the Eureka Springs attractions. The owner had great communication and was quick to answer all of my questions. We were extremely happy with the house and would highly recommend it!

Stop looking and just book this ! Property was beautiful, spacious house with all amenities. Plenty of room for all to sleep. My family had the best time!! The game room with ping pong table and pool table was busy every night. The theatre also served as quiet space when we all got too loud!! The owner was prompt with communication. This will be a great memory. My only regret is we didn’t have more time to explore the area . Thank you for a great experience!

The Allphin Family Lakehouse was the perfect house to accommodate our friends and family for our vacation. The communication was excellent, the home was amazing, and the memories made were priceless! I definitely recommend this home for anyone looking for an amazing vacation away!

Our whole family cooked played and stayed together in your beautiful home for Thanksgiving. It was honestly the best Thanksgiving we have ever had. We all had plenty of room and there were plenty of things to do including the game closet that you left. It was absolutely outstanding. The house is beautiful. and it was in immaculate condition when we arrived. And more than enough room for all of us. What special memories were made this Thanksgiving. Thank you for making it possible.

We went with 4 couples and 7 children ages 3-12 yrs old. The house is beautiful and well taken care of. The kitchen had plenty of supplies in it for us to cook all of our meals. There was plenty of space for all of us. There is a small shoreline to have the kids play along, which ours did and really enjoyed it. We got quality family time in during our stay and would definitely stay again.

Quiet and very pretty. House was great for kids. They loved the movie room and playing along shoreline. Wish we had brought fishing poles. Pickle balls was fun! Overall great trip.

This home was amazing. Very spacious and was packed with all the essentials plus some extras. Our granddaughters loved the play room and our older children loved the game room. The movie theater was my husbands special spot. The view was amazing . And the host were prompt to respond with answers to our questions. Strongly recommend staying here!

We had a large family group - for some of them it was their first time in Arkansas. There were 4 families including my husband and myself, and 3 of my grown kids, their spouses and 6 grandchildren ages 2 - 16. Upon arrival, everyone was amazed at how beautiful the house was. There are two huge family rooms downstairs, a living area upstairs and a game room area downstairs. The entire house was beautifully furnished. Everyone had plenty of room for privacy and togetherness. We loved the extra large table and the spacious kitchen with the island. The kids had a blast with the ping pong table and the games. The house is equipped with EVERYTHING you would ever think of needing including a slow cooker, blender, food processor, etc.. There was a huge pantry that fit all of our food and a large utility room as well. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms were fantastic, especially the master bedroom and bath. The most amazing thing was the view from the upstairs deck. We sat out there every morning and evening drinking our coffee and wine looking over the tranquil lake and hearing the birds sing, watching the lightening bugs and deer. We rented a boat two of our days and the kids loved the tubing and riding up and down the lake. Some of the group did the zip line. We went into Eureka springs, shopped, ate and just enjoyed being together. This is the PERFECT place for luxury, comfort and family togetherness. I would highly recommend.

Our expectations were high because of the pictures, but this house was even better than we hoped. It rained most of the time we were there, but the house was so awesome that it didn’t even matter. The kids loved the game area and movie theater and there was plenty of space for us to all spread out. The kitchen was amazing and had everything you could want. The house is perfect for a big family getaway. It was exceptionally clean. The neighborhood is quiet. The house is on the lake with beautiful views. We took our family photos with the lake background. My four year old granddaughter loved the play room with all the princess toys and playhouse. She also loved the slide attached to the house. I loved the early morning sunrise on the lake and the peaceful morning walk. It is close to Bentonville, Pea Ridge, Bella Vista Tanyard Creek, Eureka Springs Passion Play, Keeter Center Sunday Brunch, Top of the Rock and Dogwood Canyon. Great location to see different areas.
