Great location. Beautiful home. Very clean. Quiet. We lived in the Bay for over 30 years. This house had no ceiling fans. Made for stuffy nights since it was BEAUTIFUL weather. Just warmer than normal. Usually you open a window but we had a small heat wave so it wasn't much help. Aside from that..LIVED THE PLACE. WOULD RENT AGAIN!!!!

I prefer a professionally managed rental over someone’s residence. The house had everything you could need. Communication with property management was responsive. The house was clean and the location was great. Two blocks to the gold course and beach. There is a second story with some steep stairs. If traveling with pets be warned they have a $200 per pet fee which is insanely expensive. I’d stay at one of their properties again if they had a better pet fee.

The house has been remodeled with very nice modern amenities. The neighborhood may not be pretty but it is quiet and it’s a good easy location. I would definitely stay here again!

Everything about this place was great. The location was perfect, walking distance to the pier, hiking places, shopping plazas, and 25-30 minutes to the majority of San Francisco. The house was clean, very comfortable and had plenty of space for our family of 5 plus a dog. Everything that we needed for a perfect time away from home was there, from appliances, games, pans/pots, kitchen/laundry supplies, TV with several apps, and the list goes on. And the customer service was the best. They responded promptly. The property team was able to take care of an issue right away and they followed up to make sure everything was okay. Everything about this property was great. We had a great time. If we are around the area next time, we will make sure to check to see if the property is available. It was a last minute booking for us this year with bad weather. But really enjoyed staying at this place. Walk to the pier was less than 10 minutes and plenty of hiking spots near by with gorgeous views. I would recommend this place for anyone who likes clean and updated house.

Our family of four adult couples all had space and privacy in this lovely home. We loved the dining/living area for gathering, eating and playing games. The beach is a short walk away and hiking trails are seemingly endless. The town of Pacifica is charming. The surf was too rough for swimming, but we loved walking the beach - including in the moonlight. It feels relaxed and very distant from SF, but is within a 15 minute drive. The outdoor area is too small to be useful. My only suggestion is bigger pots and pans.

This house is simply gorgeous! Everything has been provided for a perfect stay. The decor is wonderful, beds comfortable & its super clean. Our dog loved it too! The Customer service was 1st class. If you ever want/need to be in South SF, you need to rent this house.

Pros: very clean. just about any item you'd think you need for a comfortable stay was present in more than enough numbers. Very close to the beach (a few blocks), Muir Pointe, etc. Would not think twice about staying here again. Cons: Immediate block or two around this location is quite shabby. This house is the gem of the neighborhood.

This home was perfect for our stay- close to everything! We are a big group- 2 families with 2 older teens 4 dogs. Enough room to spread out, safe enclosed backyard for our dogs. The host was very helpful and immediately responded to our request for towels, and checked In to make sure our stay was going well. We are already planning our next visit!!
